Dynamic Time Warping (DTW), a pattern matching technique traditionally used for restricted vocabulary speech recognition, is based on a temporal alignment of the input signal with the template models. The principal drawback of DTW is its high computational cost as the lengths of the signals increase. This paper shows extended results over our previously published conference paper, which introduces an optimized version of the DTW that is based on the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT).  相似文献

Extensive quantum real wave packet calculations within the helicity decoupling approximation are used to analyze the influence of the HF vibrational excitation on the K+HF(v=0-2,j=0)-->KF+H reaction. Quantum reaction probabilities P and reaction cross sections sigma are compared with corresponding quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) results. Disregarding threshold regions for v=0 and 1 (v=2 has no threshold), both approaches lead to remarkably similar results, particularly for sigma, validating the use of the QCT method for this system. When moving from v=0 to v=1 there is a large increase in P and sigma, as expected for a late barrier system. For v=2 the reaction becomes exoergic and P approximately 0.95 (with the exception of large total angular momenta where centrifugal barriers play a role). While substantial vibrational enhancement of the reactivity is thus seen, it is still quite less than that inferred from experimental data in the intermediate and high collision energy ranges. The origin of this discrepancy is unclear.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Palladium(0)-catalyzed cross-coupling between potassium aryltrifluoroborate salts and aryl tellurides proceeds readily to afford the desired biaryls in good to excellent yield. The reaction seems to be unaffected by the presence of electron-withdrawing or electron-donating substituents in both the potassium aryltrifluoroborate salts and aryl tellurides partners. Biaryls containing a variety of functional groups can be prepared. A chemoselectivity study was also carried out using aryl tellurides bearing halogen atoms in the same compound. In addition, this new version of the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction was monitored by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry where some reaction intermediates were detected and analyzed.  相似文献

Lipases are an enzyme class of a great importance as biocatalysts applied to organic chemistry. However, it is still necessary to search for new enzymes with special characteristics such as good stability towards high temperatures, organic solvents, and high stereoselectivity presence. The present work’s aim was to immobilize the lipases pool produced by Penicillium simplissicimum, a filamentous fungi strain isolated from Brazilian babassu cake residue. P. simplissicimum lipases were separated into three different fractions using selective adsorption method on different hydrophobic supports (butyl-, phenyl-, and octyl-agarose) at low ionic strength. After immobilization, it was observed that these fractions’ hyperactivation is in the range of 131% to 1133%. This phenomenon probably occurs due to enzyme open form stabilization when immobilized onto hydrophobic supports. Those fractions showed different thermal stability, specificity, and enantioselectivity towards some substrates. Enantiomeric ratio for the hydrolysis of (R,S) 2-O-butyryl-2-phenylacetic acid ranged from 1 to 7.9 for different immobilized P. simplissicimum lipase fractions. Asymmetry factor for diethyl 2-phenylmalonate hydrolysis ranged from 11.8 to 16.4 according to the immobilized P. simplissicimum lipase fractions. Those results showed that sequential adsorption methodology was an efficient strategy to obtain new biocatalysts with different enantioselectivity degrees, thermostability, and specificity prepared with a crude extract produced by a simple and low-cost technology.  相似文献

Liquid droplets in equilibrium with vapor are simulated at solidlike surfaces using the cooperative motion algorithm (CMA). These droplets behave like real droplets, i.e., the densities of the coexistent liquid and vapor phases obey empirical relations such as rho l - rho v proportional, variant (1 - T/Tc)(1/3). Droplet evaporation was studied under various interaction conditions, i.e., nonsoluble and soluble substrates. In the last case, substrate particles migrate toward the liquid-vapor interface to minimize the droplet surface energy. This leads to the formation of a microwell surrounded by a ringlike deposit on the substrate surface. It is shown that the ring formation in the first stages of evaporation results in pinning of the droplet contact area.  相似文献

One of the simplest and most-versatile motifs in supramolecular chemistry is based on 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxamides. Variation of the core structure and subtle changes in the structures of the lateral substituents govern the self-assembly and determine the phase behavior. Herein, we provide a comprehensive comparison between the phase behavior and mesophase structure of a series of 1,3,5-benzene- and 1,3,5-cyclohexanetricarboxamides that contain linear and branched alkyl substituents. Depending on the substituent, different crystalline, plastic crystalline, and liquid crystalline phases were formed. The relatively rare columnar nematic (N(C)) phase was only observed in cyclohexane-based trisamides that contained linear alkyl substituents. Of fundamental interest in liquid crystalline supramolecular systems is the transition from the mesomorphic state into the isotropic state and, in particular, the question of how the order decreases. Temperature-dependent IR spectroscopy and XRD measurements revealed that columnar H-bonded aggregates were still present in the isotropic phase. At the clearing transition, mainly the lateral order was lost, whilst shorter columnar aggregates still remained. A thorough understanding of the phase behavior and the mesophase structure is relevant for selecting processing conditions that use supramolecular structures in devices or as fibrillar nanomaterials.  相似文献

The dissociation of the hydroxymethyl radical, CH(2)OH, and its isotopolog, CD(2)OH, following excitation in the 4ν(1) region (OH stretch overtone, near 13,600 cm(-1)) was studied using sliced velocity map imaging. A new vibrational band near 13,660 cm(-1) arising from interaction with the antisymmetric CH stretch was discovered for CH(2)OH. In CD(2)OH dissociation, D atom products (correlated with CHDO) were detected, providing the first experimental evidence of isomerization in the CH(2)OH ? CH(3)O (CD(2)OH ? CHD(2)O) system. Analysis of the H (D) fragment kinetic energy distributions shows that the rovibrational state distributions in the formaldehyde cofragments are different for the OH bond fission and isomerization pathways. Isomerization is responsible for 10%-30% of dissociation events in all studied cases, and its contribution depends on the excited vibrational level of the radical. Accurate dissociation energies were determined: D(0)(CH(2)OH → CH(2)O + H) = 10,160 ± 70 cm(-1), D(0)(CD(2)OH → CD(2)O + H) = 10,135 ± 70 cm(-1), D(0)(CD(2)OH → CHDO + D) = 10,760 ± 60 cm(-1).  相似文献

Two 2,6-bispyrazolylpyridine ligands (bpp) were functionalized with pyrene moieties through linkers of different lengths. In the ligand 2,6-di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-(pyren-1-yl)pyridine (L1) the pyrene group is directly connected to the bpp moiety via a C-C single bond, while in the ligand 4-(2,6-di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-4-yl)benzyl-4-(pyren-1-yl)butanoate (L2) it is separated by a benzyl ester group involving a flexible butanoic chain. Subsequent complexation of Fe(II) salts revealed dramatic the influence of the nature of the pyrene substitution on the spin-transition behaviour of the resulting complexes. Thus, compound [Fe(L1)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (1) is blocked in its high spin state due to constraints caused by a strong intermolecular π-π stacking in its structure. On the other hand, the flexible chain of ligand L2 in compounds [Fe(L2)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (2) and [Fe(L2)(2)](BF(4))(2)·CH(3)CN·H(2)O (3) prevents structural constraints allowing for reversible spin transitions. Temperature-dependent studies of the photophysical properties of compound 3 do not reveal any obvious correlation between the fluorescence of the pyrene group and the spin state of the spin transition core.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidation of ibuprofen at a boron‐doped diamond electrode (BDDE) and its voltammetric determination is reported for the first time. A well‐defined oxidation peak was observed at around 1.6 V in 0.1 mol L?1 H2SO4 solution with 10 % (v/v) ethanol at the BDDE surface activated by either cathodic or anodic pretreatments. A differential‐pulse voltammetric method for the determination of ibuprofen in pharmaceutical formulations was optimized with a detection limit of 5 µmol L?1 and compared with the British Pharmacopeia method.  相似文献

This paper reports the development of a dual immunosensor using magnetic microcarriers (MBs) and amperometric transduction at dual screen‐printed carbon electrodes (SPdCEs) for the simultaneous determination of two biomarkers: interleukin‐13 receptor α2 (IL‐13Rα2) and E‐cadherin (E‐CDH), with both extracellular and soluble fraction; oncogenic and tumor suppressor markers, respectively, of great relevance in metastatic processes. The implemented methodology involved the formation of sandwich‐type immunocomplexes using specific capture antibodies immobilized onto carboxylic acid magnetic microbeads (HOOC‐MBs), and biotinylated detector antibodies labeled with streptavidin?horseradish peroxidase conjugates (Strep‐HRP). The amperometric detection was performed by addition of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hydroquinone (HQ) as the redox mediator. The dual immunosensing platform provided linear calibration ranges suitable for the determination of both biomarkers in liquid and solid clinical specimens as well as excellent selectivity against other cancer biomarkers. This simple handling dual bioplatform was applied to the determination of the soluble and extracellular fraction of the target biomarkers in serum and paraffined‐embedded tissues from colorectal cancer (CRC) patients diagnosed at different tumor grade. The obtained results reveal great potential of this configuration to improve the reliability in diagnosing metastatic CRC.  相似文献
