Here we report a generalizable solid/solution-phase strategy for the synthesis of discrete bimodal fibrin-targeted imaging probes. A fibrin-specific peptide was conjugated with two distinct imaging reporters at the C- and N-termini. In vitro studies demonstrated retention of fibrin affinity and specificity. Imaging studies showed that these probes could detect fibrin over a wide range of probe concentrations by optical, magnetic resonance, and positron emission tomography imaging. 相似文献

Essential oil isolated from the inflorescences of Capillipedium parviflorum (R. Br.) Stapf., collected from Kumaon region of Western Himalaya, India, was investigated by GC and GC-MS. A total of 45 constituents representing 99.0% of the essential oil were identified. The major components of this oil were 4-undecanone (33.2%), 4-undecanol (29.7%), 4-nonanol (13.9%), α-muurolol (5.3%), 4-tridecanone (3.6%), methyl-2-oxo-nonanoate (3.1%), trans-2-hexenyl butanoate (1.1%) and 1-tetradecanol (1.0%). The antimicrobial activity of the essential oil was determined against eight Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial strains, as well as two fungal strains. The bioassay showed that the essential oil possessed good antibacterial activity. 相似文献

The proton affinities of all the potential sites of oxazolidinone (OXA) and formyl substituted OXA have been evaluated using
ab initio and DFT methods. N4- and C5-formyl oxazolidinone isomers and their protonated structures have been analyzed for
relative stabilities. The proton affinity (PA) of carbonyl oxygen of oxazolidinone is observed to be highest in un-substituted
and formyl substituted OXA molecules. The PA values decrease for the potential sites in the range 0.5–15.51 kcal/mol as a
result of the presence of the formyl substituent. Atomic charges and electron delocalization of neutral and protonated species
have been analyzed with the application of NBO. The various factors such as variation in geometrical parameters, atomic charge
redistribution, alterations in conjugative interactions, effect of formyl substituent, the presence of intramolecular hydrogen
bonding and electronic effects have been explored to rationalize the relative stabilities and proton affinities of OXA and

Zeolite ZSM‐5 has been synthesized in presence of various emulsifiers. Influence of types and proportions of cationic, anionic and non‐ionic emulsifier has been studied. Cationic emulsifier, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide resulted in an amorphous phase, whereas anionic emuisifier, sodium lauryl sulphate afforded crystalline phase, identified as magadiite. Non‐ionic emulsifiers, 1,2,3‐benzotriazole and sorbital mono‐stearate led to the formation of pure crystalline ZSM‐5 phase. Emulsifier concentration was found to affect the process of crystallization, and the crystal size and morphology of ZSM‐5. Emulsifier necessitated higher crystallization temperature and/or longer hydrothermal period. ZSM‐5 crystallization was observed to proceed through magadiite phase formation. In case of benzotriazole, unusual stacked square platelet type morphology and with sorbital monostearate, very small crystals were observed. 相似文献

City logistics initiatives are steps taken by municipal administrations to ameliorate the condition of goods transport in cities and reduce their negative impacts on city residents and their environment. Examples of city logistics initiatives are urban distribution centers, congestion pricing, delivery timing and access restrictions. In this paper, we present a hybrid approach based on Affinity Diagram, AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS for evaluating city logistics initiatives. Four initiatives namely vehicle sizing restrictions, congestion charging schemes, urban distribution center and access timing restrictions are considered.The proposed approach consists of four steps. The first step involves identification of criteria for assessing performance of city logistics initiatives using Affinity Diagram. The results are four categories of criteria namely technical, social, economical and environmental. In step 2, a decision making committee comprising of representatives of city logistics stakeholders is formed. These stakeholders are shippers, receivers, transport operators, end consumers and public administrators. The committee members weight the selected criteria using AHP. In step 3, the decision makers provide linguistic ratings to the alternatives (city logistics initiatives) to assess their performance against the selected criteria. These linguistic ratings are then aggregated using fuzzy TOPSIS to generate an overall performance score for each alternative. The alternative with the highest score is finally chosen as most suitable city logistics initiative for improving city sustainability. In the fourth step, we perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate the influence of criteria weights on the selection of the best alternative.The proposed approach is novel and can be practically applied for selecting sustainable city logistics initiatives for cities. Another advantage is its ability to generate solutions under limited quantitative information. An empirical application of the proposed approach is provided. 相似文献

Monomeric tellurides 4-RC6H4(SB)Te [SB = 2-(4,4′-NO2C6H4CHNC6H3-Me); R = H, 1a; Me, 1b; OMe, 1c], which incidentally represent the first example of a telluride with 1,4-Te?N intramolecular interaction, have been prepared and characterized by solution and solid-state 125Te NMR, 13C NMR and X-ray crystallography. Interplay of weak C-H?O and C-H?π interactions in the crystal lattice of 1b and 1c are responsible for the formation of supramolecular motifs. These tellurides undergo expected oxidative addition reactions with halogens and interhalogens and also interact coordinatively with mercury(II) halides to give 1:2 complexes, HgX2[4-RC6H4(SB)Te]2 (X = Cl, R = H, 2a; Me, 2b; OMe, 2c and X = Br, R = H, 3a; Me, 3b; and OMe, 3c) with no sign of Te-C bond cleavage, as has been reported for some 1,5-Te?N(O) intramolecularly bonded tellurides. The complexes 2a and 3c are the first structurally characterized monomeric 1:2 adducts of mercury(II) halides with Te ligands. The 1,4-Te?N intramolecular interactions in the solid-state are retained in the complexes highlighting simultaneously the Lewis acid and base character of the Te(II) atom. Packing of molecules in the crystal lattice of 2a and 3c reveals that non-covalent C-H?Cl/Br interactions involving metal-bound halogen atoms possess significant directionality and in combination with coordinative covalent interactions may be of potential use in creating inorganic supramolecular synthons. 相似文献

In this paper, we report the effect of gamma ray photons on the electrical conductivity of 100 nm Cu nanowires prepared by
the technique of electrodeposition using track-etched membranes. Different fluences of photons have been used to observe the
effect and in each case of post-irradiation, electrical conductivity is found to increase in a linear manner with increase
in applied potential difference; however the rate of increase of conductivity is different in different cases of radiation
fluence. Grain boundary scattering is of significance for the post-irradiation parabolic nature of the I–V characteristics
(IVC), which are of a linear pattern following Ohm’s law before irradiation. Increase or decrease in the number of charge
carriers during their transport through the nanowires is the result of two competitive processes—specular and diffusive scattering
of charge carriers (electrons) from grain boundaries, which are itself a region of high resistance rather than inter-grain
regions. The results have been discussed in light of the Mayadas and Shatzkes (MS) model with a slight modification for irradiated

The precipitation of magnesium, calcium, strontium and barium oxalates and of manganous, ferrous, cobalt, nickel and copper oxalates was studied from equivalent aqueous solutions at 22°C: the initial overall concentrations (C) generally varied from 0.001 to 0.2 M and the saturation ratios (Smox) varied from <10 to >3000. The induction periods before the main growth surge were measured and nucleation rates were determined from final crystal numbers and induction periods. Precipitation occurred through homogenous nucleation: the critical nuclei in supersaturated alkaline-earth metal oxalate solutions were formed by aggregation of 6–8 M++Ox− ion-pairs while the critical nuclei in supersaturated transition metal oxalate solutions were formed by aggregation of 6–8 MOx complexes (to units of 3–4 M++MOx2− ion-pairs). Over the range studied, the nucleation rates then varied with saturation ratios according to the relation, Nucleation rates at any saturation ratio decreased in the order Mg > Sr, Ba > Ca and Fe > Mn > Co, Cu > Ni; that is, generally in the order of increasing M++–Ox− and M++–MOx2− bond strengths and increasing surface energies of the metal oxalate crystals. Induction periods decreased with increasing-concentration and saturation ratio; over The factors t C1 and t S1 depended in turn on the ‘rate constants’ for nucleation and growth during the induction periods and on metal oxalate solubilities. 相似文献

In recent years, operando/in situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) has become an important tool in the electrocatalysis community. However, the high catalyst loadings often required to acquire XA-spectra with a satisfactory signal-to-noise ratio frequently imply the use of thick catalyst layers (CLs) with large ion- and mass-transport limitations. To shed light on the impact of this variable on the spectro-electrochemical results, in this study we investigate Pd-hydride formation in carbon-supported Pd-nanoparticles (Pd/C) and an unsupported Pd-aerogel with similar Pd surface areas but drastically different morphologies and electrode packing densities. Our in situ XAS and rotating disk electrode (RDE) measurements with different loadings unveil that the CL-thickness largely determines the hydride formation trends inferred from spectro-electrochemical experiments, therewith calling for the minimization of the CL-thickness in such experiments and the use of complementary thin-film control measurements. 相似文献
