Stereoselective syntheses of novel 5,6-difunctionalized-2-azabicyclo[2.1.1]hexanes containing 5-anti-fluoro or hydroxyl in one methano bridge and a variety of syn- or anti-chloro, fluoro, hydroxy, methyl, or phenyl substituents in the other methano bridge have been effected. Rearrangements of iodides to alcohols were initiated using Selectfluor. Rearrangement of alcohols to fluorides was initiated using Deoxo-Fluor. Ring opening of 2-azabicyclo[2.2.0]hex-5-ene exo-epoxide with organocopper reagents is regioselective at C(5).  相似文献

Compensation of refocusing inefficiency in a gHMBC experiment by replacing the rectangular pi pulse with a pair of adiabatic pulses with synchronized inversion sweep (CRISIS) significantly improves the performance of the gHMBC experiment. The CRISIS-gHMBC experiment retains the pure absorptive shapes in F1 and hence results in better lineshape and higher resolution than the current versions of magnitude mode gHMBC spectra. When used as a broadband experiment, CRISIS-gHMBC, owing to better refocusing efficiency of the adiabatic pulse pairs, gives improved performance across the 13C spectral width. Moreover, it is shown that CRISIS-gHMBC is a robust and improved alternative and when used along with the IMPRESS (Improved Resolution using Symmetrically Shifted pulses) technique further increases the sensitivity and resolution without additional experimental time. The IMPRESS-CRISIS combination is demonstrated for broadband gHMBC and band-selective gHMBC experiments. The ICbs-gHMBC [IMPRESS-CRISIS-band-selective gHMBC] experiment is an attractive and better alternative to individual band-selective gHMBC.  相似文献

The self-consistent reaction field model developed previously by the authors in the case of single center multipole expansion of the electronic structure of the solute has been extended to the case of a distributed multipole expansion. Three different expansions have been tested and two of them have proved to be rapidly convergent. The performances of the code are illustrated by the density functional theory treatment of few test systems: guanine, cytosine, and cytosine hydrated with one and three water molecules. A robust fast computer code has been tested to get the electronic structure, the electrostatic contribution to the solute-solvent free energy of interaction, and the optimized molecular geometry in solution.  相似文献

We report first-principles density-functional calculations for hydroquinone (HQ), indolequinone (IQ), and semiquinone (SQ). These molecules are believed to be the basic building blocks of the eumelanins, a class of biomacromolecules with important biological functions (including photoprotection) and with the potential for certain bioengineering applications. We have used the difference of self-consistent fields method to study the energy gap between the highest occupied molecular orbital and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, Delta(HL). We show that Delta(HL) is similar in IQ and SQ, but approximately twice as large in HQ. This may have important implications for our understanding of the observed broadband optical absorption of the eumelanins. The possibility of using this difference in Delta(HL) to molecularly engineer the electronic properties of eumelanins is discussed. We calculate the infrared and Raman spectra of the three redox forms from first principles. Each of the molecules have significantly different infrared and Raman signatures, and so these spectra could be used in situ to nondestructively identify the monomeric content of macromolecules. It is hoped that this may be a helpful analytical tool in determining the structure of eumelanin macromolecules and hence in helping to determine the structure-property-function relationships that control the behavior of the eumelanins.  相似文献

Three disubstituted N-confused porphyrins (2-4) were prepared in ca. 4% yield using a one-pot synthesis. These porphyrins bear 3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl groups substituted at the C(5) and C(20) meso positions and para-substituted (Br, NO(2), ethynyl) phenyl groups at the C(10) and C(15) meso positions. The specific orientation of the aryl rings around the macrocycle in porphyrin 2 was definitively determined using a combination of 1D ((1)H and (13)C) and 2D (gHMQC and gHMBC) NMR spectroscopy. The absorption spectra of 2-4 in CH(2)Cl(2) and dimethylacetamide are similar to those of N-confused tetraphenylporphyrin in the same solvents but have Soret and Q-bands that are shifted to lower energies. Steady-state fluorescence measurements revealed Q(x)(0,0) and Q(x)(0,1) bands similar in energy to the unsubstituted NCPs 1i and 1e. The fluorescence quantum yield results for two of these NCPs (2, 4) are atypical of porphyrin behavior and are being further investigated by time-resolved spectroscopy.  相似文献

The rate constants, k(inh), for reaction of stilbazulenyl-bis-nitrone (STAZN, 1) with peroxyl radicals and the number of radicals trapped, n, are compared with those of phenolic antioxidants 2,2,5,7,8-pentamethyl-6-hydroxychroman (PMHC, 4a), 2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-6-hydroxychroman-2-carboxylic acid (Trolox, 4b), and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol (DBHA, 5). The behavior of STAZN depended markedly on the media and type of initiator used, water-soluble or lipid-soluble. In styrene/chlorobenzene and initiation by azo-bis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN), k(inh) (STAZN) = 0.64 k(inh) (5) = 0.02k(inh) (4a). On addition of methanol, the k(inh) of STAZN increased 6-fold to be four times that of 5 while that of 4a decreased 6-fold. In aqueous SDS-micelles containing methyl linoleate and initiation with water-soluble azo-bis(amidinopropane)2HCl, ABAP, the relative k(inh) values were 1 >or= 4b > 5. In dilinoleoylphosphatidyl choline (DLPC) bilayers and initiation with lipid-soluble azo-bis-2,4(dimethylvaleronitrile) (DMVN), the k(inh) order was 5 > 4b > 1. During initiation with ABAP in micelles and bilayers, the calculated values of k(inh) for STAZN changed during the induction period. The experimental results are interpreted in terms of the conformation of STAZN, which is transoid in homogeneous solution but cisoid in aqueous dispersions of lipids. In such dispersions, the STAZN lies at the lipid-water interface where it traps water-soluble peroxyl radicals by a single electron-transfer mechanism. The cisoid conformation at lipid-water interfaces is supported by theoretical calculations.  相似文献

The results of kinetic, deuterium-labeling, and low-temperature NMR studies have established a mechanism for the palladium-catalyzed cyclization/hydrosilylation of dimethyl diallylmalonate (1) with triethylsilane involving rapid, irreversible conversion of the palladium silyl complex [(phen)Pd(SiEt(3))(NCAr)](+) [BAr(4)](-) [Ar = 3,5-C(6)H(3)(CF(3))(2)] (4b) and 1 to the palladium 5-hexenyl chelate complex [(phen)Pd[eta(1),eta(2)-CH(CH(2)SiEt(3))CH(2)C(CO(2)Me)(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2)]](+) [BAr(4)](-) (5), followed by intramolecular carbometalation of 5 to form the palladium cyclopentylmethyl complex trans-[(phen)Pd[CH2CHCH2C(CO2Me)2CH2CHCH2SiEt3](NCAr)]+ [BAr4]- (6), and associative silylation of 6 to release 3 and regenerate 4b.  相似文献
