We report palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions of chiral secondary non‐stabilized dialkylzinc reagents, prepared from readily available chiral secondary alkyl iodides, with alkenyl and aryl halides. This method provides α‐chiral alkenes and arenes with very high retention of configuration (dr up to 98:2) and satisfactory overall yields (up to 76 % for 3 reaction steps). The configurational stability of these chiral non‐stabilized dialkylzinc reagents was determined and exceeded several hours at 25 °C. DFT calculations were performed to rationalize the stereoretention during the catalytic cycle. Furthermore, the cross‐coupling reaction was applied in an efficient total synthesis of the sesquiterpenes (S)‐ and (R)‐curcumene with control of the absolute stereochemistry.  相似文献

The reaction of pyridine with ditechnetium decacarbonyl [Tc2(CO)10] (1) leads to a novel ortho-pyridyl-ditechnetium hydrido complex, [Tc2(mu-H)(mu-NC5H4)(NC5H5)2(CO)6] (2) and its precursor [Tc2(mu-CO)2(NC5H5)2(CO)6] (3). At ambient temperature 1 was found to react slowly with pyridine to afford the substitution product 3 after 120 h. However, heating the reaction mixture to reflux exclusively leads to the pyridine-ortho-metalated complex 2 in only 30 min. Similarly, complex 3 can be converted completely into 2 upon heating in pyridine for 30 min. Both compounds 2 and 3 were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. Both compounds 2 and 3 show a complex dynamic behavior in solution that was investigated by one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. Both compounds 2 and 3 show isomerization in solution according to the relative position of the non-bridging pyridine ligands. For 2 the existence of three isomers was shown at equilibrium conditions, 2a (56%) with trans-diaxial, 2b (38%) with cis-diaxial, and 2c (6%) with axial-equatorial arrangement of the non-bridging pyridines. For 3 an equilibrium was detected between two isomers, 3a (67%) with a cis-diaxial and 3b (33%) with a trans-diaxial arrangement of the pyridines.  相似文献

Three fractions of SiC platelets were characterized using polarizing microscopy, X-ray diffraction, high resolution Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis (ESCA) and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive analysis (SEM/EDX). The chemical analysis of the three fractions is given. The determination of the SiC polytypes (4H, 6H, 15R, 3C) was done and has been correlated with the chemical analysis. The results of the X-ray diffraction investigations confirm the polarizing microscopy observations. Using microanalytical techniques important conclusions about the impurity elements (e.g. B, Al, Fe) and their local distribution could be drawn. Most of them were found to be present on the outermost surfaces of the platelets. On examining different proteomics approaches for the investigation of structure-function relationships of erythropoietin (EPO) receptor signaling, it was found that two-dimensional gel electrophoresis/mass spectrometry procedures are clearly limited in their ability to detect low-expressed signaling proteins. Instead it was found that a strategy involving anti-phosphotyrosine immunoprecipitation, one-dimensional gel electrophoresis (1DE), and capillary liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) provides the sensitivity required for identification of signaling proteins. In the present work the immunoprecipitation/1DE/LC/MS approach was combined with an in-gel 18O-labeling technique to analyze EPO receptor-dependent proteins. Identification and relative quantification of more than 180 EPO receptor-dependent proteins were achieved directly based on the in-gel 18O-labeling approach.  相似文献

The application of HPLC-NMR for the analysis of a mixture of fatty alcohol ethoxylates (FAEs) is described. The use of the new generation, cryogenically cooled probes is investigated in respect of the sensitivity advantage that they provide. The FAE mixture is separated using liquid chromatography at the critical point of adsorption. The ability of the method to differentiate between the different end groups and the degree of polymerization of the mixture constituents is investigated. Both on-flow and stop-flow HPLC-NMR techniques were used together with two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. The results are compared with those obtained by using an evaporative light scattering detector for the HPLC.  相似文献

Oxidative cyclodehydrogenation is an important process in the formation of the new graphene, N-(1)/(2)HSB 2. This heteropolyaromatic results from the FeCl(3)-catalyzed oxidative cyclodehydrogenation of 1,2-dipyrimidyl-3,4,5,6-tetra-(4-tert-butylphenyl)benzene. Three new C-C bonds are formed that lock the two pyrimidines in a molecular platform comprising eight fused aromatic rings flanked by two remaining "uncyclized" phenyl rings. Mechanistically intriguing is the fact that N-HSB 1, the product of six C-C bond fusions, is co-synthesized with its "half-cyclized" daughter in this reaction. 1 and 2 have the same bidentate N-atom arrangement. This facilitates formation of the heteroleptic Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(bpy)(2)(2)](PF(6))(2) 4 and [Ru(bpy)(2)(1)](PF(6))(2) 3, which differ in the size and planarity of their aromatic ligands. The new ligand 2 and its complex 4 are characterized by (1)H NMR, IR, ESI-MS, and accurate mass methods. 2 exhibits photophysical properties that are consistent with a reduction of the pi/pi framework, a concomitant increase in the energy of the LUMO, and a blue-shift of the solvent-dependent fluorescence (lambda(em) = 474 nm, phi(F) = 0.55, toluene) as compared to its parent. Complex 4 absorbs throughout the visible region and borders on near-IR emitter character, exhibiting a slightly blue-shifted (3)MLCT emission (868 nm, CH(3)CN) as compared to that of [Ru(bpy)(2)(1)](PF(6))(2) 3 (880 nm, CH(3)CN). Electrochemical analyses permit further elucidation of the intermolecular interactions of 3 and 4. These and the concentration and temperature-dependent NMR spectra of 4 confirm it to be nonaggregating, a direct result of the two uncyclized and rotatable phenyl rings in 2.  相似文献
