The molecular complex formation reactions of uridine (Urd) with adenosine (Ado), cytidine (Cyd), thymidine (Thd), adenosine 5-monophosphate (AMP) and cytidine 5-monophosphate (CMP) have been studied at 20°C. It was found that the main positive noncovalent centers of ion–dipole and dipole–dipole type interactions are the protonated N(3) atoms of Urd, whereas the negative centers are the endocyclic atoms of the bases characterized by high electron density from the second molecule involved in the reaction. Moreover, NMR results indicate the occurrence of stacking in the complex (Urd)H(Cyd), whereas in the complex, (Urd)H2(Thd), it is the only type of interaction. Deprotonation of the latter species brings about a change in the character of the reaction and ion–dipole interactions have been detected in the adduct, (Urd)H(Thd). Interestingly, no involvement of the phosphate groups in the formation of AMP and CMP adducts has been evidenced and the main centers of the reactions were found to be the N(7)and N(1) atoms of AMP, or the N(3) atoms of CMP and Urd. Moreover, in the Urd/CMP system the NMR results suggest stacking-type interactions.  相似文献

The effect of untreated and tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) surface-treated TiO2 nanoparticles when included as filler in poly(ethylene terephthalate) on its compatibility, non-isothermal crystallization behavior, viscoelastic transitions and cold crystallization has been studied. The effectiveness of the surface treatment has been studied using infrared spectrophotometry (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The effect of the untreated and surface-treated nanofiller content in the polymer, added by an extrusion process, on the non-isothermal crystallization has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The influence on the viscoelastic transitions and cold crystallization of PET nanocomposites has been studied through thermomechanical analysis (TMA). The surface treatment and the concentration of nanofiller influence the non-isothermal crystallization behavior, the viscoelastic transitions and the cold crystallization of the PET nanocomposites, enables us to evaluate the compatibility and the level of dispersion/aggregation of the nanofiller in the poly(ethylene terephthalate).  相似文献

Herein, we report the synthesis and characterization, through elemental analysis, electronic spectroscopy, electrochemistry, potentiometric titration, electron paramagnetic resonance, and magnetochemistry, of two dinuclear copper(II) complexes, using the unsymmetrical ligands N',N',N-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-N-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzyl)-1,3-propanediamin-2-ol (L1) and N',N'-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzyl)-1,3-propanediamin-2-ol (L2). The structures of the complexes [Cu(2)(L1)(μ-OAc)](ClO(4))(2)·(CH(3))(2)CHOH (1) and [Cu(2)(L2)(μ-OAc)](ClO(4))·H(2)O·(CH(3))(2)CHOH (2) were determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex [Cu(2)(L3)(μ-OAc)](2+) [3; L3 = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-N',N',N-tris(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3-propanediamin-2-ol] was included in this study for comparison purposes only (Neves et al. Inorg. Chim. Acta2005, 358, 1807-1822). Magnetic data show that the Cu(II) centers in 1 and 2 are antiferromagnetically coupled and that the difference in the exchange coupling J found for these complexes (J = -4.3 cm(-1) for 1 and J = -40.0 cm(-1) for 2) is a function of the Cu-O-Cu bridging angle. In addition, 1 and 2 were tested as catalysts in the oxidation of the model substrate 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol and can be considered as functional models for catechol oxidase. Because these complexes possess labile sites in their structures and in solution they have a potential nucleophile constituted by a terminal Cu(II)-bound hydroxo group, their activity toward hydrolysis of the model substrate 2,4-bis(dinitrophenyl)phosphate and DNA was also investigated. Double electrophilic activation of the phosphodiester by monodentate coordination to the Cu(II) center that contains the phenol group with tert-butyl substituents and hydrogen bonding of the protonated phenol with the phosphate O atom are proposed to increase the hydrolase activity (K(ass.) and k(cat.)) of 1 and 2 in comparison with that found for complex 3. In fact, complexes 1 and 2 show both oxidoreductase and hydrolase/nuclease activities and can thus be regarded as man-made models for studying catalytic promiscuity.  相似文献

We have synthesised a novel oxanorbornene β-aminoacid derivative and employed it in a stereoselective Ugi reaction. Hypothesis regarding the mechanism taking place during the reaction have been made and validated through the determination of the relative and absolute configuration of the Ugi adducts. Use of the correct choice of solvents can increase stereoselection. The resulting bicyclic peptidomimetics can be used as a novel class of pluripotent substrates to be elaborated according to the synthetic strategies previously elaborated in our laboratories.  相似文献

The phenolic compounds are the main phytochemical constituents of the bark of Trichilia catigua and are commonly used for medicinal purposes. An HPLC method for the simultaneous quantification of phenolic compounds (procyanidin B2 (PB2), epicatechin (EPC), chinchonains Ia, Ib, IIa, IIb, catechin, and chrologenic acid) in T. catigua extract was developed and validated. A suitable chromatographic system was selected, which uses a gradient elution with methanol/ACN (75:25), and water both with 0.05% TFA, as mobile phase, column Luna, 280 nm, and flow 0.4 mL/min. Validation of the analytical method was based on the parameters: linearity, precision, LODs and LOQs, accuracy, robustness, and stability. The method showed linearity for PB2 and EPC, in the range 10–120 μg/mL with good correlation coefficients (>0.996). For precision, the repeatability ranged from 1.89 to 3.23%, and the values for accuracy for PB2 and EPC were 95 and 89%, respectively. The LODs and LOQs for PB2 were 1.36 and 4.12 μg/mL, and for EPC were 2.18 and 6.61 μg/mL, respectively. The method was robust under the conditions employed. The proposed method could be employed for quality assessment of T. catigua, as well as pharmaceutical products.  相似文献

Advanced SPE with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) was used in this study. A noncovalent imprinting approach was applied to separate 17β‐estradiol, estriol, and estrone from water samples. Polymer material was prepared by bulk polymerization with methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, divinylbenzene and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as crosslinkers, and acetonitrile, acetonitrile/toluene (3:1, v/v) or isooctane/toluene (1:99, v/v) as a porogen. We also prepared an MIP film on a silica gel surface with methacrylic acid and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as monomers and acetonitrile as a solvent. Qualitative and quantitative hormone analyses were carried out by HPLC with various detection techniques, including UV/visible spectroscopic detection (diode array detection) and electrochemical detection (CoulArray). The results of the study indicate that MIP technology is an excellent method for the quality control of estrogens in environmental analyses with a low quantification limit for 17β‐estradiol of around 26 (diode array detection) and 0.25 ng/mL (electrochemical detection). The proposed method was found to be suitable for routine determinations of the analyzed compound in environmental laboratories.  相似文献

Both cis- and trans-N-benzyl-azetidine-2,4-dimethanols5 and 6 were prepared and submitted to acetylation in organic solvents catalyzed by lipases. Asymmetrization of diol 5 gave ohe corresponding monoacetate 7, while double sequential kinetic resolution of reacemic 6 gave optically enriched diol 6b and its enantiomer as the corresponding diacetate 10a. Optimized reaction conditions furnished 7, 6b and 10a with e.e. > 99%.  相似文献
