We report measurement of the luminescence spectra of highly photoexcited semiconductor samples of GaAs, CdTe and InP. The experiments were performed under similar conditions as those imposed on the systems in previous work devoted to the observation of inelastic (Doppler - Raman) scattering of light. We show that our results are fully consistent with the interpretation of the macroscopic thermodynamic state of the system in terms of a hot excitation model.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of alpha form 5-nitro-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-one (alpha-NTO, space group P) were measured in a high-pressure vessel diamond anvil cell (DAC). The pressure was increased to 27.6 GPa. In general, Raman bands show a blue shift because of the nature of the molecule packing as a high-pressure effect, but some particular bands exhibited a red shift, disappearance, split, or slight shifting in our experiments. Those red-shifting bands concerning hydrogen bonds, i.e., carbonyl and amino groups, are likely to work as a stabilizer against stimuli to the molecule or crystal. This stabilizing nature might characterize the insensitivity of NTO. Molecular dynamic (MD) calculations were performed to reveal the high-pressure effect of the alpha-NTO crystal. The coordinates of individual atoms in the crystal structure were obtained using X-ray diffraction analysis. The pressure dependence of the power spectra of the correlation functions of the C=O bond length in NTO was calculated. A unique high-pressure effect of the alpha-NTO crystal was found on the power spectra. The peak frequency in the power spectrum of the C=O stretching vibration exhibited a red shift with an increase in pressure to 10.0 GPa, while the peak intensity considerably decreased under the same pressure process, because this bond length increased with an increase in pressure to 10.0 GPa. At a pressure of >20.0 GPa, a blue shift appeared. These results of the MD calculations are in good agreement with our experimental data.  相似文献

A new compound, halichonic acid (1), was isolated from a marine sponge Halichondria sp., together with (6R,7S)-7-amino-7,8-dihydro-α-bisabolene (2). The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and ECD spectrum calculation to be a rearranged bisabolene-type sesquiterpene having a 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonene moiety. Compound 2 was cytotoxic against HeLa cells with an IC50 value of 50?μM, whereas 1 did not show cytotoxicity even at 50?μM. It is possible that 1 is biosynthesized from farnesyl pyrophosphate and glycine, with rearrangement.  相似文献

We describe high-speed Fourier domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) using optical demultiplexers (ODs) for spectral dispersion. The OD enables separation of a narrow spectral band of 14 GHz (0.11 nm) from a broadband incident light at 256 different frequencies in 25.0 GHz intervals centered at 192.2 THz (1559.8 nm). OCT imaging of 60,000,000 axial scans per second was achieved through parallel signal acquisition using 256 balanced photoreceivers to simultaneously detect all the output signals from the ODs in a Fourier domain OCT system. OCT imaging at a 16 kHz frame rate, 1100 A-lines per frame, 3 mm depth range, and 23 microm resolution was demonstrated using a resonant scanner for lateral scanning.  相似文献

Stellatolide H (1) was isolated from a deep-sea sponge Discodermia sp. as the cytotoxic constituent. The planar structure of 1 was elucidated on the basis of the NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. The absolute configurations of the constituent amino acid residues were determined by the Marfey’s method. Stellatolide H (1) is a peptide lactone of the callipeltin class with its N-terminus blocked by 3-hydroxy-6,8-dimethyldeca-(4Z,6E)-dienoic acid (Hdda).  相似文献

Enzymatic core components from trans‐acyltransferase polyketide synthases (trans‐AT PKSs) catalyze exceptionally diverse biosynthetic transformations to generate structurally complex bioactive compounds. Here we focus on a group of oxygenases identified in various trans‐AT PKS pathways, including those for pederin, oocydins, and toblerols. Using the oocydin pathway homologue (OocK) from Serratia plymuthica 4Rx13 and N‐acetylcysteamine (SNAC) thioesters as test surrogates for acyl carrier protein (ACP)‐tethered intermediates, we show that the enzyme inserts oxygen into β‐ketoacyl moieties to yield malonyl ester SNAC products. Based on these data and the identification of a non‐hydrolyzed oocydin congener with retained ester moiety, we propose a unified biosynthetic pathway of oocydins, haterumalides, and biselides. By providing access to internal ester, carboxylate pseudostarter, and terminal hydroxyl functions, oxygen insertion into polyketide backbones greatly expands the biosynthetic scope of PKSs.  相似文献
