A number of nitrato complexes of metals have been found to be adsorbed on DEAE-cellulose from mixed acetic acid-nitric acid media, although none can be adsorbed from aqueous nitric acid solutions. The distribution coefficients of Sc, Mo, La, Sm, W, Re, Bi, Th and U are given as functions of acetic acid and nitric acid concentrations (sometimes in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to prevent hydrolytic precipitation). For 25 other metals column adsorption behaviour is described for a 90% acetic acid-10% 7.6M nitric acid mixture. Favourable differences in the distribution coefficients allow useful separations such as FeMoW and USmMoBiTh, to be achieved. 相似文献

The fluorescence lifetime τ1 of Pr3+ doped in the ferroelectric solid solution SNB40 (Ba0.4Sr0.6Nb2O6) was measured ar various temperatures. The fluorescence lifetime decreases gradually with increasing temperature. Furthermore, an anomalous increase of τ1 was observed at a specific temperature. The fluorescence linewidth and the peak wavelength of fluorescence also showed an anomalous change at this temperature. We study the limit theorem related to the interface of the three-dimensional Ising model. Dobrushin proved that the interface does not fluctuate and becomes rigid for sufficiently large. We define the random fieldX

We report the demonstration of strong resonance enhancement of a single high-order harmonic in the extreme ultraviolet (XUV) region generated from the interaction of a femtosecond pulse with low-ionized In ablation. A strong 13th harmonic (61.2 nm) of Ti:sapphire laser radiation with output intensity almost two orders of magnitude higher than neighboring harmonics was observed in these studies. The high conversion efficiency of the 13th harmonic (8 x 10(-5)) is attributed to multiple collisions of electron trajectories with the origin due to multiphoton resonance with the In ion. 相似文献

Time-resolved magneto photoluminescence in a diluted magnetic semiconductor Cd 0.9 Mn 0.1 Te has been carried out with varying exciton density from 10 14 to 10 19 cm m 3 . The reduction of the Zeeman shift and that of the magnetic polaron energy was found under strong photoexcitation. The spectral feature is interpreted in terms of the heating of the manganese spin subsystem. Polarization dependence of the spin heating is observed for the first time, revealing the contribution of the spin flip between excitons and magnetic ions to the heating process. 相似文献

We fabricate photonic crystal slab microcavities embedded with GaAs quantum dots by electron beam lithography and droplet epitaxy. The Purcell effect of exciton emission of the quantum dots is confirmed by the micro photoluminescence measurement. The nonlinear refractive indices γ and nonlinear absorption coefficients of ZrO2 films doped with CdS or ZnS nanoparticles, as well as with various metals, are measured. The effects of semiconductor and metal nanoparticles and annealing on the nonlinear optical properties of films are studied. The structural parameters of films, determined by electron microscopy and x-ray dispersion spectroscopy, are compared to the optical and nonlinear optical characteristics of these media. The high magnitude of γ of the films ((3±0.6)×10?11 cm2 W? 1) is attributed to the surface enhancement effect in semiconductor nanoparticles. On the basis of Z-scan data obtained at different intensities of radiation, it is shown that the variations in γ of the ZrO2:CdS(Cr) and ZrO2:ZnS(Mn) films are related to the generation of free carriers. 相似文献
