An efficient and simple protocol is reported for the synthesis of a new class of 1-substituted-octahydro-[1,3,2]diazaphospholo[1,5-a]pyridine-1-oxides in good to excellent yield (88–95%) via Michaelis–Arbuzov rearrangement. Condensation of diamido phosphite with various halides at 60 °C using CeCl3·7H2O as a highly efficient catalyst afforded the products within a short period of reaction time. This procedure is mild, efficient, and non-toxic and stability of the catalyst is the merit of this process. Therefore, this protocol being environmentally benign and efficient, serves as an alternative procedure for the preparation of the title compounds.  相似文献

A short and efficient strategy for the synthesis of (?)-cytoxazone, (?)-4-epi-cyoxazone and their analogues by using DDQ mediated diastereoselective intermolecular benzylic amination has been described. Immunological evaluation of their cytokine modulating activity revealed that the change of hydroxy methyl to methyl group increased the cellular immunity in in-vitro cultures. Changes in the stereochemistry of oxazolidine haven't influenced the biological activity.  相似文献

A protocol for the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling of novel 2‐(6‐chloropyridazin‐3‐yl)‐5‐(aryl/heteroarylsulfonyl)‐2,5‐diazabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes and heteroarylboronic acids to afford variety of coupled products was realized. Pd‐PEPPSI‐IPr catalyst was found to be a powerful and reusable catalyst under relatively mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Gold phosphides show unique optical or semiconductor properties and there are extensive high technology applications, e.g. in laser diodes, etc. In spite of the various AuP structures known, the search for new materials is wide. Laser ablation synthesis is a promising screening and synthetic method. Generation of gold phosphides via laser ablation of red phosphorus and nanogold mixtures was studied using laser desorption ionisation time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (LDI TOFMS). Gold clusters Aum+ (m = 1 to ~35) were observed with a difference of one gold atom and their intensities were in decreasing order with respect to m. For Pn+ (n = 2 to ~111) clusters, the intensities of odd‐numbered phosphorus clusters are much higher than those for even‐numbered phosphorus clusters. During ablation of P‐nanogold mixtures, clusters Aum+ (m = 1‐12), Pn+ (n = 2‐7, 9, 11, 13–33, 35–95 (odd numbers)), AuPn+ (n = 1, 2–88 (even numbers)), Au2Pn+ (n = 1‐7, 14–16, 21–51 (odd numbers)), Au3Pn+ (n = 1‐6, 8, 9, 14), Au4Pn+ (n = 1‐9, 14–16), Au5Pn+ (n = 1‐6, 14, 16), Au6Pn+ (n = 1‐6), Au7Pn+ (n = 1‐7), Au8Pn+ (n = 1‐6, 8), Au9Pn+ (n = 1‐10), Au10Pn+ (n = 1‐8, 15), Au11Pn+ (n = 1‐6), and Au12Pn+ (n = 1, 2, 4) were detected in positive ion mode. In negative ion mode, Aum (m = 1–5), Pn (n = 2, 3, 5–11, 13–19, 21–35, 39, 41, 47, 49, 55 (odd numbers)), AuPn (n = 4–6, 8–26, 30–36 (even numbers), 48), Au2Pn (n = 2–5, 8, 11, 13, 15, 17), Au3Pn (n = 6–11, 32), Au4Pn (n = 1, 2, 4, 6, 10), Au6P5, and Au7P8 clusters were observed. In both modes, phosphorus‐rich AumPn clusters prevailed. The first experimental evidence for formation of AuP60 and gold‐covered phosphorus Au12Pn (n = 1, 2, 4) clusters is given. An electrochemical method was developed for the determination of mercury using polycrystalline gold electrode modified by self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBTH). Morphological and electrochemical characterisation of the self-assembled structure of MBTH was performed using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The monolayer of MBTH has shown high affinity for Hg2+. The limit of detection for the determination of Hg2+ using the MBTH SAMs modified gold electrode was obtained as 0.421 μg L?1. The pre-concentration of Hg2+ at open circuit potential is beneficial for the onsite monitoring of mercury concentration in water samples.  相似文献

This document describes a simple and robust process for the synthesis of olmesartan medoxomil. This tailored process allows us to synthesize olmesartan medoxomil on a large scale with 50% overall yield. Also, our process has excellent control of the impurity profile in all the stages.  相似文献

The kinetics of the oxidation of cyclohexanone (CHN) by hydrated copper(II) perchlorate (HCP) in an acetonitrile medium has been studied. The orders with respect to [CHN] and [HCP] were found to be one each. This HCP + CHN redox system has been used for the polymerization of acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, and methyl acrylate. The rate of polymerization was proportional to [CHN]0.5, [HCP]0.5, and [M]1.8. Based on the above results, a probable mechanism for oxidation and polymerization is proposed.  相似文献

Seven new aryl methyl g -ketophosphonate esters were synthesized. The hydrolytic rates of the compounds under physiological conditions were studied. Most of the compounds are effective inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase. The enzyme recovers on the 10-50 h time scale from its adducts with two of the inhibitors.  相似文献

With a view to understand the ground state of charge ordered sodium doped neodymium manganites, electrical and magnetic studies were carried out using different measurement protocols and is found to be ferromagnetic.
