The Glucose amount of human blood is very vital because in higher levels than allowed value the corporal biological system was hampered. Therefore, in this study, the Cu2O was deposited on the reduced Graphene oxide (RGO) by polydopamin (PDA) as linker. The new RGO‐PDA‐Cu2O nanocomposite was deposited on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface after its characterization by UV–Visible, fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) techniques. The electroanalysis of the new electrode was investigated by the cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The obtained detection limit of glucose (Glu) showed that the deposited GCE by RGO‐PDA‐Cu2O nanocomposite has a high potential for its diagnosis. In addition, this electrode was applied to the Glu detection as biosensor in real samples in order to utilize in commercial applications.  相似文献

Vanadium, bismuth, and copper loaded ZnO crystals were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, XRD, DRUV, SEM-EDS, and BET techniques. XRD and adsorption–desorption analysis shows that the structure of ZnO remains intact after various modifications, while spectral technique shows the successful immobilizing of the metal on the support. The effect of loaded metals (V, Bi, and Cu) of the same concentration on the photocatalytic and structural characteristics of metal loaded ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) were then investigated. The obtained band gap values were in the 3.33–3.37 eV range. The photoefficiency of this nanosized M/ZnO in photodegradation of Malachite Green (MG) was studied.  相似文献

Complexatio of the La3+ cation with 1,13-bis(8-quinolyl)-1,4,7,10,13-pentaoxatridecane(Kryptofix5) was studied in pure solvents acetonitrile (AN), methanol (MeOH), nitrobenzene (NB), tetrahydrofuran (THF), methyl acetate (MeOAC) and in various binary solvent mixtures of AN–MeOH, AN–NB, AN–THF, and AN–MeOAC systems at different temperatures using the conductometric method. The stoichiometry of the complex was found to be 1 : 1 (ML). In all cases, the variation of the log kf with composition of the solvent was non-linear. This behavior is probably due to a change in the structure of these binary mixed solvents as the composition of the medium is varied. The stability order of the complex in pure nonaqueous solvents at 25°C increases in the order: AN > THF > MeOAC > MeOH > NB. The values of thermodynamic data (ΔH c °,ΔS c °) formation of (Kryptofix5.La)3+ complex are definitely solvent dependent.  相似文献

Surface of mesocellular silica foam (MCF) was modified by grafting 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) to have the positive charge, and thus, to provide sites for the immobilization of H3PW12O40 (PW12). This modified-nanosized mesoporous silica (PW12-APTES@MCF) was characterized by FTIR, XRD, BET and TEM. The photoefficiency of this nanosized mesoporous toward photodegradation of six dye solutions [rhodamine B, malachite green, methylene blue, rose bengal, solophenyl red (3-BL), yellow direct 50 (CI-50)] was investigated in a photocatalytic reactor using UV lamp as a light source. The effect of various experimental parameters on the degradation performance of the process was evaluated by examining catalyst dosage, initial dye concentration and pH of the dye solution in the presence of PW12-APTES@MCF. The photocatalytic behaviors of the PW12-APTES@MCF were also compared with two mesoporous silica-supported PW12-APTES@SBA-15 and PW12-APTES@KIT-6. It indicated that the PW12-APTES@MCF had the highest photocatalytic efficiency among three mesoporous silica-supported PW12-APTES. These photocatalysts can be reused several times although they get less active.  相似文献

The competitive metal ion transport experiments of Co+2, Cd+2, Ag+, Pb+2, Ni+2, and Cu+2 were carried out by N-(2,6-dichlorobenzoyl)-N′,N″-bis(pyrrolidinyl)-phosphoric triamide as a carrier in organic membrane phase. 2,6-Cl2C6H3C(O)NHP(O)[NC4H8]2 has been synthesized and characterized by mass spectrometry IR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit of title phosphoric triamide contains one symmetrically independent molecule. The source phase contained equimolar concentrations of metal ions at pH 5 and the receiving phase being buffered at pH 3. The following solvents were examined as membrane: chloroform (CHCl3), nitrobenzene (NB), 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCE), dichloromethane (DCM), dichloromethane/1,2-dichloroethane (DCM/1,2-DCE). The obtained results show that the selectivity and efficiency of transport for these heavy metal cations change with the nature of the ligand and also the organic solvents, which were used as liquid membrane in these experiments. A good selectivity was observed for Pb+2 cation by this ligand in all membrane systems. Moreover, the selectivity of metal cations in DCM is higher than other solvents. A non-linear relationship was found between the percent of transport of Pb+2 cation by this ligand and the compositions of DCM/1,2-DCE and binary solution by this ligand. The effect of several factors such as the nature of carboxylic acids (stearic, fumaric and maleic acid) as surfactant in the membrane phase and the time of transport on transport efficiency of Pb+2 cation were investigated.  相似文献
