The dynamical behaviour of a simply supported, orthotropic, circular plate subjected to strong blast is considered. The blast is assumed to impart an axisymmetric transverse, velocity which has a general Gaussian distribution spatially. It is concluded that the rate of growth of plastic regimes and the final plastic deformation strongly depend upon the initial Gaussian distribution parameter. 相似文献
Some novel compounds of bis/mono 1-aryl-1H-tetrazole-5-carboxylic acid are synthesized by the hydrolysis of two different synthesized esters, they are ethyl-1-aryl-1H-tetrazole-5-carboxylate and ethyloxo(1-aryl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)acetate. The ethyl-1-aryl-1H-tetrazole-5-carboxylate is resistant to get hydrolyzed, whereas the ethyloxo(1-aryl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl) acetate undergoes hydrolysis process and converts the ester to title compound. All the synthesized compounds are characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, mass and elemental analysis.The ethyl-1-aryl-1H-tetrazole-5-carboxylateis optimized by DFT B3LYP method and the HOMO and LUMO energy is 5.14?eV and also there is a formation of a weak bond between O18 and C8 as observed from the AIM analysis result. 相似文献
We review the continuous monitoring of a qubit through its spontaneous emission, at an introductory level. Contemporary experiments have been able to collect the fluorescence of an artificial atom in a cavity and transmission line, and then make measurements of that emission to obtain diffusive quantum trajectories in the qubit's state. We give a straightforward theoretical overview of such scenarios, using a framework based on Kraus operators derived from a Bayesian update concept; we apply this flexible framework across common types of measurements including photodetection, homodyne, and heterodyne monitoring and illustrate its equivalence to the stochastic master equation formalism throughout. Special emphasis is given to homodyne (phase-sensitive) monitoring of fluorescence. The examples we develop are used to illustrate basic methods in quantum trajectories, but also to introduce some more advanced topics of contemporary interest, including the arrow of time in quantum measurement, and trajectories following optimal measurement records derived from a variational principle. The derivations we perform lead directly from the development of a simple model to an understanding of recent experimental results. 相似文献

Using this simple methodology, flazin, perlolyrine, eudistomin U and harmane containing heteroaryl and alkyl substituents at C1 position were synthesized in good yields.

Green synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) from Prunus × yedoensis leaf extract (PYLE), and their application for removal of phosphate and their antibacterial activity, were studied for the first time. NPs were obtained using a green chemistry approach from 0.1 M TiO2 and PYLE at ratio of 1:1 (v/w). Initial confirmation of production of TiO2 NPs was provided by a color change from white to light yellow, then calcination was performed at 500 °C for 1 h. The TiO2 NPs were characterized using various analytical techniques such as ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, UV–Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that the optimal amount of TiO2 NPs for removal of phosphate was 10 mg/l (10 ppm) with duration of 25 min. Furthermore, the antibacterial activity of TiO2 NPs was also investigated using two different bacteria (Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli) in aqueous medium. The biological and optical importance of the o-aminoaldehyde family of ligands inspired us to evaluate the coordination properties and biological activities of 2-aminonicotinaldehyde (ANA). Here, we report the synthesis, characterization, biological screening and molecular docking studies of ANA and its metal complexes of Ni(II), Pd(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) using various analytical and spectroscopic techniques. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of ANA explain the solid-state assembly and an interesting supramolecular herring bone stacking pattern by classical N–H···O/N intra/inter molecular and non-classical C–H···O/N intermolecular H-bonding. ANA and its metal complexes were screened for in vitro anticancer, antimicrobial and anti-oxidant activities. Anticancer activity was tested against HeLa, MCF-7 and HEK293 human cancer cell lines. The [Ni(ANA)2Cl2] complex showed good activity against HeLa and MCF-7, the [Pd(ANA)2Cl2] and [Cu(ANA)2Cl2] complexes against HeLa, and the [Co(ANA)2Cl2] complex against MCF-7. In antimicrobial screening, the [Co(ANA)2Cl2] and [Cu(ANA)2Cl2] complexes were proved to be potent antibacterial and antifungal agents. The anti-oxidant activity of these complexes was investigated through DPPH radical assay, and it was found that all the complexes have good radical scavenging capability. Molecular docking studies were also carried for all the metal complexes against EGFR as a target protein by using Autodock, and the results strongly correlated with the anticancer activity. 相似文献
An efficient and rapid method was developed for the synthesis of C3-pyranopyrazole-substituted coumarins from one-pot five-component reaction of β-keto ester, hydrazine, O-hydroxy aromatic aldehydes, 6-methyl, 4-hydroxy pyranone and aromatic aldehyde in the presence of tri-ethylamine in solvent-free conditions.
