Densities of the ternary system 1,4-dioxane + butyl acrylate + ethyl acrylate and its binary butyl acrylate + ethyl acrylate have been measured in the whole composition range, at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure, using an Anton Paar DMA 5000 oscillating U-tube densimeter. The calculated excess molar volumes of the binary system are positive and were correlated with the Redlich–Kister equation and with a series of Legendre polynomials. Several models were used to correlate the ternary behavior from the excess molar volume data of their constituent binaries and were found equally good to fit the data. The best fit was based on a direct approach, without information on the component binary systems. 相似文献

Chiral separation of enantiomers is one of the most challenging tasks for any analytical technique including CE. Since the first report in 1985 showing the great possibilities of CE for the separation of chiral compounds, the amount of publications concerning this topic has quickly increased. Although chiral electromigration methods have mainly been used for enantioseparation of drugs and pharmaceuticals, they have also been applied to analyze chiral pollutants. This article intends to provide an updated overview, including works published till January 2005, on the principal applications of CE to the chiral analysis of pollutants and their metabolites, with special emphasis on articles published in the last 10 years. The main advantages and drawbacks regarding the use of CE for chiral separation of pollutants are addressed including some discussion on the foreseen trends of electromigration procedures applied to chiral analysis of contaminants. 相似文献

It has been conjectured that a lattice in a noncompact group of real rank one, other than SU(1,n), cannot be isomorphic to the fundamental group of a compact Kähler manifold; moreover, it is known to be true for SO(1,n). In this note it is shown that this conjecture also holds for the case of uniform lattices in F4(?20), the group of isometries of the Cayley hyperbolic plane. The result is a consequence of a classification theorem for harmonic maps between Kähler and Cayley hyperbolic manifolds. 相似文献

The behaviour of oxazepam in adsorptive stripping voltammetry was studied taking into account those conditions which have an influence on the accumulation step (electrolyte, pH, time, potential, drop size and stirring rate), rest time and stripping step (pulse amplitude and scan rate). Oxazepam can be determined at a hanging mercury drop electrode by differential-pulse voltammetry in 0.008 M Britton-Robinson buffer at pH 2.0 with a ?0.50 V accumulation potential. Its detection limit was found to be 3.6 × 10?10 M (30-s accumulation) and the relative standard deviation for oxazepam concentrations in the range 2.8 × 10?8?4.0 × 10?7 M is lower than 2.8% (80-s accumulation). In addition, a procedure using adsorptive stripping voltammetry was developed to study the interactions occurring between human albumin and the camazepam metabolic series (camazepam, temazepam and oxazepam). The interactions decreased in the order temazepam ? oxazepam ? camazepam and the groups and structural modifications favouring interaction were determined. 相似文献

Nitrosation reactions of amino acids with an -NH(2) group [namely, six alpha-amino acids (glycine, alanine, alpha-aminobutyric acid, alpha-aminoisobutyric acid, valine, and norvaline); two beta-amino acids (beta-alanine and beta-aminobutyric acid), and one gamma-amino acid (gamma-aminobutyric acid)] were studied. Nitrosation was carried out in aqueous acid media, mimicking the conditions of the stomach lumen. The rate equation was r = k(3)(exp)[amino acid][nitrite](2), with a maximum k(3)(exp) value in the 2.3-2.7 pH range. The existence of an isokinetic relationship supports the argument that all the reactions share a common mechanism. A nitrosation mechanism is proposed, and the following conclusions are drawn: (i) Nitrosation reactions of amino acids with a primary amino group in acid media occur with dinitrogen trioxide as the main nitrosating agent. The finding that the nitrosation rate is proportional to the square of the nitrite concentration suggests that the yield of nitrosation products in the stomach would increase sharply with higher nitrate/nitrite intakes. (ii) Stomach hypochlorhydria could be a potential enhancer of in vivo amino acid nitrosation. (iii) The reactivity (k(3)()(exp)) [alpha-amino acids > beta-amino acids > gamma-amino acids] is the same as that found in a previous work for the alkylating potential of lactones formed from nitrosation products of the same amino acids. This implies that the nitrosation reactions of the most common natural amino acids are the most efficient precursors of the most powerful alkylating agents. (iv) The order of magnitude (10(7)-10(8) M(-1) s(-1)) of the bimolecular rate constants of nitrosation shows that such reactions occur through an encounter process. 相似文献

Poly(arylene ether sulfone) (PSF), showing good thermal stability and excellent mechanical properties, was synthesized as an anion‐exchange matrix. It was synthesized by the condensation polymerization between bisphenol A and 4,4′‐dichlorodiphenylsulfone. 1°‐Amine‐containing poly(arylene ether sulfone) (1°‐APSF) was synthesized by the reduction reaction of a nitrated PSF. Then, it was transferred to 3°‐amine‐containing poly(arylene ether sulfone) (3°‐APSF) by the alkylation of the amine of 1°‐APSF. The properties of PSF, 1°‐APSF, and 3°‐APSF were investigated by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis. The introduction of the 3°‐amine group into PSF increased the glass‐transition temperature but decreased thermooxidative stability. A series of interpenetrated polymer networks (IPNs) in which the first component is a porous poly(ethyl methacrylate) (PEMA) hydrophobic network and the second one is a poly(2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) (PHEA) hydrophilic network were synthesized. Equilibrium sorption isotherms can be reduced to a single master curve for all the IPNs when the water absorbed is expressed per gram of PHEA in them. The equilibrium water sorption in immersion is always much smaller than that of pure PHEA. This feature is due to the confining effect of the stiff PEMA matrix. The plasticizing effect of the absorbed water on the PHEA phase was characterized using thermally stimulated depolarization currents, dynamic-mechanical analysis and dielectric relaxation spectroscopy. The results show that the shift of the main relaxation peak towards lower temperatures is unaffected by the presence of the PEMA matrix, and only depends on the water content per gram of PHEA in the IPN. 相似文献
