A series of donor–acceptor compounds 2–6 have been synthesized, via Knoevenagel condensation reaction (using conventional method, as well as microwave method). The ferrocene unit acts as a donor, conjugated phenyl–acetylene linker act as a π-electron relay unit, and malononitrile, cyanoacetic acid, and indanone groups act as acceptor. The electronic absorption spectra displayed a broad intramolecular charge transfer (CT) band in the visible region (450–650 nm). The electrochemical studies suggest considerable donor–acceptor interaction. The single crystal X-ray structure of 2, and 3 are reported, the structure reveals that 2 is nearly planar compared to 3. The supramolecular structure of 2 exhibits intramolecular C–H–π, and C–H–N interaction, which leads to formation of 2D network, whereas compound 3 shows head to tail dimer formation through C–H–π, and π–π interaction. 相似文献

Six cytotoxic and antimicrobial metabolites of a new bromo-phenazinone class, the marinocyanins A-F (1–6), were isolated together with the known bacterial metabolites 2-bromo-1-hydroxyphenazine (7), lavanducyanin (8, WS-9659A) and its chlorinated analog WS-9659B (9). These metabolites were purified by bioassay-guided fractionation of the extracts of our MAR4 marine actinomycete strains CNS-284 and CNY-960. The structures of the new compounds were determined by detailed spectroscopic methods and marinocyanin A (1) was confirmed by crystallographic methods. The marinocyanins represent the first bromo-phenazinones with an N-isoprenoid substituent in the skeleton. Marinocyanins A-F show strong to weak cytotoxicity against HCT-116 human colon carcinoma and possess modest antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus and amphotericin-resistant Candida albicans. 相似文献
Abstract Phosphate-based bioactive glasses and their glass ceramics for 47P2O5– (30.5)CaO–(22.5 ? x)Na2O–xZrO2 for different ZrO2 contents (x = 0, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5, and 6.0 mol%) were prepared through melt quenching and controlled heat treatment procedures. The amorphous nature of glasses and the presence of crystalline phases in glass ceramics were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies. The density, molar volume, ultrasonic velocities, attenuation, elastic constants, and microhardness of glass and glass ceramics were used to study the structural changes. The formation of hydroxyapatite layer on the surface of glasses and glass ceramics after immersion in simulated body fluid (SBF) was explored through XRD, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses. The results indicate that the added ZrO2 increases the crosslink density of glasses, resulting in network stability, and also induces the formation of an apatite layer on the surface of glasses. The use of carboxypeptidase for sequence determination is attractive because of its technical simplicity. In chemical methods all molecules of a peptide are made to go through a degradation cycle before a new cycle is started. In the enzymatic degradation of a protein, the order of the amino acid residues is not necessarily determined in a stepwise fashion but rather from the rate at which the amino acids appear in the digest, i.e., an amino acid appearing faster than another presumably precedes it in the sequence. Under favorable circumstances the rate of appearance of the amino acids released during digestion give sufficient evidence for the C-terminal sequence to be deduced. The present work pertains to a study on the use of immobilized carboxypeptidase A columns for sequential analyses. 相似文献
The in vitro viability, osteogenic differentiation, and mineralization of four different equine mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from bone marrow, periosteum, muscle, and adipose tissue are compared, when they are cultured with different collagen‐based scaffolds or with fibrin glue. The results indicate that bone marrow cells are the best source of MSCs for osteogenic differentiation, and that an electrochemically aggregated collagen gives the highest cell viability and best osteogenic differentiation among the four kinds of scaffolds studied.

The first example of the stereoselective synthesis of (Z)‐ and (E)‐allyl aryl sulfides and selenides from Baylis? Hillman acetates under neutral conditions in H2O by supramolecular catalysis involving β‐cyclodextrin is reported. β‐Cyclodextrin can be recovered and reused. The reaction is very efficient in providing allyl aryl sulfides and selenides in good‐to‐excellent yields with clean reaction profiles under mild reaction conditions. 相似文献
