The supramolecular host–guest investigation of Coumarin 460 (C460), a salient coumarin family dye molecule is studied with a noteworthy host molecule, p-sulfonatocalix[4]arene (p-SC4). The investigation is carried out by both experimental and theoretical approach. The binding affinity of C460 with p-SC4 is experimentally studied using absorption, emission, excited state lifetime and Cyclic Voltammetry methods. The binding constant is around 103 M??1, which shows potent binding. The binding stoichiometry is 1:1. The binding orientations and binding energies are studied using computational simulations. The mode of binding is also established using NMR spectral techniques.  相似文献

An efficient and rapid method was developed for the synthesis of C3-pyranopyrazole-substituted coumarins from one-pot five-component reaction of β-keto ester, hydrazine, O-hydroxy aromatic aldehydes, 6-methyl, 4-hydroxy pyranone and aromatic aldehyde in the presence of tri-ethylamine in solvent-free conditions. The microwave-assisted method reported herein offers advantageous shorter reaction times, higher yields and cleaner reaction compared with conventional heating methods.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid LC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantitation of five selective KCNQ channel openers, namely ICA-27243, ML-213, PF-05020182, SF-0034 and flupirtine in mice plasma as per regulatory guideline. The analytes and the internal standard (IS; flupirtine-d 4 ) were extracted from 50 µL mice plasma by liquid–liquid extraction, followed by chromatographic separation using an Atlantis C18 column with an isocratic mobile phase comprising 0.2% formic acid: acetonitrile (20:80, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL min?1 within 2.5 min. Detection and quantitation was done by multiple reaction monitoring on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer following the transitions: m/z 268.9 → 140.8, 258.1 → 95.1, 367.2 → 269.1, 322.2 → 248.2, 305.7 → 196.4 and 309.1 → 196.1 for ICA-27243, ML-213, PF-05020182, SF-0034, flupirtine and the IS, respectively, in the positive ionization mode. The calibration curves were linear from 1.00 to 2008 ng mL?1 for all the analytes with r2 ≥ 0.99. The intra- and inter-batch accuracy and precision (% CV) across quality controls varied from 90.0 to 113 and 2.64 to 13.0; 93.8 to 114 and 3.15 to 14.9%, respectively, for all the analytes. Analytes were found to be stable under different stability conditions. The method was applied to a pharmacokinetic study in mice.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of (+)-(1R, 2S, 6R, 7S, 1R)-5-(1-phenylethylamino)-endo-tricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]deca-4,8-dien-3-one is described. Based on the known absolute configuration (R) of the -phenylethylamine moiety the X-ray analysis revealed the absolute configuration of the title compound. The structure was refined to R 1 = 0.0298 for 1950 reflections (with I > 2(I)). Crystal data: C18H19NO, monoclinic, space group P21, a = 6.7406(4), b = 9.959(2), c = 11.3123(8)Å, = 102.969(5), V = 740.0(2)Å3, and Z = 2.  相似文献

Polymer electrolytes based on poly(ethylene oxide)-lithium triflate (PEO-LiCF3SO3) and poly(ethylene oxide)-lithium sulphate (PEO-Li2S4) were prepared by using solution casting method. Measurements of conductivity and dielectric were carried out on these films as a function of frequency at various temperatures. It was observed that PEO-LiCF3SO3 polymer electrolytes have higher conductivity. The interaction between PEO and Li salts were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR).  相似文献

To understand the change in environmental conditions when a probe is incorporated in micelles, an absorption and fluorescence spectral study on the solubilization behaviour of 5-methoxy tryptamine (5-MT) and N,N-dimethyl-5-methoxy tryptamine (5-NMT) has been made in CTAB and SDS for their neutral and cationic forms. The blue shift in emission wavelength is accompanied by increase in intensity with increasing surfactant concentration for almost all the cases except for the cationic probe in CTAB surfactant. This exceptional behaviour can be attributed to the quenching of emission intensity caused by Br(-) ions. Spectral correlations with solvent polarity parameters indicate relatively less polar binding sites in CTAB and SDS as compared to water. The binding constant and cmc values have been determined for CTAB and SDS using both the neutral and the cationic probes, which are in good agreement with the literature values. Higher value of binding constant and lower polarity of the binding sites justify 5-NMT as a better binding probe as the two methyl groups make the molecule more hydrophobic and drag it to the interior of both the micelles.  相似文献

An interesting series of binuclear ruthenium(III) Schiff base complexes bearing bis-salophen/bis-naphophen units of the general composition [(EPh(3))(X)Ru-L-Ru(X)(EPh(3))] (where E=P or As; X=Cl or Br; L=binucleating dianionic tetradentate ligands) have been synthesized and characterized by analytical (elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements), spectral (FT-IR, UV-vis and EPR) and electrochemical methods. These ruthenium(III) complexes have two N(2)O(2) metal binding sites, which are linked to each other with a biphenyl bridge and acts as potential catalyst for oxidation of wide range of primary and secondary alcohols to corresponding aldehydes or ketones with moderate to high conversion in the presence of N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMO). The formation of high-valent Ru(V)=O species as a catalytic active intermediate is proposed for the catalytic processes.  相似文献

Single crystals of gamma-glycine were grown from a mixture of glycine, water and lithium bromide. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the growth of gamma-glycine phase. Presence of various functional groups of gamma-glycine was identified by FTIR spectrum. Optical absorbance spectrum recorded in the wavelength range of UV-vis-NIR revealed that this crystal has good optical transparency in the range 250-1500 nm. Vickers microhardness values were estimated on the prominent (100) face. Thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal properties of gamma-glycine. Second harmonic generation efficiency of the crystal measured by Kurtz's powder method using Nd:YAG laser is about three times that of KDP.  相似文献
