In this paper, a novel strategy for multicomponent analysis of two classes of pesticides such as triazines (atrazine and simazine) and phenoxyalkanoic acids (2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D), 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T), 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (CPOAc), phenoxyacetic acid (POAc)) employing immuno-arrays is demonstrated. The approach is based on cross-reactive arrays of specific antibody pairs coupled to chemometric pattern recognition. The monoclonal antibody pairs employed in this work (atrazine-simazine and 2,4-D) are specific towards a set of analytes and preclude a particular set of others present in the sample matrix. Antibody pairs of atrazine, simazine, and 2,4-D are used to discriminate and quantify analyte of interest. Atrazine was quantified in presence of trace concentration of simazine and that of 2,4-D. The combinatorial cross-reactivity of antibody pairs towards simazine, atrazine and 2,4-D is used to distinguish among different classes of analytes and their influence on the signal suppression in immuno-techniques. These sensors exclude recognition by carbamates such as carbaryl and carbofuran.  相似文献

Ion—molecule reactions in toluene, toluene-d8, pyridine, 4-methyl-, 4-ethyl- and 4-terr-butylpyridine and quinoline and their mixtures were studied by ICR mass spectrometry at 10-7 Torr (1 Torr = 133.3 Pa). The reactions of benzyl (m/z 91), benzyl-d7 (m/z 98), methylbenzyl (m/z 105), and azabenzyl (m/z 92) ions with pyridines and quinoline were observed. We calculate the interfacial surface tension of a QGP-fireball in a hadronic medium in the Ramanathan et al statistical model. The constancy of the ratio of the surface tension with the cube of the critical transition temperature is in overall accordance with lattice QCD findings. It is in complete agreement with a recent MIT bag model calculation of surface tension. The velocity of sound in the QGP droplet is predicted to be in the range (0.27 ± 0.02) times the velocity of light in vacuum and this value is independent of both the value of the transition temperature and the model parameters.   相似文献

Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cell junctions prepared by chemical-bath-deposited (CBD) ZnS(O,OH), Zn-Cd-S(O,OH), and CdS buffer layers are discussed in this paper. The device performances are compared by applying CBD ZnS(O,OH), CBD Zn-Cd-S(O,OH), and CBD CdS buffer layers on similar CIGS absorbers. The CN impurities in CBD ZnS(O,OH) are identified with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) techniques. The impurities containing carbon-nitrogen bonds are most likely cyanamide (NCN2−) or thiocyanate (SCN), which resulted from the chemical reaction of thiourea and ammonia.  相似文献
