Optical coherence tomography (OCT) images coupled with many learning techniques have been developed to diagnose retinal disorders. This work aims to develop a novel framework for extracting deep features from 18 pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNN) and to attain high performance using OCT images. In this work, we have developed a new framework for automated detection of retinal disorders using transfer learning. This model consists of three phases: deep fused and multilevel feature extraction, using 18 pre-trained networks and tent maximal pooling, feature selection with ReliefF, and classification using the optimized classifier. The novelty of this proposed framework is the feature generation using widely used CNNs and to select the most suitable features for classification. The extracted features using our proposed intelligent feature extractor are fed to iterative ReliefF (IRF) to automatically select the best feature vector. The quadratic support vector machine (QSVM) is utilized as a classifier in this work. We have developed our model using two public OCT image datasets, and they are named database 1 (DB1) and database 2 (DB2). The proposed framework can attain 97.40% and 100% classification accuracies using the two OCT datasets, DB1 and DB2, respectively. These results illustrate the success of our model.  相似文献

Calix[4]arene‐based molecules hold great promise as candidate sensors and storage materials for nitric oxide (NO), owing to their unprecedented binding affinity for NO. However, the structure of calix[4]arene is complicated by the availability of four possible conformers: 1,3‐alternate, 1,2‐alternate, cone, and partial cone (paco). Whilst complexes of NO with several of these conformers have previously been established, the 1,2‐alternate conformer complex, that is, [1,2‐alter ? NO]+, has not been previously reported. Herein, we determine the crystal structure of the NO complex with the 1,2‐alternate conformer for the first time. In addition, we have also found that the 1,2‐alternate and 1,3‐alternate conformers can combine with two NO molecules to form stable bis(nitric oxide) complexes. These new complexes, which exhibit remarkable binding capacity for the construction of NO‐storage molecules, were characterized by using X‐ray crystallography and NMR, IR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy. These findings will extend our understanding of the interactions between nitric oxide and cofacially and non‐cofacially arrayed aromatic rings, and we expect them to aid in the design and development of new supramolecular sensors and storage materials for NO with high capacity and efficacy.  相似文献

The present study deals with hypersurface-homogeneous cosmological models with anisotropic dark energy in Saez–Ballester theory of gravitation. Exact solutions of field equations are obtained by applying a special law of variation of Hubble’s parameter that yields a constant negative value of the deceleration parameter. Three physically viable cosmological models of the Universe are presented for the values of parameter K occurring in the metric of the space–time. The model for K = 0 corresponds to an accelerating Universe with isotropic dark energy. The other two models for K = 1 and ?1 represent accelerating Universe with anisotropic dark energy, which isotropize for large time. The physical and geometric behaviours of the models are also discussed.  相似文献

A new method for the preparation of α-bromoketones from olefins using bromide/bromate couple as a nonhazardous brominating agent has been developed. Starting from cyclic anhydrides and tert-butyl 2-aminobenzylcarbamate, simple and efficient synthesis of diverse range of kinetically controlled angular and thermodynamically controlled linear tricyclic and tetracyclic 1,3-diaza-heterocycles have been described via the intramolecular cyclizations of the corresponding imides/anilic acid esters. The effect of imide stability on the angular/linear product selectivity has also been described. The kinetically controlled angular products were successfully transformed to the corresponding thermodynamically controlled linear products by refluxing in methanol or methanol and acetic acid mixture. An interesting in situ 1,2-intramolecular methyl group migration has also been described.  相似文献

LiSbO3 has been synthesized by chemical mixing followed by thermal treatment at 800 °C. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed bar shaped multifaceted grains, 0.5–4 μm long and 0.5–1 μm wide, that cluster together as soft agglomeration. 2032 type coin cell vs Li/Li+ shows a flat charge–discharge plateau together with low Li intercalation/de-intercalation potential (0.2/0.5 V). A high discharge capacity of 580 mA h g?1 has been obtained in the 1st cycle with 100% Coulombic efficiency. About 96% of the Coulombic efficiency is retained up to the 12th cycle, but at the 15th cycle, the Coulombic efficiency drops down to 88%. AC impedance spectroscopy shows an increase in electrolyte resistance (Rs) from 4.43 Ohm after the initial cycle to 12.4 Ohm after the 15th cycle indicating a probable dissolution of Sb into the electrolyte causing the capacity fading observed.  相似文献
