Regge Models of Proton Diffractive Dissociation Based on Factorisation and Structure Functions

Recent results by the authors on proton diffractive dissociation (single, double and central) in the low-mass resonance region with emphasis on the LHC kinematics are reviewed and updated. Based on the previous ideas that the contribution of the inelastic proton–Pomeron vertex can be described by the proton structure function, the contribution of the inelastic Pomeron–Pomeron vertex appearing in central diffraction is now described by a Pomeron structure function.     

SYNTHESES,STRUCTURES AND REACTIONS OF NEW AND NOVEL FOUR-, FIVEAND SIX-MEMBERED UNSATURATED N,P-HETEROCYCLE COMPLEXES

Metal-assisted heterocyclic ligand syntheses are reported using 2-H-azaphosphirene complex 1 or 7-phosphanorbornadiene complex 7 as starting material. Thermal decomposition of complex 1 led to 1,2dihydro-1,2,3-azadiphosphete complex 2, which was transformed into 2,6-dihydro-1,3,2,6-diazadiphosphinines 5a, b via ring expansion with carbonitriles 3a, b. Insertion of tert-butyl isonitrile into the P─ P bond of 2 at ambient temperature furnished the first Δ ¹ -1,3,5-azadi-phospholene complex 6─P bond of 2 using 7 failed. The 1,2,3,4-azatriphospholene complexes 9a, b were obtained by thermolysis of complex 2 in the presence of functionalized carbonitriles 8a, b.     

Novel Dithiolene Complexes and Tetrathiafulvalenes

Abstract

Novel dithiolene metal complexes, some of which absorb in the near infrared, and tetrathiafulvalenes, in particular tetraiodotetrathia- fulvalene, have been prepared, and their magnetic properties studied.     

ÜBER EINIGE REAKTIONEN DER DIALKYLBENZYLPHOSPHINIMIDE

Abstract

Dialkylbenzylphosphine imides C₆H₅CH₂–PRR′[dbnd]N″ (R, R′ = CH₃, C₂H₅; R″ = H, CH₃, Si(CH₃)₃ react with aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in benzene solution on heating to 80°C directly and in high yields according to a Horner-Wittig-reaction with formation of an olefine whereas ketones like benzophenone and acetophenone only perform an O/NR″ exchange (R″ = H).

Dialkylbenzylphosphinimide C₆H₅CH₂–PRR′[dbnd]N″ mit R, R′ = CH₃, C₂H₅ und R″ = H, CH₃, Si(CH₃)₃ reagieren mit aliphatischen und aromatischen Aldehyden in benzolischer Lösung beim Erwärmen auf 80°C direkt und mit hohen Ausbeuten im Sinne einer Horner-Wittig-Reaktion unter Olefinbildung, während sich mit Ketonen wie Benzophenon oder Acetophenon nur ein O/NR″-Austausch (R″ = H) vollzieht.     

Efficacious Entry Into Substituted 5,6-Dihydro-4-Hydroxy-2H-Pyran-2-Ones and 2,3-Dihydro-4H-Pyran-4-Ones Utilizing Ketonic Dianions

Methyl acetoacetate and 2,4-pentanedione dianions were condensed with aldehydes and ketones to afford a 1,3,5-trioxygenated carboskeleton. Intramolecular cyclization of the aldol adducts delivered the title compounds in good yield.     

Synthese Fluorierter Kanamycin-A-derivate,Modifizierung der Positionen “4 and 6”

Abstract

Starting from the kanamycin A 4″,6″-ditriflate 6 und -6″-brosy-late-4″-triflate 8, respectively, the following derivatives were prepared: 4″,6″-dideoxy-4″,6″-difluoro-4″-epi- (20), 4″,6″-dideoxy-4″-fluoro-4″-epi- (22), 6″-deoxy-6″-fluoro-4″-epi- (19), and 6″-deoxy-4″-epi-kanamycin A (21). C NMR and antibacterial data are given.
