Equilibrium and transport properties have been investigated of ephedrines, a class of sympathomimetic amines, through cryogel membranes of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA). The effect of the PVA (10 to 18 % (w/v)) on the release properties of (1S,2R)-(+)-ephedrine hydrochloride has been discussed on the basis of partition–diffusion and power-law models. The effect of PVA concentration on the swelling degree of PVA–ephedrine matrices have been measured, allowing the estimation of the volume fraction of polymer in the gel. Ephedrine release rate constants, computed by using a first-order kinetics approach, have been modeled by using free-volume and hydrodynamic-scaling models. Differences in the release properties of the ephedrine isomers, (1S,2R)-(+)- and (1R,2S)-(?)-ephedrine as their hydrochlorides, have also been studied at different temperatures. The release kinetic constants and the corresponding activation energies show a marked discrimination between the two ephedrine isomers. Vegetable oils with variable proportions of oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acids are more susceptible to oxidative processes. In this subject, this study evaluates the physical chemical properties and oxidative stability of non-conventional oils such as andiroba, babassu, sesame, oiticica, jatropha, and grape through accelerated oxidation techniques (pressurized differential scanning calorimetry, Rancimat and PetroOxy). It was verified that babassu and andiroba oil do not showed detectable induction period presenting high oxidative stability; moreover, it was observed that the enthalpic events occurred in 1.19, >10, 0.53, 0.49, 0.49, and 0.60 h for the andiroba oil, babassu oil, sesame seeds, jatropha, oiticica oils, and grapes, respectively, stimulating the conclusion of greater stability for the babassu oil. 相似文献

A clean, efficient and facile one-pot protocol was developed for the synthesis of a series of new aminonaphthoquinones derived from 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (lawsone) by three-component Mannich reaction using catalytic amount of p-TsOH in CH3CN, at room temperature. The Al-MCM-41 molecular sieve with Si/Al = 20 molar ratio was synthesized at room temperature and characterized by X-ray diffractometry, surface area, thermogravimetry, and infrared spectroscopy. The kinetic study was conducted by Vyazovkin and Ozawa method, in order to verify the activation energy during the Hofmann degradation between 130 and 370 °C, in which most of surfactant removal occurs. The results suggest that the activation energy for template removal is close to 80 kJ mol?1 lower in Al-MCM-41 synthesized at room temperature, when compared to results obtained for mesopores Al-MCM-41 and MCM-41 synthesized by hydrothermal method. The use of lipases in industrial processes can result in products with high levels of purity and at the same time reduce pollutant generation and improve both selectivity and yields. In this work, lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus was immobilized using two different techniques. The first involves the hydrolysis/polycondensation of a silica precursor (tetramethoxysilane (TMOS)) at neutral pH and ambient temperature, and the second one uses tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as the silica precursor, involving the hydrolysis and polycondensation of the alkoxide in appropriate solvents. After immobilization, the enzymatic preparations were dried using the aerogel and xerogel techniques and then characterized in terms of their hydrolytic activities using a titrimetric method with olive oil and by the formation of 2-phenylethyl acetate in a transesterification reaction. The morphological properties of the materials were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, measurements of the surface area and pore size and volume, thermogravimetric analysis, and exploratory differential calorimetry. The results of the work indicate that the use of different silica precursors (TEOS or TMOS) and different drying techniques (aerogel or xerogel) can significantly affect the properties of the resulting biocatalyst. Drying with supercritical CO2 provided higher enzymatic activities and pore sizes and was therefore preferable to drying, using the xerogel technique. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analyses revealed differences in behavior between the two biocatalyst preparations due to the compounds present. 相似文献

A novel natural product indole, alkaloid, named rel‐pyricolluminol ( 1 ), was isolated from Aspidosperma pyricollum Müll .Arg . together with six known metabolites sitsirikine ( 2 ), aparicin ( 3 ), ulein ( 4 ), stemmadenine ( 5 ), lupeol ( 6 ), and (3β)‐sitoster‐3‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 7 ).
