In this study, we present a fast, simple, low‐cost and disposable method for determination of phenolic content in water samples, using a paper based polyphenol oxidase biosensor. The propylamine functionalized silica nanoparticles was dropped onto a paper sheet. After drying at room temperature, the potato tissue extract including polyphenol oxidase was immobilized on the paper via physical and chemical adsorption. The modified paper was placed on the top of the graphite screen printed electrode. To construct of an electrochemical nanobiosensor, the electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode in different steps was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy methods. After being optimized the effective parameters, the changes in the biosensor electrochemical response vs. to the different concentrations of the substrate (phenol solution) were monitored by differential pulse voltammetry and amperometry methods. The linear relationships for phenol detection were obtained in the concentration ranges of 0.01–160 μM and 0.1–300 μM with a detection limit of 0.007 μM and 0.042 μM with DPV and amperometry methods, respectively. This method was successfully used in the voltammetric determination of the phenol content in the real samples, like the river water and the wastewater of wood factory.  相似文献

A series of new mono- and bis-terpyridine complexes [Mn(tpyOH)Cl2] ( 1 ), [Ni(tpyOH)2](PF6)2 ( 2 ) and [Zn(tpyO)(η1-OCOCH3)(H2O)]⋅3H2O ( 4 ) containing 4′-hydroxy-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (tpyOH) were synthesized and structurally characterized using elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The reaction of MnCl2 with tpyOH in a mixture of methanol and CH2Cl2 resulted in the formation of 1 . The X-ray crystal structure of 1 reveals that Mn(II) is penta-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from tpyOH and two Cl in a slightly distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Complex 2 was also prepared by the reaction of nickel(II) chloride with tpyOH in a methanolic medium in the presence of NH4PF6. Notably, the complex [Ni(tpyOH)(tpyO)]PF6 ( 3 ), obtained during the crystallization of 2 from dichloromethane, was characterized using X-ray crystallography which shows that six nitrogen atoms from terpyridine ligands occupy the coordination sites around the Ni(II) centre in a distorted octahedral geometry with four longer bonds and two shorter Ni N bonds. The reaction of zinc(II) acetate with tpyOH in a mixture of methanol and CH2Cl2 led to the formation of 4 . The crystal structure of 4 reveals the formation of penta-coordinated Zn(II) complex containing three nitrogen atoms from tpyO, a monodentate acetate ligand and one coordinated water molecule. Hirshfeld surface analyses and two-dimensional fingerprint plots show that the main interactions are O…H/H…O contacts in 1 , 3 and 4 . The thermal decomposition reactions of 1 , 2 and 4 were studied using thermogravimetric analysis in detail due to their different structures. The solution luminescence features of 1 , 2 and 4 include high-energy intense π → π* intraligand and low-energy metal-to-ligand charge transfer transitions at room temperature. The calcination of the coordination complexes led to the formation of corresponding nano metal oxides. The products were structurally characterized using infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The average particle size using Scherrer's equation was calculated to be below 50 nm.  相似文献

Cyclocarbopalladation/cross-coupling cascade intramolecular Heck–Suzuki–Miyaura reactions is applied for the first time by palladium immobilized on pyridine-imidazolium ionic liquid supported magnetic iron oxide nanoparticle catalyst (denoted Pd@Py-IL-SPION) for the last step to synthesize trisubstituted arylidene–isoquinolinones derivatives having Combretastatin skeleton. The reaction is performed via propargylamide intermediates prepared by Ugi 4-CR reactions, which undergoes intramolecular Heck–Suzuki–Miyaura domino reaction to produce the desired trisubstituted arylidene-isoquinolinones. The method shows full regio- and stereoselectivity derives from the particular Pd-catalyzed syn-insertion of triple bond.  相似文献

A new class of 2-arylamino-dihydroxyindenopyrroles were prepared by the one-pot multicomponent reaction of ninhydrin, N-methyl-1-(methylthio)-2-nitroethenamine and aromatic amines in EtOH at room temperature. The advantages of this procedure are short reaction times, good to high yields, easy separation of products and good functional group tolerance.  相似文献

Upon improving and extending the concept of redundancy of frames, we introduce the notion of redundancy of fusion frames, which is concerned with the properties of lower and upper redundancies. These properties are achieved by considering the minimum and maximum values of the redundancy function which is defined from the unit sphere of the Hilbert space into the positive real numbers. In addition, we study the relationship between redundancy of frames (fusion frames) and dual frames (dual fusion frames). Moreover, we indicate some results about excess of fusion frames. We state the relationship between redundancy of local frames and fusion frames in a particular case. Furthermore, some examples are also given.  相似文献

A novel method for the determination of cobalt(II) by stripping voltammetry is described. It involves an adsorptive accumulation of the cobalt(II)-2-aminocyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxylic acid complex on a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by a stripping voltammetric measurement of the catalytic reduction current of the complex at –1.4 V at pH = 9 (vs. Ag/AgCl). The effects of various experimental parameters on the catalytic current were investigated. An accumulation time of 60 s results in a low experimental limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL of Co(II), and 0.50 to 40.0 ng/mL of cobalt can be determined. The relative standard deviation at 0.50 ng/mL is 2.8%. Possible interferences from co-existing ions were also investigated. In this paper, an analytical solution to solve 1-D partial differential equation is presented for fully developed turbulent flow through highly permeable sloping deposited porous medium. The present solution will be applicable for a wide range of slopes varying from zero to relatively steep slopes. To confirm the solution, the analytical results have been validated using two sets of experimental data including rounded and crushed material. To see the compatibility of solution, a Darcy-based form of the solution is derived and compared with proposed solution and experimental data. The results showed a satisfactory agreement with experimental records from water surface profiles through rock cavities for both rounded and crushed rock materials. Finally, it may be concluded that the proposed solution could be used to analyze water surface profiles and normal depth in such slanting permeable porous media. This solution provides a reliable realization of the flow profiles in porous materials which are widely used in open-channel flow concepts.  相似文献

A nano-composite consisting of amine functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes and a room temperature ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate) was prepared and used for modification of glassy carbon electrode. By immobilizing choline oxidase (ChOx) on the modified electrode, the enzyme direct electron transfer has been achieved. The modified electrode exhibited a pair of well-defined cyclic voltammetric peaks at a formal potential of ?0.395?V versus Ag/AgCl in 0.2?M phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.0. This peak was characteristic of ChOx-FAD/FADH2 redox couple. The electrochemical parameters such as charge transfer coefficient (??) and apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (k s) were estimated to be 0.36 and 2.74?s?1, respectively. When the enzyme electrode was examined for the detection of choline, a relatively high sensitivity (2.59???A?mM?1) was obtained. Under the optimized experimental conditions, choline was detected in the concentration range from 6.9?×?10?3 to 6.7?×?10?1?mM with a detection limit of 2.7???M. The peak currents of ChOx were reasonably stable and retained 90% of its initial current after a period of 2?months.  相似文献

In the present study an extension of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm which is in conformity with actual nature is introduced for solving combinatorial optimization problems. Development of this algorithm is essentially based on balanced fuzzy sets theory. The classical fuzzy sets theory cannot distinguish differences between positive and negative information of membership functions, while in the new method both kinds of information “positive and negative” about membership function are equally important. The balanced fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for fundamental optimization problem entitled traveling salesman problem (TSP). For convergence inspecting of new algorithm, method was used for TSP problems. Convergence curves were represented fast convergence in restricted and low iterations for balanced fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm (BF-PSO) comparison with fuzzy particle swarm optimization algorithm (F-PSO).  相似文献
