Selective deprotection of N-Boc group was achieved in excellent yields using bismuth(III) trichloride in a mixed solvent of acetonitrile and water (50:1, v/v) at 55 °C. Acid-labile groups such as Pmc and tert-butyl ester were not affected and no alkylation of tryptophan, methionine, and cysteine residues was observed under the deprotection conditions. 相似文献

A series of novel “drug‐like” small molecules based on quinoxaline containing amino substitution at C‐2 were synthesized. All these molecules were prepared either via the reaction of 2‐phenyl‐3‐(piperazin‐1‐yl)quinoxaline with acyl bromides or benzyl bromides or various carboxylic acids or via the reaction of 2‐chloro‐3‐phenylquinoxaline with various amines. The structures of these novel compounds were confirmed by spectral analysis. The strategy used is simple and efficient and afforded good yields of quinoxaline derivatives. 相似文献

The application of interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogel tablets of tamarind seed polysaccharide and sodium alginate for controlled release of a water-soluble antihypertensive drug, propranolol HCl (PPL), was investigated. The IPN tablets loaded with PPL or PPL–resin complex (resinate) were prepared by a wet granulation/covalent cross-linking method. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopic confirmed the cross-linking reaction and IPN formation, while X-ray Diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy studies confirmed the amorphous dispersion of the drug within the IPN tablets. The plain drug PPL showed complete release within 1 h, while drug release from the resinate was prolonged for 2.5 h and the IPN matrices showed drug release up to 24 h. The drug release rate from the IPN matrices was affected by polymer concentration and cross-linking time; the higher the cross-linking time, the slower was the drug release. The drug release mechanism was found to be of a non-Fickian type. 相似文献

It was recently shown that block copolymers (BCPs) produced room-temperature ferromagnetic materials (RTFMs) due to their nanoscopic ordering and the cylindrical phase yielded the highest coercivity. Here, a series of metal-containing block-random copolymers composed of an alkyl-functionalized homo block (C(16)) and a random block of cobalt complex- (Co) and ferrocene-functionalized (Fe) units was synthesized via ring-opening metathesis polymerization. Taking advantage of the block-random architecture, the influence of dipolar interactions on the magnetic properties of these nanostructured BCP materials was studied by varying the molar ratio of the Co units to the Fe units, while maintaining the cylindrical phase-separated morphology. DC magnetic measurements, including magnetization versus field, zero-field-cooled, and field-cooled, as well as AC susceptibility measurements showed that the magnetic properties of the nanostructured BCP materials could be easily tuned by diluting the cobalt density with Fe units in the cylindrical domains. Decreasing the cobalt density weakened the dipolar interactions of the cobalt nanoparticles, leading to the transition from a room temperature ferromagnetic (RTF) to a superparamagnetic material. These results confirmed that dipolar interactions of the cobalt nanoparticles within the phase-separated domains were responsible for the RTF properties of the nanostructured BCP materials. 相似文献

In this study, complete purification and biochemical characterization of protein is presented. The protein was purified by using Sephadex G-75 gel filtration column followed by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography in a C18 column. The molecular weight of the protein was determined by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, mass spectrum matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time-of-flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Protein was fragmented by trypsin based on the m/z values obtained by MALDI-TOF-MS analysis. The peptide fragments sequence showed homology with DEAD-box-ATP-dependent RNA helicase 45, present in a public domain, National Centre for Biotechnology Information. The protein exhibited antibacterial activity against selected Gram +/? bacteria. The analgesic activity was determined by conducting acetic-acid-induced writhing test in mice. 相似文献

Local atomic structure modifications around Fe atoms in polycrystalline multiferroic BiFeO(3) are studied by Fe K edge x-ray absorption spectroscopy as a function of temperature across the Néel temperature (T(N)?=?643?K) in order to reveal local structure modifications related to the magnetic transition. This work demonstrates that on crossing T(N) the local structure around Fe shows peculiar changes: the Fe-O bond lengths get shorter, the ligand symmetry increases and the Fe-O bond length disorder (σ(2)) deviates from Debye behaviour. These results suggest that the structural transition at the ferroelectric Curie temperature (T(C)?=?1103?K) is anticipated by early local rearrangement of the structure starting already at T(N). 相似文献
