The hydrothermal reaction of Ln(2)O(3) (Ln = Dy and Ho), Cu(OAc)(2).2H(2)O, and oxydiacetic acid in the approximate mole ratio of 1:3:8 resulted in the formation of two new members of the isostructural series of polymers formulated as [(Cu(3)Ln(2)(oda)(6)(H(2)O)(6)).12H(2)O](n), crystallizing in the hexagonal crystal system, space group P6/mcc (No. 192). Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities and EPR spectra are reported for the heterometallic compounds Cu-Dy 1, Cu-Ho 2, Cu-Er 3, and Cu-Y 4. The results are discussed in terms of the structure of the compounds, the electronic properties of the lanthanide ions, and the exchange interactions between the magnetic ions. 相似文献

Nonaqueous CE and field-amplified sample stacking have been used in the determination of complex mixtures of polar aromatic sulfonates (AS; mainly benzene- and naphthalenesulfonates) of environmental concern. The analytical procedure consists of an on-column aqueous sample enrichment, followed by the nonaqueous electrophoretic determination of stacked aromatic sulfonates. Various organic solvents were used as separation medium, acetonitrile and N-methylformamide gave the best results. Optimum capillary electrophoresis separation is obtained with ammonium acetate (25 mM) dissolved in N-methylformamide-methanol (90:10) as background electrolyte. The methodology for the synthesis of podophyllotoxin and thuriferic acid-type lignans has been applied to derivatives carrying a naphthalene moiety. Starting from the 1,3-dithiane of 2-naphthaldehyde afforded the expected analogues in the 2,1-naphthalene series. The preferred conformations of these compounds are influenced by the bulky naphthalene system. By contrast, 1,8-bridged products were obtained from the 1,3-dithiane of 1-naphthaldehyde. In this series, polycyclic naphthalene lignan analogues were isolated after deprotection and/or desulfurization reactions. The cyclizations produced in this process are due to the proximity between the 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl moiety and the reacting C-2 of the 1,3-dithiane ring. 相似文献

3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, ecstasy) is consumed as the racemate but some metabolic steps are enantioselective. In addition, chiral properties are preserved during MDMA biotransformation. A quantitative analytical methodology using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) to determine enantioselective disposition in the body of MDMA and its main metabolites including 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxymethamphetamine (HMMA), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyamphetamine (HMA) was developed. Plasma and urine samples were collected from a male volunteer. The analysis of MDMA, MDA, and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy metabolites by GC/MS required a two-step derivatization procedure. The first step consisted of derivatization of the amine with enantiomerically pure Mosher's reagent ((R)-MTPCl). Triethylamine was used as a base to neutralize hydrochloric acid formed during the reaction allowing quantitative derivatization, which resulted in a substantial improvement in the sensitivity of the method compared with other previously described techniques. Further treatment with ammonium hydroxide was required since both amine and hydroxyl groups underwent derivatization in the reaction. Ammonium hydroxide breaks bonds formed with hydroxyl groups without affecting amine derivatives. The second derivatization step using hexamethyldisilazane was needed for metabolites containing phenol residues. This derivatization method permitted the stereochemically specific study of MDMA and its main monohydroxylated metabolites by GC/MS. A detailed study of the chemical reactions involved in the derivatization steps was indispensable to develop a straightforward, sensitive, and reproducible method for the analysis of the parent drug compound and its metabolites. 相似文献

Theoretical studies on the thermolysis in the gas phase of 4-arylideneimino-1,2,4-triazol-3(2H)-ones and 4-arylideneimino-1,2,4-triazol-3(2H)-thiones were carried out using density functional theory methods, at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) and B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p) levels of theory. The proposed reaction mechanism occurs in one step, leading to the formation of 3-hydroxy-(2H)-1,2,4-triazole or 3-mercapto-(2H)-1,2,4-triazole and a 4-substituted benzonitrile, via a six-membered cyclic transition state. The progress of the reactions was followed by means of the Wiberg bond indices. The results indicate that the transition states have character intermediate between reactants and products, and the calculated synchronicities show that the reactions are slightly asynchronous, in the case of triazolones, and show a higher asynchronicity in the case of triazolthiones. The bond-breaking processes are slightly more advanced than the bond-forming ones, indicating a small bond deficiency in the transition states. Self-assembly of the rigid rodlike ligand N,N'-4,4'-diphenylethynebis(oxamate) (dpeba) and Cu(2+) ions affords a novel dinuclear copper(II) metallacyclophane (nBu(4)N)(4)[Cu(2)(dpeba)(2)]·4MeOH·2Et(2)O (1) featuring a very long intermetallic distance (r = 15.0 ?). Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1 reveal a moderately weak but nonnegligible intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling between the two metal centers across the double para-substituted diphenylethynediamidate bridge (J = -3.9 cm(-1); H = -JS(1)S(2), where S(1) = S(2) = S(Cu) = (1)/(2)). Drilling fluid has many functions, such as carry cuttings from the hole permitting their separation at the surface, cool and clean the bit, reduce friction between the drill pipe and wellbore, maintain the stability of the wellbore, and prevent the inflow of fluids from the wellbore and form a thin, low-permeable filter cake. Filter cake removal is an important step concerning both production and injection in wells, mainly concerning horizontal completion. The drilling fluids are typically comprised of starch, the most important component of the filter cake. A common approach to remove this filter cake is the use of acid solutions. However, these are non-specific reactants. A possible alternative is the use of enzymatic preparations, like amylases, that are able to hydrolyze starch. Wells usually operate in drastic conditions for enzymatic preparations, such as high temperature, high salt concentration, and high pressure. Thus, the main objective of this work was to characterize four enzymatic preparations for filter cake removal under open hole conditions. The results showed that high salt concentrations (204,000 ppm NaCl) in completion fluid decreased amylolytic activity. All enzymatic preparations were able to catalyze starch hydrolysis at all temperatures tested (30, 65, 80, and 95 °C). An increase of amylolytic activity was observed with the increase of pressure (100, 500 and 1,000 psi) for one commercial amylase. 相似文献

A fast and simple fractionation method was optimized to selectively separate oxy-PAH from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and n-alkanes contained in solvent extracted organic matter (SEOM) from atmospheric particles with an aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5 μm (PM2.5). Samples were collected in Mexico City. Multivariate parameters were adjusted on a standard mixture, and on SEOM spiked with pure standard mixture solutions: type and amount of phase; packing densities; type, proportion and amount of solvents, and elution flow rates were tested under several elution schemes. Cyanopropylsilyl-bonded phase material was the selected stationary phase. The separation method was applied to real samples of SEOM (2.6, 5.6 and 8.5 mg) spiked with n-alkanes, PAH and oxy-PAH. n-Alkanes overlapped with PAH due to an excess of n-alkanes in real samples overloading the capacity of the stationary phase. Oxy-PAH was separated totally from n-alkanes and PAH. Mean recoveries ± confidence intervals (95%) for n-alkanes ranged from 53 ± 17% (n-tetracontane) to 101 ± 11% (n-hexacosane); for PAH from 58 ± 5% (phenanthrene) to 85 ± 9% (benzo[k]fluoranthene); and for oxy-PAH from 68 ± 12% (9,10-dihydrobenzo[a]pyren-7(8H)one) to 108 ± 9% (1,2-benzopyrone). Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy and chemometric tools have been used for exploratory analysis of pure corn and cassava starch samples and mixtures of both starches, as well as for the quantification of amylose content in corn and cassava starch samples. The exploratory analysis using principal component analysis shows that two natural groups of similar samples can be obtained, according to the amylose content, and consequently the botanical origins. The Raman band at 480 cm?1, assigned to the ring vibration of starches, has the major contribution to the separation of the corn and cassava starch samples. This region was used as a marker to identify the presence of starch in different samples, as well as to characterize amylose and amylopectin. Two calibration models were developed based on partial least squares regression involving pure corn and cassava, and a third model with both starch samples was also built; the results were compared with the results of the standard colorimetric method. The samples were separated into two groups of calibration and validation by employing the Kennard-Stone algorithm and the optimum number of latent variables was chosen by the root mean square error of cross-validation obtained from the calibration set by internal validation (leave one out). The performance of each model was evaluated by the root mean square errors of calibration and prediction, and the results obtained indicate that Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy can be used for rapid determination of apparent amylose in starch samples with prediction errors similar to those of the standard method.
