The present study aims to demonstrate the influence of the polymer-carrier type and proportion on the quality performance of newly developed oral immediate-release tablets containing amiodarone solid dispersions obtained by hot-melt extrusion. Twelve solid dispersions including amiodarone and different polymers (PEG 1500, PEG 4000; PEG 8000, Soluplus®, and Kolliphor® 188) were developed and prepared by hot-melt extrusion using a horizontal extruder realized by the authors in their own laboratory. Only eleven of the dispersions presented suitable physical characteristics and they were used as active ingredients in eleven tablet formulations that contain the same amounts of the same excipients, varying only in solid dispersion type. The solid dispersions’ properties were established by optical microscopy with reflected light, volumetric controls and particle size evaluation. In order to prove that the complex powders have appropriate physical characteristics for the direct compression process, they were subjected to different analyses regarding their flowability and compressibility behavior. Additionally, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were performed on the obtained solid dispersions. After confirming the proper physical attributes for all blends, they were processed into the form of tablets by direct compression technology. The manufactured tablets were evaluated for pharmacotechnical (dimensions–diameter and thickness, mass uniformity, hardness and friability) and in vitro biopharmaceutical (disintegration time and drug release) performances. Furthermore, the influence of the polymer matrix on their quality was determined. The high differences in flow and compression performances of the solid dispersions prove the relevant influence of the polymer type and their concentration-dependent plasticizing properties. The increase in flowability and compressibility characteristics of the solid dispersions could be noticed after combining them with direct compression excipients owning superior mechanical qualities. The influence of the polymer type is best detected in the disintegration test, where the obtained values are quite different between the studied formulations. The use of PEG 1500 alone or combined in various proportions with Soluplus® leads to rapid disintegration. In contrast, the mixture of PEG 4000 and Poloxamer 188 in equal proportions determined the increase in disintegration time to 120 s. The use of Poloxamer 188 alone and a 3:1 combination of PEG 4000 and Soluplus® also generates a prolonged disintegration time for the tablets. 相似文献

The InSe films of different thicknesses (290–730 mm) were deposited onto glass substrates under a pressure of 3×10?5 Torr by vacuum evaporation method. The composition (In=53.50%, Se=46.50%) of this film was confirmed using Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES). Thicknesses of the deposited films have been measured using a Multiple Beam Interferometry. The amorphous nature of the film is confirmed with X-ray diffractogram. From the transmittance spectra in the range of 500 nm-1200 nm, it is observed that the film showed direct allowed transition. Effect of thickness on the optical parameters such as the fundamental band gap, absorption constant, refractive index of InSe thin films are reported. Under low electric field (~ 1.5×105 Vcm?1), the results of DC conductivity measurements revealed that the variable range hopping is the dominant conduction mechanism. The values of localized states density, localization radius and hopping energy of this film are estimated as 5.57×1020 cm?3eV?1, 0.84 Å and 0.247 eV, respectively. 相似文献

In this paper it is proved that the keys to understanding the ghost imaging are the crossing symmetric (CS) photon reactions in the nonlinear media. So CS introduced a real optical path between the object and his “ghost” image, making possible to apply the geometric optics for a rigorous proof of the essential laws of the “ghost” imaging phenomena. Hence, the laws of the plane quantum mirror (QM) and that of spherical quantum mirror, observed in the ghost-imaging experiments, are shown that can be obtained as natural consequences of the energy-momentum conservation laws. So, it is proved that the ghost imaging laws depend only on the energy-momentum conservation and not on the photons entanglement. Using DFG-typical features we obtained explicit predictions of the intensities of the idler photons in terms of the intensities of the interacting photon-(p and s)-beams in the nonlinear crystal. Two fundamental experiments for a decisive test of the [SPDC-DFG]-quantum mirrors are suggested. 相似文献

Cadmium Oxide (CdO) thin films (d = 0.16−0.62 μm) were deposited onto glass substrates by thermal evaporation under vacuum (quasi closed volume technique) of high purity (99.99%) CdO polycrystalline powders. The substrate temperature was 300 and 473 K, respectively. After a post-deposition heat treatment, the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity becomes reversible. The electronic transport mechanism in studied samples is explained in terms of Seto’s model for polycrystalline semiconducting films. The thermal and native oxidation of CuGaSe2 thin films was studied by in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The special design of the XPS chamber allowed to measure XP-spectra under oxidizing gas atmospheres at pressures of up to 5 mbar (in situ) or in ultra high vacuum (UHV). During thermal oxidation, the formation of predominantly Ga2O3 and some amount of SeO2 were observed, but no copper oxides could be detected in the near surface region of the thin films. The same oxides were found after native oxidation in air under ambient conditions. Only after long term native oxidation for longer than 4 months Cu(OH)2 was detected. An additional sodium oxide compound formed at the thin film surface, NaxO and Na2CO3 after thermal and native oxidation, respectively. The amount of these sodium oxide compounds depends on the Na content on the as prepared surface. The formation of SeO2 under humid conditions at 100 °C was found to depend on the surface composition of the thin film. 相似文献

In this paper the results obtained by X-ray diffraction studies on the structural characteristics of CdTe thin films deposited
onto glass substrates by close-spaced sublimation technique are presented. Using different experimental arrangements and appropriate
settings for growth parameters, the films with different polycrystalline structures were prepared. The geometry and the volume
of the deposition chamber influence the size of film crystallites and also their preferential orientation. The role of deposition
parameters such as the substrate temperature, the incidence angle, the film thickness, and the heat treatment in determination
of the structural properties of the films are also investigated.

Different optical parameters for thin solid films can be computed as functions of wavelength from the optical transmission and reflection spectra. Subsequently, several models can be tested on the obtained data, in order to check their validity with respect to the materials under study. Moreover, these models offer the possibility to estimate essential physical parameters. Such models are tested within this article for the refraction index and for the real part of the complex dielectric constant, for bismuth trioxide thin films deposited on glass substrates maintained at three different temperatures. Also, the model proposed by Tauc is applied for the absorption spectrum of the same films, in order to determine the type of electronic transition and to estimate the optical energy bandgap. It will be noticed that the optical parameters vary rather significantly with changing substrate temperature, while the structure of the films, as studied by means of X‐ray diffractometry is almost insensitive to this change of deposition parameter. Excited states in 133Ba were studied with the 132Ba ( $ \vec d $ , p) 133Ba reaction at 24.0MeV, with a polarized deuteron beam using the Munich magnetic spectrograph Q3D. The phenomena of excitability and coherent resonance in a nonlinear ring cavity in the presence of excitons and biexcitons are considered. A bifurcation analysis of the dynamics of the nonlinear ring cavity indicates that both self-pulsation and excitability can exist in the system. It is demonstrated that coherent resonance can be observed in an excitable exciton-biexciton system in the ring cavity. The optimum conditions for the manifestation of these phenomena are investigated, and their possible applications are discussed. 相似文献
