As majority of polyheteroarylenes based on bis(naphthalic anhydrides), are difficult to process due to their infusiblity and insolubility in common organic solvents and solubility only in strong acids, this study is concerned with the synthesis and properties of new, easily processable polyimides and copolyimides containing naphthalene and oxadiazole rings. These polymers have been synthesized and their properties have been compared with regard to the influence of oxadiazole and naphthalene units on their physical properties. The polyimides were prepared by polycondensation reaction in solution of the aromatic diamines containing preformed oxadiazole ring with two dianhydrides having naphthalene units, at high temperature. Also, copolyimides were prepared by using a mixture of each naphthalene‐containing dianhydride, with hexafluoroisopropylidene‐dianhydride in the polycondensation reaction with the same diamino‐oxadiazoles. Most of the resulting polyimides and copolyimides were soluble in polar amidic solvents and in less polar solvents, and their solutions gave flexible films when spread onto glass plates. The thermal stability and glass transition temperature of these polyimides and copolyimides were measured and compared. The quality and the roughness of the spin‐coated films of these polymers were investigated by atomic force microscopy. The photoluminescence properties of the polymers in solution were studied to determine the color of emission. The UV absorption was also studied to determine the Stokes shift, and hence the possible reabsorption effects. A cross-flow atmospheric plasma jet with distilled water or analyte solution nebulization has been investigated. The plasma gas flows perpendicularly to the RF powered electrode (11.21 MHz) and a grounded electrode was added for plasma stabilization. The working parameters of the plasma generator can be controlled in order to maximize either the plasma power (75 W) or the voltage on the RF powered electrode (plasma power, 40 W). The plasma gas, pure argon (0.4 l min−1) or a mixture of argon (0.3–0.4 l min−1) and helium (0–0.2 l min−1), was also used for liquid nebulization. Optical emission of the plasma, collected in the normal viewing mode, was used for plasma diagnostics and for evaluating its excitation capabilities. The influence of helium content in the mixed-gas plasma on the plasma characteristics and on the emission axial profiles of the plasma gas constituents and of the analytes originate from the wet aerosol was studied. The addition of helium to the argon plasma, generally determines decreases in the emission of the plasma gas constituents (with the exception of molecular nitrogen), in the rotational temperature and in the electron number density and increases in the excitation temperatures and in the emission of easily excitable analytes. Based on the determined electron number densities, it was concluded that in the plasma zone which presents interest from analytical point of view the plasma is not very far from the partial thermodynamic equilibrium. In function of the helium content in the plasma gas and of the axial distance from the powered electrode the excitation temperatures are in the range of 2420–3340 K for argon, 2500–5450 K for oxygen and 900–2610 K for ionic calcium and the electron number densities are in the range of 1.2 1012–1.25 1013 cm−3. Some elements with excitation energy lower than 6 eV were excited in the plasma. The plasma excitation capability depends on the working conditions of the plasma generator (maximum power or maximum voltage on the RF powered electrode) and on the helium content in the mixed-gas plasma. The estimated detection limits for the studied elements (Na, Li, K, Ca, Cu, Ag, Cd, Hg and Zn) are in the range of 7 ng ml−1 to 28 μg ml−1. 相似文献

Thiourea dioxide is one of the best known, important, and stable products of thiourea oxidation. This compound has long been considered as an effective reducing agent for many years. Traditional areas of its application include the textile and paper industries. In recent years, however, thiourea dioxides and trioxides have been widely used in new fields including organocatalytic, polymerization, and phase‐transfer reactions; reduction of graphene and graphite oxides; bitumen modifications; synthesis of guanidines and their derivatives; and studying nonlinear dynamical phenomena in chemical kinetics. We have evaluated the efficacy of the new photosensitizer (PS) Tookad in photodynamic therapy (PDT) in vivo. This PS is a palladium-bacteriopheophorbide presenting absorption peaks at 762 and 538 nm. The light dose, drug dose and drug injection-light irradiation interval (DLI), ranging between 100 and 300 J/cm2, 1 and 5 mg/kg and from 10 to 240 min, respectively, were varied, and the response to PDT was analyzed by staging the macroscopic response and by the histological examination of the sections of the irradiated cheek pouch. The level of PDT response, macroscopically and histologically, shows a strong dependence on the DLI, light dose and drug dose at the applied conditions in the normal hamster cheek pouch. A decay of the tissular response with increasing DLI is observed corresponding to a time of half-maximum response ranging from 10 to 120 min, depending on drug dose and light dose. The tissues affected at the lowest doses are predominantly the vascularized diffuse connective tissue situated between the inner and outer striated muscle (SM) layers as well as these muscle layers themselves. The highest response at the shortest DLI and the absence of a measurable response at DLI longer than 240 min at 300 J/cm2 and drug dose of 5 mg/kg are characteristics of a predominantly vascular effect of this PS. This observation suggests that Tookad could be effective in PDT of vascularized lesions or pathologies associated with the proliferation of neovessels. 相似文献

Selective crystallization of sulfate with a simple bis‐guanidinium ligand, self‐assembled in situ from terephthalaldehyde and aminoguanidinium chloride, was employed as an effective way to separate the highly hydrophilic sulfate anion from aqueous solutions. The resulting bis‐iminoguanidinium sulfate salt has exceptionally low aqueous solubility (Ksp=2.4×10?10), comparable to that of BaSO4. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis showed the sulfate anions are sequestered as [(SO4)2(H2O)4]4? clusters within the crystals. Variable‐temperature solubility measurements indicated the sulfate crystallization is slightly endothermic (ΔHcryst=3.7 kJ mol?1), thus entropy driven. The real‐world utility of this crystallization‐based approach for sulfate separation was demonstrated by removing up to 99 % of sulfate from seawater in a single step. 相似文献

Open cell 3D titanium carbide/silicon carbide (TiC/SiC) composite was oxidised to titanium oxide/silicon carbide (TiO2/SiC) following different temperature profiles in a thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) instrument in continuous air-flow and static air (oven) environments. The TiC oxidation to anatase, starting at temperatures over 450°C, was confirmed by Raman spectroscopy and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). By increasing the temperature, the mass fraction of anatase diminished, while the mass fraction of rutile increased. SiC oxidation started at 650°C when a mixture of TiO2/SiO2/SiC could be observed by Raman, XRD and HRTEM. 相似文献

A desirable goal is to synthesize easily accessible and highly K+/Na+‐selective fluoroionophores to monitor physiological K+ levels in vitro and in vivo. Therefore, highly K+/Na+‐selective ionophores have to be developed. Herein, we obtained in a sequence of only four synthetic steps a set of K+‐responsive fluorescent probes 4 , 5 and 6 . In a systematic study, we investigated the influence of the alkoxy substitution in ortho position of the aniline moiety in π‐conjugated aniline‐1,2,3‐triazole‐coumarin‐fluoroionophores 4 , 5 and 6 [R=MeO ( 4 ), EtO ( 5 ) and iPrO ( 6 )] towards the K+‐complex stability and K+/Na+ selectivity. The highest K+‐complex stability showed fluoroionophore 4 with a dissociation constant Kd of 19 mm , but the Kd value increases to 31 mm in combined K+/Na+ solutions, indicating a poor K+/Na+ selectivity. By contrast, 6 showed even in the presence of competitive Na+ ions equal Kd values (KdK+=45 mm and KdK+/Na+=45 mm ) and equal K+‐induced fluorescence enhancement factors (FEFs=2.3). Thus, the fluorescent probe 6 showed an outstanding K+/Na+ selectivity and is a suitable fluorescent tool to measure physiological K+ levels in the range of 10–80 mm in vitro. Further, the isopropoxy‐substituted N‐phenylaza[18]crown‐6 ionophore in 6 is a highly K+‐selective building block with a feasible synthetic route. 相似文献

α,α′,α″,α′″-meso-Tetrahexyltetramethyl-calix[4]pyrrole is easily obtained as a single diastereomer in a one-pot reaction. It exhibits enhanced solubility in organic solvents, including aliphatic solvents, relative to its parent meso-octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole (1). Somewhat surprisingly, the tetrahexyl derivative 2 complexes with tributylmethylammonium chloride in chloroform more strongly than does 1 as shown by NMR titrations. However, 1 and 2 exhibit comparable complexation strength in extraction experiments, the difference between the NMR and extraction results being attributed to the effect of organic-phase water in the extraction systems. Mass-action analysis indicates the formation of the predominant complex TBMA+(1 or 2)Cl? in both NMR and extraction systems, and equilibrium constants are reported. x-Ray crystal structures were obtained for the free ligand 2 and its complex with tetramethylammonium chloride. The free ligand crystallises in the 1,3-alt conformation with equatorial hexyl arms. In the chloride complex with 2 in its cone conformation, the hexyl arms adopt an axial orientation, enveloping the anion. DFT calculations show this binding conformation to be the most stable, mostly owing to destabilising steric interactions involving the pyrrole C–H and alkyl C–H groups positioned equatorially. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study was to investigate differences in isotopic, elemental, and trace pesticide concentrations of wild and cultivated berries from Transylvania. To emphasize differences based on geographical origin, stable isotopic ratios of 2H/1H, 18O/16O, and 13C/12C were determined by isotopic ratio mass spectrometry. Elemental fingerprinting of berries was performed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The determination of trace pesticides in berries was performed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Differences between wild and cultivated berries were evaluated using multivariate statistical analysis. The results suggest that multielemental, isotopic, and trace pesticide fingerprinting is feasible for sample differentiation. 相似文献
