We have deposited a 12 nm thick Ge layer on Si(1 0 0) held at 200 °C by thermal evaporation under high vacuum conditions. Upon subsequent thermal annealing in vacuum, self-assembled growth of nanostructural Ge islands on the Ge layer occurred. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and grazing incidence small-angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS) were used to characterize such layers. GISAXS measurements evidenced the formation of cylinder shaped structures upon annealing at 700 °C, which was confirmed by AFM measurements with a very sharp tip. A Ge mass transport from the layer to the islands was inferred by X-ray reflectivity and an activation energy of 0.40 ± 0.10 eV for such a process was calculated.  相似文献

We apply a novel laser diagnostic technique — Resonant Holographic Interferometry (RHI) to measure the concentration of hydroxyl radical (∼2000 ppm) in a co-flow diffusion flame of diluted hydrogen and air stabilized on a Wolfhard-Parkerburner. This methodology is based upon the dispersion of light of frequency close to an electronic transition of a target molecule. The two-color setup utilized in RHI provides a two-dimensional distribution of the target species concentration and quantitative information can be obtained from the interferogram without requiring any calibration. To provide independent flame data for comparison, a two-dimensional numerical simulation was performed taking into account the effects of detailed chemical kinetics and transport phenomena. In spite of a number of simplifying assumptions made in the simulation, computational and experimental results are in good agreement with respect to the magnitude and width of the region where OH is found. We do observe a difference of approximately 1 mm in the flame position due to the simplifying assumptions made in the simulation. The comparison between the experimental and numerical results clearly demonstrated the potential of RHI in flame diagnostics. The electrochemical reduction of secnidazole has been carried out in aqueous solution in the pH range of 2.0–12.0 by DC polarography, AC polarography and cyclic voltammetry. Two well-defined reduction waves appear in acidic media, whereas at higher pHs the two waves overlap. The variation of E1/2 or Ep and Ilim or Ip with pH was studied. The diffusion-controlled nature of the waves was established and the irreversibility of the electrode process was verified by different criteria. The mechanism of reduction was discussed. A method for the detemination of secnidazole by DC polarography at pH 8.5 which allows quantitation over the 1 × 10−5 M-4 × 10−4 M range was proposed and applied to the determination of secnidazole in tablets. The mean recovery was 99.67% and the relative standard deviation was 0.89%. Excipients did not interfere in the determination.  相似文献

A fast, versatile and practical one-pot, two-step microwave-assisted protocol for the direct synthesis of N1-substituted 5,6-ring-fused 2-pyridones has been developed. The present method proved to be effective on a series of commercially available aldehydes, ketones and amines and could be profitably exploited in drug-discovery settings for the rapid identification of biologically relevant hit compounds.  相似文献

Damage of salmon sperm double strand ss dsDNA in solution or immobilized on screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE) induced by incubation of DNA with the antineoplastic alkylating agent busulfan (BUS) at various conditions was detected for the first time by simple electrochemical methods. Chemical changes in DNA bases can be detected through the altered electroactivity of the DNA. Electrochemical voltammetric sensing of damage caused by BUS to dsDNA in solution was monitored by the appearance of peaks diagnostic of the oxidation of guanine and adenine. Moreover, crystal violet, which interacts with the DNA immobilized on SPCEs, was used as an effective electroactive indicator, in combination with cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry techniques to monitor the cross‐links or damage to DNA. The interaction between BUS and DNA were determined by the changes in the voltammetric peak of crystal violet. The effects of various conditions upon the crystal violet signal were investigated.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine and compare the potentials of two different ambient air plasma treatments: volume dielectric barrier discharge and diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge, for the activation of polypropylene (PP) nonwovens surface. This was done in order to enhance the deposition of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) onto PP surface. AuNPs were attached onto PP surface from colloidal solution prepared without stabilizers. Scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, water absorption, and AuNPs uptake were used to assess the surface changes due to the plasma treatment, and to evaluate the durability of the achieved treatment effects. Finally, as a very important aspiration of the research, antibacterial activity of AuNPs loaded PP nonwovens against pathogens Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was evaluated in vitro. The plasma modified PP nonwovens have highly improved wetting and sorption properties. The PP nonwovens loaded with 17–62 mg/kg AuNPs exhibit antibacterial activity against tested pathogens. Surprisingly, this activity was enhanced by the first sample rinsing.  相似文献

S-Alkyl (R = benzyl, methyl, ethyl, propyl and butyl) derivatives of thiosalicylic acid and the corresponding palladium(II) complexes were prepared and their structures were proposed on the basis of infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The cis geometrical configurations of the isolated complexes were proposed on the basis of an X-ray structural study of the bis(S-benzyl-thiosalicylate)-palladium(II), [Pd(S-bz-thiosal)2] complex.Antimicrobial activity of the tested compounds was evaluated by determining the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum microbicidal concentration (MMC) in relation to 26 species of microorganisms. The tested ligands, with a few exceptions, show low antimicrobial activity. The palladium(II) complexes, [Pd(S-R-thiosal)2], have statistically significant higher activity than the corresponding ligands. The complexes [Pd(S-et-thiosal)2] and [Pd(S-pro-thiosal)2] displayed the strongest activity amongst the all tested compounds. The palladium(II) complexes show selective and moderate antibacterial activity and significant antifungal activity. The most sensitive were Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus flavus.  相似文献

The oxidative behaviour of the antidiabetic agent glibenclamide on a bare carbon paste electrode (CPE) and a Sephadex-modified carbon paste electrode (SMCPE) was explored by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The analysis procedure consisted of an open circuit accumulation step in stirred sample solution of Britton-Robinson buffer (0.04 mol L–1, pH 2.0). This was followed by medium exchange to a clean solution of Britton-Robinson buffer (0.04 mol L–1, pH 5.0), and subsequently an anodic potential scan was effected to obtain the voltammetric peak. The glibenclamide oxidation peak current obtained by DPV was proportional to the concentration of the glibenclamide in the range of 1.0×10–9 mol L–1 to 5.0×10–8 mol L–1 for 180 s accumulation time, with a detection limit of 4.0×10–10 mol L–1. A method was developed for the determination of glibenclamide in formulation and spiked human serum. Moreover, the proposed procedure was used to estimate the serum concentrations after oral administration of a 5 mg tablet of glibenclamide to three diabetic subjects.  相似文献

The pronounced variation of the electrical resistivity of the amorphous Al-W thin films observed during initial heating above room temperature was examined. Both isochronal and isothermal treatments were performed in order to investigate the effects of the film composition, substrate material, and substrate temperature, on the magnitude of the relaxation phenomena. Regarding the isochronal heating, it was observed that the relaxation effects decreased with an increase of the heating rate, and decreased with the aluminum content in the film. The Al78W22 amorphous thin films were subjected to isothermal annealing for 6 h at a temperature of 515 °C. The effects of the substrate material (alumina ceramic, glass and sapphire), and the deposition temperature (LNT, RT, 200 and 400 °C) were examined. The relaxation decreased in a sequence of: alumina ceramic-glass-sapphire substrates, as well as with an increase of the substrate temperature. An assumed dominant role of the aluminum in the effects observed, was tested by the corresponding investigation of Al-Ti and Cu-Ti amorphous thin films.  相似文献
