The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesised and the influence of the type of porogen, the nature of sample solvent, and the binding capacity of material were tested by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Umbelliferone was used as the template for imprint formation. Methacrylic acid was used as the monomer and acetonitrile, ethanol, and chloroform as porogen. Non-imprinted polymers (NIPs) were prepared by the same procedure. The highest value of the specific binding capacity (269 μg of umbelliferone per 100 mg of polymer) was obtained for polymers prepared in chloroform as porogen and methanol/water (φ r = 1: 1) as the sample solvent. The group-selective MIP was used as sorbent for the SPE pre-treatment of umbelliferone from plant extracts prior to HPLC analysis. Analysis of the spiked samples showed good recoveries (> 77 %). The limit of detection, limit of determination, and repeatability of the method were also calculated.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to introduce a non-formaldehyde inorganic–organic hybrid sol–gel flame-retardant precursor (SiOP) containing phosphorous, nitrogen, and silicon and to compare its functional properties with those of the conventional formaldehyde-containing organic flame-retardant agent, organophosphonate (OP). SiOP was used at concentrations of 2%, 4%, and 8%, and OP was used at a concentration of 200 g/dm3. Both agents were applied to 100% cotton (CO) woven fabric by the pad-dry-cure method under the appropriate conditions. The presence of the SiOP and OP coatings on the CO fabric was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The results of the vertical tests of flammability and the thermogravimetric analyses showed that the presence of the SiOP coating changed the thermal degradation pathway of the CO fabric and resulted in an increase in the thermo-oxidative stability of the cellulose fibres. The thermo-oxidative stability was enhanced by the addition of higher amount of dry solids. At comparable dry solids contents, OP preserved significantly greater flame retardancy and thermo-oxidative stability than did SiOP. These results indicated that the SiOP precursor could not act as an effective alternative to the OP agent in the flame-retardant protection of CO fabric.  相似文献

A series of 10‐arylflavins (10‐phenyl‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐dimethylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐diethylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′,6′‐diisopropylphenyl)‐, 10‐(2′‐tert‐butylphenyl)‐, and 10‐(2′,6′‐dimethylphenyl)‐3‐methylisoalloxazine ( 2 a – f )) was prepared as potentially nonaggregating flavin photocatalysts. The investigation of their structures in the crystalline phase combined with 1H‐DOSY NMR spectroscopic experiments in CD3CN, CD3CN/D2O (1:1), and D2O confirm the decreased ability of 10‐arylflavins 2 to form aggregates relative to tetra‐O‐acetyl riboflavin ( 1 ). 10‐Arylflavins 2 a – d do not interact by π–π interactions, which are restricted by the 10‐phenyl ring oriented perpendicularly to the isoalloxazine skeleton. On the other hand, N3? H???O hydrogen bonds were detected in their crystal structures. In the structure of 10‐aryl‐3‐methylflavin ( 2 f ) with a substituted N3 position, weak C? H???O bonds and weak π–π interactions were found. 10‐Arylflavins 2 were tested as photoredox catalysts for the aerial oxidation of 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol to the corresponding aldehyde (model reaction), thus showing higher efficiency relative to 1 . The quantum yields of 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol oxidation reactions mediated by arylflavins 2 were higher by almost one order of magnitude relative to values in the presence of 1 .  相似文献

Detailed kinetic and computational investigation of the enantio‐ and diastereoselective allylation of aldehydes 1 with allyltrichlorosilanes 5 , employing the pyridine N‐oxides METHOX ( 9 ) and QUINOX ( 10 ) as chiral organocatalysts, indicate that the reaction can proceed through a dissociative (cationic) or associative (neutral) mechanism: METHOX apparently favors a pentacoordinate cationic transition state, while the less sterically demanding QUINOX is likely to operate via a hexacoordinate neutral complex. In both pathways, only one molecule of the catalyst is involved in the rate‐ and selectivity‐determining step, which is supported by both experimental and computational data.  相似文献

This paper deals with a simplified multi-element profiling of inorganic arsenic, antimony, selenium and tellurium in the form of 75As, 82Se, 121Sb and 125Te by ICP-MS for amounts less than 10?µg?L?1. Internal standards such as 72Ge and 209Bi were successfully used for the suppression of both influence of macro elements Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ or Al3+, and interference of limited concentrations of heavy metal ions. Modified silica sorbents Separon? SGX C18, C8, CN, NH2, RPS and Phenyl were tested for the preconcentration of As, Sb, Se and Te (0.25–5?µg?L?1) in the form of ion associates with cationic surfactants from 50–250?mL sample volume. 1-etoxycarbonyl-pentadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (Septonex®, 0.005?mol?L?1) was suitable for this purpose in the presence of 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol, 2-pyrrolidinecarbodithioate and 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid. The quantitative retention occurred at pH 7?±?0.2 and the mixture of acetone with ethanol in ratio 1?:?1 in the presence of 0.1?mol?L?1 HCl was used for the quantitative elution. Organic solvents and the excess of acid were removed by evaporation prior to the determination by ICP-MS. The determination of the above trace metalloids in various kinds of water with enrichment factor till 50 times on silica Separon? SGX C18 and the above reagents were compared with the standard addition method.  相似文献

In this paper, we demonstrate how to apply recently discovered ferromagnetic nematic liquid crystal for visualisation of magnetic fields. The material exhibits strong optical response to both external electric and magnetic fields, which gives us an opportunity to use it for the detection of an area of magnetic vector field in a way that both, the magnitude and the direction of a given field can be simultaneously measured. We discuss the physical model that describes the behaviour of ferromagnetic liquid crystal placed in a liquid crystal cell and demonstrate the method of extracting the information about an arbitrary magnetic field from the combination of magneto-optic and electro-optic response of the sample placed in that field. We have applied the principle to a special case, where magnetic field was visualised on a 2D area near a cylindrical permanent magnet.  相似文献

The title binaphthyls 19 and 26, which are the positional isomers of 2-methoxy-2'-(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl (MOP, 19) and 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl (NOBIN, 26), have been synthesized by Suzuki coupling as the key step (10 + 15-->18), followed by functional group transformations, involving C-P and C-N bond formation (18-->19 and 18-->23). Racemic intermediate 22 was resolved by co-crystallization with N-benzylcinchonidinium chloride and the absolute configuration determined by X-ray crystallography. These novel binaphthyls are configurationally stable and, as such, potentially usable as chiral ligands in asymmetric reactions. Michael addition of the glycine-derived enolate 40 to methyl acrylate, carried out in the presence of (R)-(-)-27 as the chiral phase-transfer catalyst, afforded L-glutamic acid (S)-(+)-43 of 92% ee (after hydrolysis of the primary product).  相似文献

The viscoelastic photoelastic behaviour of networks of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate — dodecyl methacrylate (DMA) copolymers in the main transition and rubberlike region was investigated. With increasing DMA content, photoelastic functions are quickly shifted to lower temperatures or shorter times; a detailed course of the functions suggests heterogeneity of the copolymers. Due to the existence of long side chains, optical function of all samples change the sign from positive to negative with increasing temperature. While the temperature dependences of the moduli of copolymers can be described by the two-phase Takayanagi model, the temperature dependences of optical functions cannot be described by using this model. It has been found, however, that the tempeature and time dependences of photoelastic functions can be described semiquantitatively by a three-phase model with a hypothetical statistical copolymer as the third component. The high values of the volume fraction of the hypothetical statistical copolymer found for the individual samples, suggest a considerable miscibility and a strong influence of the interphase boundary on the photoelastic behaviour of the copolymers.  相似文献

The feasibility of on-capillary derivatization of saccharides by aromatic amine-based fluorescent labeling agents was tested. To avoid the problematic evolution of gaseous hydrogen cyanide, the Schiff base reduction by sodium cyanoborohydride, as the second step of the standard reductive amination protocol, was omitted. Glucose was used as a model analyte and 7-amino-1,3-naphthalenedisulfonic acid as the labeling agent. Our experiments showed that the direct reaction of the saccharide with the labeling agent in 2.5-M acetic acid yields a labeled product that is sufficiently stable to be separated from the labeling agent in 20-mM phosphate buffer, pH 3.5, and detected using UV detection. The glucose and label zones were introduced separately into the capillary and mixed using a negative voltage. Mixing voltage, its duration, the concentration of acetic acid in the reaction zone, and the waiting time between mixing and separation were optimized. To show the applicability of the procedure to a broader range of analytes, a mixture of different types of saccharides, that is, xylose (pentose), fucose (hexose), glucose (hexose), N-acetylglucosamine (N-acetylaminosaccharide), and lactose (disaccharide), was subjected to derivatization and analysis under the optimal conditions. The linearity and repeatability of the process were evaluated as critical parameters for its analytical applications. Six-point calibration dependences in the 1–50 mM range showed excellent determination coefficients of 0.9992 or higher for all five saccharides tested. The repeatability of the labeled saccharide peak areas was between 2.2% and 4.3%.  相似文献

We report a Brønsted acid-catalyzed synthesis of tetrasubstituted allenyl compounds decorated with heterocyclic sulfenyl group. The reaction proceeds readily from available propargylic alcohols in the presence of pentacarboxycyclopenatadienes (PCCPs) as organocatalysts. The developed strategy provides tetrasubstituted allene derivatives in high yields (from 55 to 98 %) and under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献
