The nonequilibrium behaviour of the intermediate state of non-ellipsoidal specimens of type-I superconductors is well documented. We present the identification of a signal due to an octupole moment of this intermediate state in the magnetization measurements on a disc shaped Pb specimen. We can also identify a quasi-irreversibility temperature, like the HTSC materials, in the magnetization data on a Pb disc. However, its precise value at a given H depends on the orientation of the plane of the disc with respect to the applied field and it cannot be treated as a material characteristics of Pb. 相似文献

magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power measurements were carried out. The compounds crystallize
in the parent, Sm5Ge4-type orthorhombic structure (space group Pnma) and lanthanide contraction is observed as one moves along the rare-earth series.
The changeover from paramagnetic to antiferromagnetic phase happens at low temperatures and the ordering temperature scales
with the de Gennes factor. The electrical resistivity is metallic with a negative curvature above 100 K. Thermopower displays

A new compound, NdBa2Ca3Sr4Cu5Ox, has been synthesised using the conventional solid state reaction technique. The material was characterised by powder XRD, electrical resistivity, ac susceptibility and dc magnetisation studies. The results of powder X-ray diffraction show that the structure is pseudo orthorhombic, having unit cell dimensions a = 5.47 Å, b = 5.46 Å and c = 14.58 Å. Magnetisation studies on a SQUID magnetometer showed a superconducting transition at 52 K. This was confirmed by the measurements of electrical resistance and ac susceptibility of this sample, which also showed superconductivity at 52 K. An efficient derivation of the title compound has been formulated from easily accessible 10-undecenoic acid (1). Thus, dodec-11-en-2-ol (3), prepared from 1, was pyranylated and subjected to bromination with NBS followed by acetolysis to furnish (2E)-1-acetoxy-11-(tetrahydropyranyloxy)dodec-2-ene (5). Its hydrolysis, oxidation, and depyranylation afforded the (2E)-hydroxy ester (9). This, on Candida rugosa lipase-catalyzed acetylation, SeO(2) oxidation, hydrolysis, and Yamaguchi macrolactonization, led to (R)-patulolide A (I) with 67.1% ee. The enantiomeric excess was improved to 97% by first resolving the alcohol 3 via porcine pancreatic lipase catalyzed acetylation and converting the corresponding (R)-acetate (13) to I as done above. 相似文献

A series of novel quinoline-proline hybrids ( 11a-g ) and quinoline-proline-1,2,3-triazole hybrids ( 12-14 ) were synthesized by click chemistry based on molecular hybridization concept and were characterized by NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. All the titled target compounds were tested for antitubercular activity by MABA and LORA methods by in vitro. Interestingly, two compounds (2R,4S)-1-((2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-quinolin-3-yl)-methyl)-4-(4-nitrobenzamido)-N-phenylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide ( 11b ) and (2R,4S)-1-((2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-quinolin-3-yl)-methyl)-4-(4-fluorobenzamido)-N-phenylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide ( 11c ) exhibited significant activity against the tested Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain. Further, the cytotoxicity ( CC 50 ) profile of the titled compounds against the Vero cell was performed and discussed. A molecular docking study of the hit compounds ( 11b and 11c ) was also performed to find their putative binding interaction with the active site of the target proteins. Finally, in silico ADMET properties were also predicted for all the synthesized molecules to evaluate their drug-likeness behavior. 相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐[(methylphenylamino)methyl]‐1‐(phenylsulfonyl)indole, C22H20N2O2S, the indole system is not strictly planar and the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 2.7 (1)°. The angles around the S atom of the sulfonyl substituent deviate significantly from the ideal value for tetrahedral geometry. The pyramidalization at the indole N atom is very small. Of the two C—H?O interactions, one influences the orientation of indole with respect to the sulfonyl group and the other determines the orientation of the phenyl bound to sulfonyl. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 89.6 (1)° with the best plane of the indole. The molecular packing is stabilized by C—H?π and C—H?O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title compound, C29H30N6O, the naphthyridine moiety is planar with a dihedral angle between the fused rings of 1.9 (1)°. The phenol ring is nearly coplanar, while the diethylaminophenyl substituent is orthogonal to the central naphthyridine ring and the pyrrolidine ring makes an angle of 11.2 (1)° with it. The O atom of the hydroxy substituent is coplanar with the phenyl ring to which it is attached.
