Determination of proteins in human serum by combination of flow injection sampling with resonance light scattering technique

A flow injection method combined with Resonance light scattering detection was developed for the determination of protein concentration in human serum samples. This method is based on the enhanced RLS signals of protein binding with the dye acid chrome blue K. The enhanced RLS intensities at 264 nm, in an acidic aqueous solution, were proportional to the protein concentration over the range of 2.0–40.0 μg·mL⁻¹ for human serum albumin (HSA) and the limit of detection (3σ) is 85 ng·mL⁻¹. This method was successfully applied to the quantification of total proteins in human serum samples. The maximum relative standard deviation is less than 2% and the recovery is between 97 and 103% for the standard addition method. The sample throughput was 60 h⁻¹.     

Application of artificial neural networks in multivariable optimization of an on-line microwave FIA system for catalytic kinetic determination of iridium(III)

A new rapid, selective and sensitive on-line microwave flow injection-kinetic method was developed for spectrophotometric determination of micro amounts of Ir(III), based on its catalytic effect on the m-acetylchlorophosphonazo (CPA-mA) and KIO(4) reaction in NaOH media. An on-line microwave oven was employed to accelerate the reaction. The reaction was followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the decrease of the absorbance of CPA-mA at 580 nm. The effect of five variables for the determination of Ir(III) was optimized by means of a multilayer artificial neural network using extended delta-bar-delta (EDBD) algorithms. Under the optimum experimental conditions, Ir(III) could be determined in the range 0.060-0.60 micro gZZZ;mL(-1) with detection limit of 0.02 micro gZZZ;mL(-1) and the sampling frequency of 34 h(-1). The proposed method was applied to the determination of micro amounts of Ir(III) in refined ore and secondary alloy with the recoveries from 91.4% to 109%.     

2003～2011年中国科普法规政策与化学普及书籍关系研究

2002年中国颁布科普法后,2003至2011年出版的化学普及书籍种数总体呈上升趋势。出版地和出版社总体上较为分散,局部集中度高。主题上基础知识类化学普及书籍最多,科学文化类次之,实用知识类较少,化学前沿类最少。涉及科普的一般法律、法规和政策对化学普及书籍的创作影响甚微。只有与国家约束性社会发展指标相关,发生涉及公民生命安全的重大社会事件,针对特定人群的具体实施政策出台,科普法规和政策才对化学普及书籍的出版起到推动作用。     

活性位高度暴露的钴/氮/碳电催化剂的构建及氧还原性能研究

金属/氮/碳催化剂（M/N/C，M=Fe、Co等）是最有发展前景的非贵金属电催化剂之一，其性能依赖于催化剂表面的活性物种密度.通过常规的热解含氮前驱物与金属盐的方法制得的催化剂往往存在金属活性物种被包埋而不能有效利用的缺点.考虑到石墨相氮化碳（g-C₃N₄）富含类吡啶氮和亚纳米孔腔结构，将g-C₃N₄包覆在高导电性碳纳米笼（hCNC）表面，进而利用表层g-C₃N₄的配位和限域作用锚定大量Co²⁺离子，获得的Co/g-C₃N₄/hCNC复合物经热解后形成了活性位高度暴露、导电性好、孔结构丰富的Co/N/C催化剂.800℃热解得到的最优化催化剂在碱性介质中展现出优异氧还原活性，其起始电位（0.97 V）与商业Pt/C催化剂相当，且抗甲醇干扰性能和稳定性优异.此项研究提供了一种构建具有高度暴露活性位的M/N/C催化剂的有效策略.     

有机化合物中硫元素的微量库仑分析

含硫有机化合物在竖式石英燃烧管中,于氧气流下经950℃高温燃烧分解,生成的二氧化硫(或三氧化硫)通过含双氧水的石英棉转化管,转化为硫酸。硫酸泵入电解池后,进行酸-碱库仑滴定。本法操作按时间程序控制进行,每次分析时间为15分钟,分析绝对误差为±0.5％对含磷的有机硫化合物及含钠、铁、铜、钼、镍、镧等金属的有机硫化合物,如在样品上复盖一层三氧化钨进行燃烧分解,也可获得满意的结果。     

主客观相结合眼波面像差分析系统

利用Hartmann-Shack波面传感器对眼出瞳位置的波面像差进行测量,根据所测像差控制可变形镜对像差进行实时补偿.眼像差以Zernike多项式表示,通过对可变形镜的精确控制,可在光路中生成特定模式和幅值的像差.因此,被测者根据视觉的主观感觉,调节视标像差,直至获得最满意的视觉效果.该系统采用移动三棱镜和柱镜的方法对离焦和散光进行预补偿,弥补了波面传感器测量范围和可变形镜矫正范围受限制的缺点.该系统把快速、客观的测量及补偿和主观调整相结合,更加符合人眼工作的特性,可用于在人眼像差与视觉分辩的基础和临床研究.     

背包客身份认同对主观幸福感的影响

已有研究表明,在“日常生活世界”形成的群体身份认同能提升人们的主观幸福感。作为对当前社会快速变化的一种回应,背包旅行能提供展露自我的“自由空间”,建构独特的背包客身份认同。为探明背包客在“旅游世界”建构的身份认同是否显著提升其主观幸福感这一问题,基于社会认同理论和自我决定理论,将自尊作为中介变量,检验了背包客身份认同与主观幸福感之间的关系。通过问卷调查（n=400）收集数据,运用结构方程模型偏最小二乘法（PLS-SEM）进行统计分析。发现：（1）背包客身份认同的自我归类维度、群体自我价值维度对主观幸福感有显著正向影响;（2）群体自我评价维度、群体自我价值维度对自尊具有显著正向影响;（3）自尊对主观幸福感也有显著正向影响,且自尊在群体自我价值影响主观幸福感的过程中起部分中介作用。所得结果丰富了旅游者幸福感与背包客身份认同的理论研究。     

超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法测定鲜蛋中氟苯尼考残留量的不确定度分析

评定超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法测定鲜蛋中氟苯尼考残留量的不确定度。建立测定鲜蛋中氟苯尼考的不确定度数学模型,不确定度来源包括标准溶液的质量浓度、样品溶液体积量取、称样质量、重复性,对不确定度分量分别进行评定,合成不确定值。鲜蛋中氟苯尼考残留量为1.49 μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.19 μg/kg(k=2,P=95%)。为科学评价实验结果的准确性提供依据,为评定其它相关检测方法的不确定度提供参考。     

Friedmann Cosmology with a Generalized Equation of State and Bulk Viscosity

The universe content is considered as a non-perfect fluid with bulk viscosity and is described by a more general equation of state (endowed some deviation from the conventionally assuned cosmic perfect fluid model).We assume the bulk viscosity is a linear combination of two termsone is constant,and the other is proportional to the scalar expansion θ = 3a/a.The equation of state is described as p = (γ - 1)p p0,where p0 is a parameter.In this framework we demonstrate that this model can be used to explain the dark energy dominated universe,and different proper choices of the parameters may lead to three kinds of fates of the cosmological evolutionno future singularity,big rip,or Type-Ⅲ singularity as presented in [S.Nojiri,S.D.Odintsov,and S.Tsujikawa,Phys.Rev.D 71 (2005) 063004].     

Topological Aspects of Triplet Superconductors

In this paper, using the Φ-mapping theory, it is shown that two kinds of topological defects, i.e., the vortex lines and the monopoles exist in the helical configuration of magnetic field in triplet superconductors. And the inner topological structure of these defects is studied. Because the knot solitons in the triplet superconductors are characterized by the Hopf invariant, we also establish a relationship between the Hopf invariant and the linking number of knots family, and reveal the inner topological structure of the Hopf invariant.
