基于曲线问题情境的信息化教学尝试*——以“沉淀溶解平衡”为例

基于高中生对实验曲线理解困难的现状,为挖掘实验曲线的教学价值,以沉淀溶解平衡为例,结合课堂演示实验和教学软件,设计了“宏观微观符号曲线”多重表征教学为一体的实验探究课。根据沉淀溶解平衡实验证据,绘制实验曲线,构建微观模型和图像,从而培养学生的证据收集与应用意识,提高学生对曲线的分析和理解能力,领会各种变化曲线的来源。在曲线理解的基础上建立“溶解平衡转化”思维模型,以此为开展“曲线融入式”的问题引导型实验教学提供参考案例。     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of a Ca(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Based on 4-Acetylphenoxyacetate Ligands

A novel Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,[Ca L₂(H₂O)₂]_n (1,HL=4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid) has been synthesized with 4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid,Ca(ClO_4)₂·4H₂O and Na OH as raw materials.Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the Ca(Ⅱ)ion is eight-coordinated in a distorted triangular dodecahedral geometric configuration with six carboxylate Oatoms of four L ligands and two O atoms of two coordinated water molecules.Complex 1 forms a one-dimensional chained structure by the bridging effect of carboxylate O atoms.The antitumor activity of HLligand and complex 1 has also been investigated.     

高β相聚偏氟乙烯基复合体系的制备及压电性能

为了提高聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的压电性能,需要寻找有效的途径来提高PVDF的电活性相(β相)含量。 通过水热法成功合成了Ag、ZnO以及二者复合(Ag-ZnO)的3种类型纳米粒子,并与PVDF共混形成PVDF复合薄膜。 通过表征PVDF复合材料的形貌,结晶性能和压电性能,可以发现Ag-ZnO复合纳米粒子的协同作用可以有效提高PVDF的结晶性能和压电性能。 此外,通过单轴拉伸可以使得所有PVDF膜的β相含量得到进一步提高,其中拉伸后的PVDF/Ag-ZnO纳米颗粒(P-C)的β相物质的量分数最高,达到70.0％,最佳的压电系数(d₃₃)达到了31.0 pC/N。     

化学能转化成电能的实验设计

以常见的铜锌原电池反应为例,设计了一组对比实验装置,即化学反应装置与原电池装置。以化学反应装置中的能量变化为依据,展示了化学反应中释放出的能量具体形式为“热”与“功”;通过与原电池装置的比较,证明原电池实验装置中的“热”转化为了电能。     

单分子操纵与单分子生物物理

文章介绍了近年来发展起来的一些单分子操纵实验技术如光镊、磁镊、微针、斯托克斯拖曳技术，以及应用这些技术拉伸、旋转、解链DNA分子，从而研究其力学性质所取得的研究进展．各种蛋白质如T7 DNA聚合酶、拓扑异构酶，SWI／SNF染色质重建复合体、RNA聚合酶与DNA的作用在生化过程中十分重要，因此，文章也介绍了这些蛋白质与DNA在单分子的水平上相互作用所取得的研究进展．     

Growth and Characterization of A1GaN/A1N/GaN HEMT Structures with a Compositionally Step-Graded A1GaN Barrier Layer

A new A1GaN/A1N/GaN high electron mobility transistor （HEMT） structure using a compositionally step-graded A1GaN barrier layer is grown on sapphire by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition （MOCVD）. The structure demonstrates significant enhancement of two-dimensional electron gas （2DEG） mobility and smooth surface morphology compared with the conventional HEMT structure with high A1 composition A1GaN barrier. The high 2DEG mobility of 1806 cm2/Vs at room temperature and low rms surface roughness of 0.220 nm for a scan area of 5μm×5 μm are attributed to the improvement of interracial and crystal quality by employing the stepgraded barrier to accommodate the large lattice mismatch stress. The 2DEG sheet density is independent of the measurement temperature, showing the excellent 2DEG confinement of the step-graded structure. A low average sheet resistance of 314.5Ω/square, with a good resistance uniformity of 0.68%, is also obtained across the 50 mm epilayer wafer. HEMT devices are successfully fabricated using this material structure, which exhibits a maximum extrinsic transconductance of 218 mS/ram and a maximum drain current density of 800 mA/mm.

HL-2M 装置真空室设计

HL-2M 真空室结构为“D”形截面的双层-薄壁-全焊接式-环状结构,内环直径 2m,外环径 5.22m, 高 3.02m,由 20 个扇形段组成而成。真空室上开设有 121 个窗口以满足真空抽气、实验诊断、辅助加热及工程安 装等方面的要求;支撑采用滑动杆式结构;材料选用 Inconel625、Inconel718 与 316L 组合。运用有限元法对真空 室进行了结构强度评估,真空室满足设计要求。     

红外光谱结合线阵列检测技术研究聚合物分散液晶膜分子取向

采用偏振红外光谱和变温红外光谱研究聚合物分散液晶膜中液晶分子取向随外加电场及温度的变化.利用线阵列检测技术表征了聚合物与液晶界面处的成分分布.结果表明,线阵列检测技术能够快速而直观地给出成分分布图,通过该成分分布图可以解释PDLC在温度场作用下分子取向的变化.
