从上皮组织的结构特点出发,基于米氏(Mie)散射理论,建立了双层散射介质的单次后向散射光谱的理论模型,该模型通过偏振门屏蔽来自下层的噪声背景,只保留来自上层的单次散射光。计算分析了粒子的形态学参量如平均尺寸及其分布、相对折射率变化时,单次散射光谱的特征。并用傅里叶波形分析法研究了这些参量对单次后向散射光谱曲线形状及其谐波幅值的影响。结果表明,这些只经历了表层粒子单次散射的光谱信号对表层粒子的平均尺寸及其分布、相对折射率具有灵敏性。对光谱曲线波纹结构的幅值、频率,散射强度,光谱谐波的幅值有直接的影响。研究结果对早期癌症的散射光谱特征识别及其特征提取有重要的实用价值。 相似文献

In a view to balancing cost and lithium ion conductivity, Li6BaLa2Nb x Ta2???x O12 (x?=?0–2) was prepared by solid-state reaction, and its corresponding AC impedances were tested at temperatures ranging from 20 to 250 °C in air. Li6BaLa2Ta2O12 exhibits the highest conductivity, 8.77?×?10?6?S/cm, and the second highest is Li6BaLa2Nb2O12 with 6.69?×?10?6?S/cm. Partial replacement of Ta with Nb cannot bestow the advantages of cost saving or the enhancement of lithium ion conductivity. X-ray diffraction patterns revealed a gradual change as an increasing amount of Nb replaces Ta in Li6BaLa2Nb x Ta2???x O12 (x?=?0–2), and it is thought that the trending of Nb and Ta to rest on the crystallographic planes is different. 相似文献

The effect on the notched Izod impact strength of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) by blending it with acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA) was examined. Epoxy resin (ER) was demonstrated to be an efficient compatibilizer for the partially compatible blends of PBT/ASA. It requires only a very small amount of ER to improve the toughness of the PBT/ASA blends drastically. Furthermore, there exists an optimum proportion of ER added to achieve maximum notched Izod impact strength. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation suggests that the ER in the PBT/ASA/ER blends suppressing the tendency of coalescence of ASA, leading to better dispersion of the ASA particles. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) shows that ER enhances the phase dispersion and the interfacial adhesion between the PBT and ASA phases, it improves the compatibility between PBT and ASA. The compositions in the interphase was continuous, which results in multiphase composites with a graded interphase. This paper presents an improved processing added to conventional least square (LS) channel estimation to modify its performance for coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) system. By testing selected limitation factors of the existing algorithms, the influence of our improved algorithm to the performance of CO-OFDM system were studied and compared with other published algorithms. The simulation results of the study demonstrated that the proposed approaches achieved better channel estimation performance and are considered as a more appropriate alternative for CO-OFDM system with the tradeoff between complexity and performance. 相似文献

We propose a one-dimensional integral imaging (1DII) display that consists of a display panel and a gradient-aperture parallax barrier. The gradient-aperture parallax barrier is symmetrical, and its slit widths gradually increase from both sides to the middle. The leftmost and rightmost slits are used to fix the viewing angle, whereas the other slits are used to increase the optical efficiency. A prototype of the proposed 1DII display is developed.
