Transfer Hydrogenation of C= C Double Bonds Catalyzed by Ruthenium Amido-Complexes: Scopes, Limitation and Enantioselectivity

The reduction of C = C double bonds is one of the most fundamental synthetic transformations and plays a key role in the manufacturing of a wide variety of bulk and fine chemicals. Hydrogenation of olefinic substrates can be achieved readily with molecular hydrogen in many cases, but transfer hydrogenation methods using suitable donor molecules such as formic acid or alcohols are receiving increasing attention as possible synthetic alternatives because it requires no special equipment and avoids the handling of potentially hazardous gaseous hydrogen.     

Study on synthesis of two-armed polymers containing a crown ether core and their self-assembly behaviors in selective solvents

A series of well-defined two-armed polymers containing a crown ether core, poly(stearyl methacrylate)-crown ether-poly(stearyl methacrylate) (PSMA-crown-PSMA), with different molecular weight were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The resultant polymers were characterized by ¹H NMR and GPC. The self-assembly behaviors of this kind of polymer in selective solvents were studied by TEM, and it was found that polymers with different molecular weight can directly self-assemble into hollow spheres, solid spheres and a monolayer film with regular pores by varying molecular weight and water content. The possible molecular packing motels for their self-assembly behaviors were proposed.     

轻稀土硝酸盐与邻菲罗啉(Phen)高配比混配配合物的合成和表征

本文采用水-有机溶剂合成了三个稀土硝酸盐与邻菲罗啉的混配配合物,通过元素分析、红外、差示扫描和热重等分析测试手段,确证了配合物的组成为Ln(Phcn)_4(NO_3)_3·3H_2O,并研究了它们的性质。     

Hydroxylation of nigranoic acid to 6β-hydroxynigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026

Microbial transformation of nigranoic acid by Caryospora carllicarpa YMF1.01026 afforded the new derivative 6β-hydro-xynigranoic acid. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

Complex dynamics in a periodically perturbed electro-chemical system

Dynamical response of a passivation model subjected to parametric periodic and stochastic perturbations is studied numerically. In response to weak periodic modulation, the system exhibits a rich variety of resonance behavior and induced dynamics, including periodically induced oscillation, birhythmicity, switching between two bistable states, selection of one of the bistable states, mixed-mode and chaotic oscillations. These phenomena are discussed in terms of the stability of saddle focus and an incomplete homoclinic connection. Our numerical results are relevant for a wide class of electro-chemical oscillatory systems, where the re-injection of unstable trajectory on the neighborhood of a saddle focus is a typical feature in the phase space.     

Monitoring myoglobin by capillary zone electrophoresis with end-column amperometric detection

Capillary zone electrophoresis was employed for the determination of myoglobin in human urine using end-column amperometric detection with a carbon fiber microelectrode at a constant potential of 1.80 V vs. saturated calomel electrode (SCF). The optimum conditions of separation and detection are: 3.73 x 10-4 mol/L sodium diethyl malonyl urea (barbitone sodium), 1.34 x 10-4 mol/L HCl for the buffer solution, 20 kV for separation voltage, 5 kV and 5 s for injection voltage and injection time, respectively. The limit of detection is 4.4 x 10-8 mol/L or 84 amole signal to noise (S/N = 2). The relative standard deviation is 2.9% for the migration time and 2.5% for the electrophoretic peak current. The method can be used for the determination of myoglobin in human urine. The samples can be directly injected and need no pretreatment. The method is also rapid, less than 2 min, and has a recovery rate of 94-106%.     

掺杂电活性离子聚吡咯膜内的电荷传输

用循环伏安法和计时库仑法研究了掺杂亚铁氰化钾离子的聚哟咯膜内的电荷传输问题。实验结果表明，聚吡咯膜内的电荷传递可以处理成电子在膜内的扩散模型，电荷传递速度可以 用电子表观扩散系数（Ｄａｐｐ）来表征。Ｄａｐｐ的大小由聚合物膜的结构、电活怀离子之间的过及对离了在膜中的运动决定。     

从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的研究

本文报道了从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的研究,发现了从蓖麻油制取10-羟基癸酸的新的工艺路线和最佳的工艺条件,用氢氧化钠用量、2-辛醇量、反应时间和反应温度四因子三水平L_9(3~4)进行了正交试验,发现最佳工艺条件是:氢氧化钠(g)/蓖麻油(g):1.25:2-辛醇量(g)/蓖麻油(g):2:反应时间:6h;反应温度:180℃。在这一新的工艺路线和最佳工艺条件下,10-羟基癸酸产率可达75％。     

钾（Ⅰ）（苯并－15－冠－5）新型配合物的合成及性质

在非水溶剂中合成了苯并－１５－冠－５与碘化钾、硫氰化钾及苦味酸钾形成的三种新型固体配合物，并进行了有关物理、化学性质表征．结果表明，钾（Ⅰ）离子不仅易与苯并－１５－冠－５形成常见的１：２夹心式配合物，而且还能生成稳定的１：１型固体配合物．
