ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR FOR GENERALIZED GINZBURG-LANDAU POPULATION EQUATION WITH STOCHASTIC PERTURBATION

In this paper, we are devoted to the asymptotic behavior for a nonlinear parabolic type equation of higher order with additive white noise. We focus on the Ginzburg-Landau population equation perturbed with additive noise. Firstly, we show that the stochastic Ginzburg-Landau equation with additive noise can be recast as a random dynamical system. And then, it is proved that under some growth conditions on the nonlinear term, this stochastic equation has a compact random attractor, which has a finite Hausdorff dimension.     

Quantification of Effector Binding to the Hemoglobin Central Cavity by Intrinsic and Extrinsic Steady-State Fluorescence

The relative intrinsic and extrinsic fluorescence of hemoglobins are established markers of the R (oxy) T (deoxy) transition and reveal site-specific conformational differences amongst hemoglobin (Hb) mutants. The Hb central cavity has been probed by binding the fluorescent analogue of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate, 8-hydroxy-1,3,6-pyrenetrisulfonate (HPT). An approach to quantify binding of HPT to HbC (6 Lys) and HbA (6 Glu), by steady-state front-face fluorescence spectroscopy using both the intrinsic and extrinsic emissions, is presented. When HPT specifically binds to Hb, efficient fluorescence energy transfer from the intrinsic fluorescence of Hb to HPT occurs, decreasing the intrinsic fluorescence of Hb that plateaus upon stoichiometric binding. HPT fluorescence is significantly but not totally quenched upon binding to HbA and HbC. HPT exhibits a molecular binding ratio of 2:1 to HbC, in contrast to HbA (1:1 binding). The apparent secondary binding site for HbC is weaker (K_D1 = 25 M vs. K_D2 = 0.15 mM). Conformational alterations of HbC at the and clefts of the central cavity are further supported by these data.     

超声换能器辐射场应力定量测量方法研究

提出了一种基于动态光弹观测系统的超声换能器在透明固体中辐射场应力定量测量新方法。该方法关注到激光束穿过非均匀应力区时的双折射累积效应和Senarmont补偿法均匀应力假设与真实应力非均匀分布之间的差异,利用滤波反投影算法重建出应力场;根据应力与换能器激励电压的线性关系,用4种激励电压动态校准重建后的应力数据。实验定量测量了圆形晶片超声换能器在固体内部辐射的瞬态纵波场的应力分布,结果表明应力幅值与激励电压成正比,符合线性规律。     

离散单因素投资组合模型的对偶算法

本文研究金融优化中的离散单因素投资组合问题,该问题与传统投资组合模型的不同之处是决策变量为整数(交易手数),从而导致要求解一个二次整数规划问题．针对该模型的可分离性结构,我们提出了一种基于拉格朗日对偶和连续松弛的分枝定界算法。我们分别用美国股票市场的交易数据和随机产生的数据对算法进行了测试．数值结果表明该算法是有效的,可以求解多达150个风险证券的离散投资组合问题．     

Chiral Carbonaceous Nanotubes Modified with Titania Nanocrystals: Plasmon‐Free and Recyclable SERS Sensitivity

Chiral carbonaceous nanotubes (CNT) were successfully used in plasmon‐free surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) for the first time. Further modification of TiO₂ nanocrystals on the chiral CNTs successfully realized the recycling of SERS substrate as chiral CNT/TiO₂ hybrids. The high SERS sensitivity of methylene blue (MB) over the chiral CNT/TiO₂ hybrids is ascribed to the laser‐driven birefringence induced by the helical structure, which provides much more opportunities for the occurrence of Raman scattering. The TiO₂ nanocrystals highly dispersed on the surface and inside the hollow cavity of chiral CNTs can completely degrade the MB under the solar light irradiation, leading to the self‐cleaning of SERS substrate. The present research opens a new way for the application of chiral inorganic materials in plasmon‐free SERS detection.     

Surface modification and characterization of carbon black by sodium lignosulphonate

Carbon black (CB) was encapsulated by the sodium lignosulphonate via the strong π–π* interaction force of aromatic ring in the planetary ball milling instrument. The use of new surfactant and ball milling instrument met the requirements about the low‐cost standard and provided an important sense to industrialization in comparison with the old surfactant, the poly(sodium 4‐styrenesulfonate). The successful encapsulation was confirmed by Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. Encapsulation ratio of the modified CB increased to 15.9% when CB was prepared at longer milling time and with agate balls in different size. The morphology and dispersibility of samples studied by transmission electron microscope, sedimentation experiment and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy showed that the modified CB dispersed stably in the deionized water. The average diameter and absolute value of zeta potential of the modified CB decreased and increased compared with those of CB, respectively, which confirmed further that sodium lignosulphonate encapsulated on the surface of CB make CB disperse better. In addition, the average diameter and zeta potential of the samples were affected by ball milling conditions. The modified CB prepared at longer milling time and with different sizes of agate balls had better dispersibility than the ones prepared at shorter milling time and with same size of agate balls. Malonate-type bis(oxazoline) ligands with sp hybridized bridge carbon: synthesis and application in Friedel-Crafts alkylation and allylic alkylation

A series of simple and new C₂-symmetric diphenylmethylidene malonate-type bis(oxazoline) ligands were synthesized and applied to the Friedel-Crafts reaction and allylic alkylation. The Cu(II) complex of ligand 4b bearing the benzyl group afforded good to excellent enantioselectivity for the F-C adducts (up to >99% ee) between indole and alkylidene malonate, and the palladium complex of ligand 4c bearing the phenyl group afforded excellent enantioselectivity (up to 94% ee) for the allylic alkylation product.     

Biomolecule-assisted synthesis of water-soluble silver nanoparticles and their biomedical applications

The application of nanoparticles in the biomedical field is an exciting interdisciplinary research area in current materials science. In the present study, size-tunable and water-soluble noble metal silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) have been successfully synthesized with the assistance of glutathione (GSH). The as-synthesized Ag NPs are ready to bind covalently with a model protein (bovine serum albumin) in mild conditions. The optical property of surface-modifiable Ag NPs was extremely sensitive to their size and the surface modification, suggesting a potential in the biomedical analysis and detection. Furthermore, Ag NPs with an average diameter of ca. 6 nm effectively suppress the proliferation of human leukemic K562 cells in the dose- and time-dependent manners, suggesting the promising potential of Ag NPs in cancer therapy.

空心聚合物微珠/环氧树脂复合材料匹配层空耦式压电换能器

研制了一种厚度模空耦式压电换能器,使用综合考虑材料衰减系数和声阻抗的空耦式压电换能器电力声等效电路理论模型以指导匹配层结构设计和材料选择,选用新型的空心聚合物微珠/环氧树脂复合材料作为声匹配材料,优化设计电阻抗匹配及结构参数。该换能器中心频率为510 kHz,-6 dB频域相对带宽为25.4%,插入损耗为-27 dB。结果表明,使用新型低衰减系数的闭孔复合材料单匹配层设计的该换能器不仅保证了高灵敏度,同时简化了换能器结构,为空耦式压电换能器研制提供了新思路。
