This review is focused on the recent advances in the functionalization of allenes via radical process. Different radical partners including carbon radicals and heteroatom radicals are discussed in the reactions of allenes. Generally, the radical formed in situ would attack the allene at the central carbon leading to allyl radical intermediate. However, the formation of alkenyl radical intermediate from allene could be observed as well in some cases with high regioselectivity and stereoselectivity.  相似文献

A novel electrochemiluminescence (ECL) “sandwich” biosensor has been developed to detect cocaine. The sandwich biosensor was fabricated on the basis of the fact that a single aptamer could be split into two fragments and the two dissociated parts could form a folded, associated complex in the presence of targets. One of these (capture probe), which had hexane–thiol at its 5′-terminus, was immobilized on a gold electrode via thiol–gold binding. The other one (detection probe) was labeled with the ECL reagent tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II)-doped silica nanoparticles (RuSiNPs) at its 3′-terminus. Owing to the weak interaction between the two fragments, the sensor exhibited a low ECL signal in the absence of cocaine. After the target cocaine had been added to the solution, it induced association of the two fragments and stabilized the associated complexes, leading to immobilization of RuSiNPs on the electrode surface, and the ECL detected on the electrode surface was enhanced. The enhanced ECL intensity was directly proportional to the logarithm of the cocaine concentration in the range from 1.0 × 10−9 to1.0 × 10−11 mol/L, with a detection limit of 3.7 × 10−12 mol/L. The biosensor was applied to detect trace amounts of cocaine on banknotes with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Aberrant protein aggregation causes numerous neurological diseases including Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), but the aggregation mechanisms remain poorly understood. Here, we report AFM results on the formation pathways of β-oligomers and nonfibrillar aggregates from wild-type full-length recombinant human prion protein (WT) and an insertion mutant (10OR) with five additional octapeptide repeats linked to familial CJD. Upon partial denaturing, seeds consisting of 3-4 monomers quickly appeared. Oligomers of ~11-22 monomers then formed through direct interaction of seeds, rather than by subsequent monomer attachment. All larger aggregates formed through association of these β-oligomers. Although both WT and 10OR exhibited identical aggregation mechanisms, the latter oligomerized faster due to lower solubility and, hence, thermodynamic stability. This novel aggregation pathway has implications for prion diseases as well as others caused by protein aggregation.  相似文献

PbS QDs have been synthesized by an in situ photocatalysis method using the photocatalytic activity of nanocrystalline TiO(2) films. Both the photovoltaic response and size of the synthesized PbS QDs were analyzed. Compared with the conventional synthesis route, this method is simpler and produces less waste.  相似文献

Single-crystalline TiOF(2) crystals with cubical morphology were prepared via a facile solvothermal method and their transformation to anatase TiO(2) under different calcination conditions such as pure argon, moist argon and pure hydrogen sulfide (H(2)S) was explored by using XRD/Raman/UV-Vis/SEM/TEM/SAED. The non-metal sulfur doping was successfully fulfilled and the doped TiO(2) microcubes showed the best photocatalytic H(2) evolution property.  相似文献

Fabrication of chiral materials and revealing the mechanisms involved in their formation are crucial issues in scientific research. The combination of cooperative self-assembly routes and the chiral templating process favors the formation of inorganic chiral materials with highly ordered mesostructures. This tutorial review highlights the recent research on chiral mesoporous silica (CMS) of hierarchical helical constructions transcribed from organic templates. The rules and mechanisms involved in the synthesis of CMS and related materials, especially the novel expression of chirality and imprinting of helical micellar superstructure by the functional groups immobilized on the mesopore surface, provide us with a deeper insight into the chiral self-assembly process and new strategies for the design and application of chiral materials. This review is addressed to researchers and students interested in chiral chemistry, supramolecular chemistry and mesoporous materials (53 references).  相似文献

HPLC analysis for organic acids in tobacco was optimized with the aid of statistical experimental design, a central composite face-centered design. In the design, only thirteen HPLC analyses were needed for identifying two optimal separation parameters. A Bio-Rad Aminex HPX-87H column was used for the analyses. An optimal separation for seven acids in tobacco was found at a temperature of 57 degrees C and a mobile phase of 0.032 N sulfuric acid solution, or at a temperature of 70 degrees C and a mobile phase of 0.024 N sulfuric acid solution, with a flow rate of 0.6 ml min(-1).  相似文献

We report three‐dimensional (3D) nanoporous graphene with preserved 2D electronic properties, tunable pore sizes, and high electron mobility for electronic applications. The complex 3D network comprised of interconnected graphene retains a 2D coherent electron system of massless Dirac fermions. The transport properties of the nanoporous graphene show a semiconducting behavior and strong pore‐size dependence, together with unique angular independence. The free‐standing, large‐scale nanoporous graphene with 2D electronic properties and high electron mobility holds great promise for practical applications in 3D electronic devices.  相似文献

Ca0.6La0.267TiO3 nanocrystalline powders were successfully synthesized by the sol–gel method using PEG1000 as a dispersant in this study. The sinterability of the powders and the microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics were also investigated. The XRD diffraction result showed that pure Ca0.6La0.267TiO3 powder with orthorhombic perovskite structure could be synthesized at 600 °C for 2 h without any detectable intermediate phase. The average grain size of the as-synthesized powder was as low as 35 nm. Compared with Ca0.6La0.267TiO3 ceramics fabricated by conventional solid-state process, the bulk materials prepared by sintering as-prepared nanopowders performed better in densification and microwave dielectric properties. The ceramics sintered at 1,300 °C exhibited a higher relative density of 98.3% combined with a dielectric constant (ε r ) of 120.3, a quality factor (Q × f) of 23,550 GHz and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τ f ) of +220.7 ppm/°C, respectively.  相似文献
