C60离子束撞击固体表面的坍塌与沉积(II)扫描隧道显微研究

Mass-selected C60 beam produced by laser ablation was accelerated and bombarded the (0001) surface of highly oriented pyrolitic graphite and (111) surface of gold single crystal. The samples were characterized by STM. The STM images showed that, the deposited species collapsed and formed planar structure on the solid surface, but the collapsed species were not dissociated and well oriented on the surface. Both positive and negative C60 ions were observed in the desorption mass spectra, confirming that the species collapsed on the solid surface are still the C60 clusters.

铝硫二元团簇的组分及其光解规律

硫与金属元素所形成的二元团簇具有很多重要的特性,已受到人们的普遍重视.用激光-串级飞行时间质谱仪,我们曾研究了硫与过渡金属钽、铁等的二元团簇.最近我们选取主族金属元素铝,研究了铝硫团簇的形成及其光解,实验结果表明,与钽硫或铁硫团簇相比,铝硫团簇无论在其组份构成还是在其光解方面,都表现出鲜明的特有规律性.实验的主要参数如下:溅射用激光为Nd:YAG 二倍频,其输出强度控制在约10~7W·cm~(-2),激光的重复频率10Hz 样品位于激光束的焦点附近,由焦距f=50cm 的透镜调整其聚焦状     

土豆汁修饰碳糊电极测定色氨酸的研究

本提出了用于测定色氨酸的土豆汁修饰碳糊电极，该电极选择性好，能有效地消除酪氨酸的干扰，在ｐＨ＝７．４的ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４－ＮａＯＨ生理缓冲液中，电极响应与色氨酸在９．８×１０＾－６～９．８×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的浓度范围内呈线性关系，最低检出限是１．５×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．并详细讨论了电极抗干扰能力与测定条件的关系。用该电极测定了实际样品氨基酸注射液中色氨酸的含量，结果与标准值吻合。     

Design, synthesis and antifungal activity of novel triazole derivatives

Twenty-three 1 -(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1 -y1)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(iV-cycloproyl-N-substituted-amino)-2-propanols were designed and synthesized on the basis of the active site of lanosterol 14α-demethylase. In vitro antifungal activities showed that some of the title compounds had higher antifungal activity and broader antifungal spectrum than fluconazole.     

环钯化合物在Heck反应中的应用研究

钯催化交叉偶联反应在化学工业、合成天然产物及生物活性物质中有着广泛的应用。催化剂体系是交叉偶联反应研究的核心。环钯化合物结构简单、性能稳定,在催化交叉偶联反应中具有高活性、高选择性,引起研究者们的极大关注,不断有新的环钯化合物被合成出来,其催化性能也得到了研究。本文综述了环钯化合物的合成方法及其在Heck反应中的应用。     

Regiochemistry in radical cyclization of allenes

The cyclization of allenic radicals was systematically studied for the first time by computational methods. It was found that the theoretical results at the ONIOM(QCISD(T)/6-311+G(2df,2p):UB3LYP/6-311+G(2df,2p)) level were in good agreement with all the available experimental data. For the cyclization of penta-3,4-dien-1-yl radicals the major product was penta-1,2-diene from direct reduction whereas a small amount of vinylcyclopropane may also be produced. For the cyclization of hexa-4,5-dien-1-yl radicals the major product is 1-methyl-cyclopentene. Furthermore, for the cyclization of hepta-5,6-dien-1-yl radicals both vinylcyclopentane and 1-methyl-cyclohexene are produced. Marcus theory analysis indicated that the formation of an olefinic radical product always had a lower intrinsic energy barrier than the formation of an allylic radical product. On the other hand, the formation of an olefinic radical product was always much less favorable than the formation of an allylic radical product in the thermodynamic term. For the cyclization of substituted hexa-4,5-dien-1-yl radicals, substitution at the allene moiety does not affect the regioselectivity where the allylic radical product is always favored. For the cyclization of hepta-5,6-dien-1-yl radicals, substitution at the allene moiety dramatically affects the regioselectivity, where some radical-stabilizing groups such as -CN and -COMe may even completely reserve the regioselectivity.     

A new method for determination of antithrombotic activity of egg white protein hydrolysate by microplate reader

A new method for the determination of antithrombotic activity of egg white protein hydrolysate(EWPH)was developed using amicroplate reader.Reaction was carried out at 37℃ and pH 7.2 with fibrinogen concentration 0.1%.Microplate reading wasconducted at 405 nm.Inhibition rate of EWPH on thrombin activity showed linearity(R~2=0.9971),when the inhibition rate was inthe range of 10-90%.The lower limit of detection(LLD,at 99.7%probability)and the biological limit of detection(BLD,at 99.7%probability)of the method were 10.643 and 40 mg/mL,respectively.The repeatability standard deviation(R.S.D.)was 1.08%.Thestandard deviation of the method was 0.027 AT-U.     

离子色谱-质谱联用技术测定污泥样品中的痕量高氯酸盐

建立了离子色谱-质谱联用技术测定活性污泥样品中高氯酸盐的分析方法。以高容量、强亲水性的IonPacAS20(2mm)阴离子交换柱为分析柱,EGC在线产生等浓度KOH为淋洗液,淋洗液经抑制成水后将样品带入质谱检测。ESI-MS-MS以多元反应监测模式监控100.8/84.9、98.8/66.9、100.8/68.9和98.8/82.9离子对,以98.8/82.9离子对的峰面积进行定量。该方法对高氯酸盐的检出限(S/N=3)为0.01μg/L,高氯酸盐在0.05~100μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性,线性相关系数r=0.9988。0.2μg/L的标准溶液重复进样9次,高氯酸盐峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%。运用该方法测定采自不同地区的活性污泥样品中的高氯酸盐,并对样品加标回收,得回收率在88.5%~102.2%之间。
