Using first‐principles calculations, we investigate the fully oxidized silicene and germanene with stoichiometric ratio Si:O/Ge:O = 1:1. For both compounds, the zigzag ether‐like conformation (z‐sSiO/z‐sGeO) is found to be the most energetically favorable structure. These z‐sSiO and z‐sGeO nanosheets have prominent elastic characteristics, which even exhibit an unconventional auxetic behavior with negative Poisson ratios. After oxidation, the semi‐metallic nanosheets are transformed into semiconductors with narrow direct band gaps. Due to the anisotropic mechanical and electronic properties, the z‐sSiO and z‐sGeO possess an axially high intrinsic charge mobility up to the order of 104 cm2/Vs, which is comparable to that of graphene nanoribbons. Our studies demonstrate that the silicene and germanene oxides have peculiar mechanical and electronic properties, which endow these nanostructures for potential applications in nanoelectronics and devices. Brewster’s angle method was adopted to measure the absorption coefficient of a set of high-resistivity germanium samples at 2.52 THz in this paper. Numerical simulations were firstly carried out to evaluate the errors during measurement. The influences of detection device geometry and fiber optic parameters on near infrared spectroscopy measurements were assessed using stone fruit models based on Monte Carlo simulation. The stone fruit was modeled as concentric spherical layered tissues including the skin, the flesh and the core. The choices of the detection angle, the diameter of the detection fiber, the numerical aperture, and the height of the probe were discussed. Receiving diffuse reflectance signals at detection angles in the range of 35°–50° and normalizing the detection signals by the collection area and the solid acceptance angle prior to use are suggested. Fiber probes with diameters D = 0.06 cm or 0.1 cm, NA = 0.20 or 0.30, and height h ≤ 0.8 cm are preferred. The probe deflection angle should be limited to within ±5° to guarantee measurement accuracy.  相似文献

为了解决机载铂电阻测温系统机上校准工作量大、实施难等问题,根据机载铂电阻测温原理和校准方法,分析了对于单个测温通道在实验室与机载环境下测量结果之间的差异,提出了一种对实验室校准曲线进行修正而替代机上校准曲线的方法,并通过实验对该方法进行验证;设计了根据机载测试系统的数据文件、系统配置文件,批量修正实验室校准曲线的软件;任意选择的8个参数进行工程验证,采用原方法和本文方法进行校准得到的两组校准曲线,分别对测试数据进行处理,得到测量结果的最大偏差与量程比不超过0.27%,证明修正后实验室校准曲线与机上校准曲线基本一致,可以用作数据处理;结果证明,改进后校准方法方便、高效,校准结果满足机载测试要求,为机载参数校准提供了新思路。  相似文献

We report on the implementation of a KTP optical parametric oscillator pumped by a pulsed tunable Ti:sapphire laser. Two major improvements were achieved, including the connection of the signal and idler tuning ranges and the high-output conversion efficiency through the signal and idler tuning ranges. Both in the signal and idler, the continuous output wavelength from 1.261 to 2.532μm was obtained by varying the pump wavelength from 0.7 to 0.98μm. The maximum output pulse energy was 27.2mJ and the maximum conversion efficiency was 35.7% at 1.311μm (signal).  相似文献

After listening to a sound that is presented repeatedly, subjects report hearing different transforms of the original sound. The frequency of reported transforms is a sensitive index of some speech disorders as well as cognitive flexibility in aging. In this paper, we propose and investigate quantitative measures that characterize the dynamics of this phenomenon, known as the verbal transformation effect. In particular, we show that the distribution of the dwell time, the time spent perceiving a string of a given phonemic form before switching to another form, obeys a power law for normal subjects with an exponent valued between 1 and 2. This result suggests that within this paradigm there is no characteristic time scale for the perceptual process. Additionally, we analyze the correlation properties of the transforms. We suggest that the complexity measures and techniques introduced here might be useful diagnostic tools for a number of speech and cognitive disorders. 针对基于金属腔体的微波断层成像系统,提出了一种最优分层非均一背景的设计方法.该方法使用一种新的微波断层成像积分算子评价方法和模拟退火法等最优化方法.首先,介绍了一种基于有限元法的微波断层成像积分算子计算方法.然后,提出一种新的微波断层成像积分算子度量,该度量可以综合评价整个积分算子奇异值谱,并通过一组仿真研究证明该度量与反演结果的误差具有相关性;该度量用一个数值综合评价一个积分算子,可以方便地应用于最优化算法中;利用模拟退火法选择圆形金属腔体中分层非均一背景的每一层介质的相对介电常数,从而获得一个最优分层非均一背景.最后,对尺寸小于半波长的圆柱目标和"凹"字形复杂目标进行仿真研究,仿真结果证明该最优分层非均一背景可以提高微波断层成像算法的收敛速度,提高反演结果的准确性.  相似文献
