本文考察了Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶在1200℃ 无磁场以及稳恒磁场下扩散层生长规律. 利用真空浇注强制冷却技术制备Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶, 将制备的扩散偶进行1200℃不同磁感应强度下的热处理. 对获得热处理后试样进行SEM与EDS线扫描分析, 结果表明, 无论无磁场还是稳恒磁场下Fe-Fe50 wt.%Si扩散偶均生成两个扩散层, 即FeSi相层和Fe-Si固溶体层, 并且发现0.8 T下的两个扩散层宽度均小于0 T磁场下试样. 按照抛物线规律, 计算了扩散偶中间扩散层的互扩散系数, 发现0.8 T磁场下FeSi相层和Fe-Si固溶体层的互扩散系数较无磁场下 分别降低了26.7%与34.1%. 通过对磁吉布斯自由能的计算, 发现0.8 T磁场对扩散激活能Q的影响不足以影响扩散过程. 但扩散过程中原子振动频率ν会受到磁场的影响, 进而影响扩散常数D0, 磁场对原子振动频率的影响可以用拉莫尔旋进理论进行解释. 关键词: Fe-Fe50wt.%Si扩散偶 稳恒磁场 FeSi相 Fe-Si固溶体  相似文献

In this paper, we try to propose a toy model, which follows the majority rule with the Fermi function, to uncover the role of the heterogeneous interaction between individuals in opinion formation. In order to do this, we define the impact factor IFiIFi, says individual ii, as the exponential function of its connectivity kiki with the tunable parameter ββ. ββ also shows the public information that can be collected by individuals in the system. We realize our model in scale-free networks with mean connectivity 〈k〉k. We find that much more public information (β>β2β>β2) and less public information (β<β1β<β1) cannot let either of the two opinions be the majority during the opinion formation. Furthermore, β1β1 is a constant and equal to −0.76(±0.04)0.76(±0.04), and β2β2 decreases as a power-law function of the mean connectivity 〈k〉k of the network. Our work can provide some perspectives and tools to understand the diversity of opinion in social networks.  相似文献

We study the measurement-induced disturbance (MID) in a 1D optical lattice chain with nonlinear coupling. Special attention is paid to the difference between the thermal entanglement and MID when considering the influences of the linear coupling constant, nonlinear coupling constant and external magnetic field. It is shown that MID is more robust than thermal entanglement against temperature TT and external magnetic field BB, and MID may reveal more properties about quantum correlations of the system, which can be seen from the point of view that MID can be nonzero when there is no thermal entanglement and MID can detect the critical point of quantum phase transition at finite temperature.  相似文献

Schottky junctions made from a titanium dioxide nanotube (TiO2NT) array in contact with a monolayer graphene (MLG) film are fabricated and utilized for UV light detection. The TiO2NT array is synthesized by the anodization and the MLG through a simple chemical vapor deposition process. Photoconductive analysis shows that the fabricated Schottky junction photodetector (PD) is sensitive to UV light illumination with good stability and reproducibility. The corresponding responsivity (R), photoconductive gain (G), and detectivity (D*) are calculated to be 15 A W?1, 51, and 1.5 × 1012 cm Hz1/2 W?1, respectively. It is observed that the fabricated PD exhibits spectral sensitivity and a simple power‐law dependence on light intensity. Moreover, the height of the Schottky junction diode is derived to be 0.59 V by using a low temperature I–V measurement. Finally, the working mechanism of the TiO2NT array/MLG film Schottky junction PD is elucidated.  相似文献

Twenty years is a long time, but it seems to me as if it were yesterday when the three of us—Michel Belakhovsky, Christian Riekel and I—first scientists of the Experiments Division (except the directors) at the not yet created European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, living in a temporary and not very solid building, made the last corrections to the text of the famous “Red Book,” the ESRF Foundation Phase Report published in February 1987. The floor was shaking in our office when Ruprecht Haensel, the first Director General, walked along the corridor…. We had convened workshops of experts in the various fields to define the first set of beamlines to be built at the ESRF. The program was quite complete, comprising inelastic scattering, imaging (topography), microfocusing, small angle scattering, nuclear resonance, high energy, etc. Costs were particularly difficult to estimate, but finally we were not so far from the real figures.  相似文献

More than 250 scientists from 22 countries gathered in Chicago, Illinois, from July 30 to August 2, 2006, to participate in the Fifth International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation in Materials Science (SRMS-5). The SRMS conference is held every two years, bringing together leading-edge researchers in the materials sciences making use of synchrotron radiation. The conference, which was organized and hosted this year by Argonne National Laboratory and the Advanced Photon Source, provided an overview of the latest research developments in a broad range of areas, such as polymers and biomaterials, magnetic and superconducting materials, glasses and ceramics, engineering materials, materials under extreme conditions, complex oxides, innovative instrumentation, membranes, and thin films. The aim of SRMS-5 was to highlight recent breakthroughs in materials science using synchrotron radiation and to open doors to future innovation and discovery.  相似文献

Abstract

The 300.13 MHz 1H NMR spectra of the methylated and protonated 6(9)-methylbenzo[b][1,x] naphthyridines (x=5, 6, 7, 8) (5-methylazaacridines) were collected at 298 K in deuterated dimethyl sulfoxide and chloroform, respectively. The methylation and protonation sites were assigned by comparisons of these data with those of the free bases. The results were compared with similar data for related heterocycles and showed that both methylation and protonation occur at the nitrogen in the outer pyrido ring in all four series.

The hydration site in some 2-and 3-azaacridines was determined by specific line broadening in their 1H NMR spectra to be the same nitrogen as that involved in methylation and protonation. Variable temperature 1H NMR demonstrated that the specific line broadening results from some changes of 14N quadrupolar relaxation produced by the slow chemical exchange between unhydrated and hydrated species. Deuterium exchange experiments indicated that the direct spin-spin interaction of a water proton and the protons alpha to the hydrated nitrogen may also have some contribution.  相似文献

The indentation technique is widely used in measuring the mechanical properties of soft matter at the microscale or nanoscale,but still faces challenges by these unique properties as well as the consequent strong surface adhesion, including the strong nonlinear effect, unclear judgment of the contact point, difficulties in estimating the contact area, and the risk of the indenter piercing the sample. Here we propose a two-step method to solve these problems: lay a hard film on a soft matter, and obtain the viscoelastic properties of this soft matter through the indentation response of this composite structure. We first establish a theoretical indentation model of the hard film-soft substrate system based on the theory of plates, elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle and Boltzmann superposition principle. To verify the correctness of this method, we measure the mechanical properties of the methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVSR) covered by a Cu nanofilm. Finally, we test the effectiveness and error sensitivity of this method with the finite element method(FEM). The results show that our method can accurately measure the mechanical properties of soft matter, while effectively circumventing the problems of the traditional indentation technique.  相似文献

A novel plasmonic polarization filter based on the diamond-shape photonic crystal fiber(PCF) is proposed. The resonant coupling characteristics of the PCF polarization filter are investigated by the full-vector finite-element method. By optimizing the geometric parameters of the PCF, when the fiber length is 5 mm, the polarization filter has a bandwidth of 990 nm and an extinction ratio(ER) of lower than -20 dB. Moreover, a single wavelength polarization filter can also be achieved, along with an ER of -279.78 dB at wavelength 1.55 μm. It is believed that the proposed PCF polarization filter will be very useful in laser and optical communication systems.  相似文献

We numerically solve the time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau equations for two-gap superconductors using the finite-element technique. The real-time simulation shows that at low magnetic field, the vortices in small-size samples tend to form clusters or other disorder structures. When the sample size is large, stripes appear in the pattern. These results are in good agreement with the previous experimental observations of the intriguing anomalous vortex pattern, providing a reliable theoretical basis for the future applications of multi-gap superconductors.  相似文献
