A linearized three‐step backward differential formula (BDF) Galerkin finite element method (FEM) is developed for nonlinear Sobolev equation with bilinear element. Temporal error and spatial error are discussed through introducing a time‐discrete system. Solutions of the time‐discrete system are bounded in H2‐norm by the temporal error. Superconvergence results of order O(h2 + τ3) in H1‐norm for the original variable are deduced based on the spatial error. Some new tricks are utilized to get higher order of the temporal error and the spatial error. At last, two numerical examples are provided to support the theoretical analysis. Spiroacetal moieties containing linear telechelic polymers (LTPs) with two terminal epoxy groups were facilely synthesized via the successive thiol-ene and thiol-epoxy click additions. The LTPs were incorporated into epoxy matrix to fabricate the transparent and toughening thermosets. In term of the miscibility of epoxy with the adduct of ethanedithiol and 3,9-divinyl-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane (BTU), it is proposed that the size of the formed nanostructures was small enough to allow light penetrate. Therefore, the modified thermosets were transparent, which was further confirmed by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurements. The LTPs with an alternating structure of rigid spiroacetal moiety and soft thioether could formed heterogeneous crosslinked networks (HCNs) and obviously toughen epoxy thermosets. Flexural strength increased from 1.06 GPa for neat epoxy to 2.09 GPa for toughening thermosets modified with 15 wt% LTPs. The stress field intensity (KIC) value reached up to 3.93 by more than 125% compared with that of the control sample (1.75). This work uncovered the role of HCNs on performance and paved a way for technological advances toward transparent and toughening materials in epoxy thermosets. 相似文献

We investigate the global convergence of a factorized distribution algorithm (FDA) with truncation selection. Like conventional genetic algorithms, FDAs maintain and successively improve a population of solutions. In FDAs, a distribution model is built based on the statistical information extracted from a set of selected solutions in the current population, and then the model thus built is used to generate new solutions for the next generation. The variable‐dependence structure of the distribution model in FDAs is determined by the variable‐interaction structure of the objective function. We prove that the FDA with truncation selection converges globally for optimization of a class of additively decomposable functions (ADF). Our results imply that the utilization of appropriately selected dependence relationships is sufficient to guarantee the global convergence of estimation of distribution algorithms (EDAs) for optimization of ADFs. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以转Bt基因水稻为试材,研究其表达产物Cry1Ab蛋白的提取、分离及纯化的方法。实验结果表明,DEAE-纤维素填料对Bt蛋白有较好捕获效果。根据生物信息学方法预测了目标蛋白和主要共存蛋白的等电点和疏水性差异。合理地选择了阴离子交换色谱与疏水作用色谱组合方法。提取液经DEAE-Sephadex A-50柱层析及Phenyl-Sepharose Fast Flow疏水层析分离后,目标蛋白得到了显著的纯化。考察了疏水层析中用不同洗脱液洗脱Cry1Ab蛋白对活性回收率和纯度的影响,结果表明:以0.25mol/L KSCN作洗脱液对活性影响最小,HIC一步纯化倍数可达8倍,总纯化倍数达100倍。 相似文献

High‐quality poly(9,9‐dichlorofluorene) (PDCF), a new part soluble polyfluorene derivative, was easily synthesized electrochemically by direct anodic oxidation of 9,9‐dichlorofluorene (DCF) in boron trifluoride diethyl etherate (BFEE) containing 15% (by volume) trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). It was hard for DCF to deposit on the electrode in neutral solvents such as CH3CN system. This methodology may help promotion of researches to reveal unknown properties and applications of polyfluorene materials. PDCF films with conductivity of 3.3 × 10?2 S cm?1 obtained from this media show good redox activity and thermal stability. The structure and morphology of the polymer were studied by UV–vis, FTIR, 1H NMR spectra, and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results of quantum chemistry calculations and the spectroscopies of dedoped PDCF indicate that the polymerization of DCF mainly occurs via C(2) and C(7) position. Fluorescent spectral studies indicate that PDCF film with high fluorescence quantum yields and photochemical stability is a novel green light emitter. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Eight new organoantimony(V) complexes with 1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole-5-thiol [L1H] and 2,5-dimercapto-4-phenyl-1,3,4-thiodiazole [L2H] of the type RnSbL5 − n (L = L1: n = 4, R = n-Bu 1, Ph 2, n = 3, R = Me 3, Ph 4; L = L2: n = 4, R = n-Bu 5, Ph 6, n = 3, R = Me 7, Ph 8) have been synthesized. All the complexes 1-8 have been characterized by elemental, FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR analyses. Among them complexes 2, 6 and 8 have also been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The structure analyses show that the antimony atoms in complexes 2 and 6 display a trigonal bipyramid geometry, while it displays a distorted capped trigonal prism in complex 8 with two intramolecular Sb?N weak interactions. Furthermore, the supramolecular structure of 2 has been found to consist of one-dimensional linear molecular chain built up by intermolecular C-H?N weak hydrogen bonds, while a macrocyclic dimer has been found in complex 6 linked by intermolecular C-H?S weak hydrogen bonds with head-to-tail arrangement. Interestingly, one-dimensional helical chain is recognized in complex 8, which is connected by intermolecular C-H?S weak hydrogen bonds. 相似文献
