High-quality Co(Cr)(50–66 nm)/Ti(Cr)(25–30 nm)/ZnO(165–225 nm) films were grown on Si substrates by the pulsed-laser deposition technique at 450–500°C. The microstructure of the films and their magnetic properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and a vibrating sample magnetometer. It was found that the Co(Cr)/Ti(Cr)/ZnO thin films had a highly preferential c-axis direction normal to the surface of the substrate, and the ZnO sublayer had columnar structures in the growth direction. The interface of the multi-layer films is smooth without interface reaction. The as-produced films had in-plane easy magnetization. It indicates that the enhancements of the magnetic properties of the films are mainly ascribed to the grain structure and multi-domain state of the Co-alloy layer, which can be controlled by the ZnO sublayer. 相似文献

In this paper, a new structural damage detection approach based on changes in the generalized flexibility matrix is presented. The generalized flexibility matrix is first introduced; its sensitivity and change are then used to detect structural damage location and damage extent. Compared with the original flexibility matrix based approach, the effect of truncating higher-order modes can be considerably reduced in this new approach. In the present study, we have successfully set up a novel blue light source with the power density of 9 mW/cm2 and the wavelength of 435.8 nm and then the novel light source was used to investigate the effect of light radiation on curcumin-induced cell death. The cytotoxicity was investigated 24 h after the treatment of curcumin and blue light radiation together using MTT reduction assay. Nuclear chromatin was observed using a fluorescent microscopy with Hoechst33258 staining. The results showed blue light radiation could significantly enhance the cytotoxicity of curcumin on the MCF-7 cells and apoptosis induction. These findings demonstrated that blue light radiation could enhance curcumin-induced cell death of breast cancer cells, suggesting light radiation may be an efficient enhancer of curcumin in the management of breast cancer. 相似文献

The recent work of Robinson and Wilczek that Hawking radiation can be determined by the compensating fluxes is extended to the charged and magnetized Reissner-Nordström de Sitter black hole. We reconstruct the electromagnetic field tensor and the Lagrangian of the field corresponding to the source with electric and magnetic charges to redefine an equivalent charge and gauge potential. We construct the effect field theory between the event horizon and cosmological horizon to respectively determine the compensating fluxes from them, which are shown to exactly equal to those of Hawking radiation, by the covariant anomaly cancellation conditions. 相似文献

Jurassic coal in Northwest China is rich in resources and it is a necessary premise to reveal the chemical structure characteristics of the coal macerals in this region before the coal is put into reasonable and efficient use. Micro-FTIR technique was used to investigate the chemical composition and structures of vitrinite semifusinite and fusinite from Jurassic coal in Northwestern China. The results show that vitrinite and semifusinite have more aliphatic hydrogen, but fusinite has more aromatic hydrogen and C=O structure. The aliphatic hydrogen in semifusinite is higher than that in fusinite and it is this structure characteristic of semifusinite that led to the richer inertinite but higher reactivity of the Northwestern China coal. Not only vitrinite but also semifusinite and fusinite with weaker reducibility have less aliphatic hydrogen and more C=O structures than those with stronger reducibility. The different intensity of oxidation in the process of coalification is one of the causes that led to different type of reducibility. 相似文献

Using a periodic expansion by means of the Bloch theorem, the flexural vibration band gaps are studied in a thin plate with two-dimensional ternary locally resonant structures, i.e. a thin epoxy plate containing a periodic square array of lead discs hemmed around by rubber. The full band gaps of flexural vibration in the thin plate are obtained within which sound and vibration will be forbidden. The numerical results are used to show how the width of the first full band gap depends on the radius ratio of lead disc to hemmed disc, filling fraction, lattice constant (distance between the centers of the nearest lead discs) and thickness of the thin plate. The preparation process, crystallinity and electrical properties of pulse laser deposited Pb(ZrxTi1−x)O3 (PZT) thin films were investigated in this paper. PZT (x = 0.93) thin film samples deposited at different substrate temperatures were prepared. Si (1 1 0) was the substrate; Ag and YBCO were the top electrode and the bottom electrode respectively. The bottom electrode YBCO was deposited on the Si substrate by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), and then PZT was epitaxially deposited on YBCO also by PLD. After annealing, the top electrode Ag was prepared on PZT by thermal evaporation, and then the Ag/PZT/YBCO/Si structured thin films were obtained. The XRD and the analysis of their electrical characters showed that, when the substrate temperature was elevated from 600 °C to 800 °C, the crystallinity and electrical properties of PZT thin films became better and better, and the FR(LT)–FR(HT) phase transition of PZT (x = 0.93) thin films occurred at 62 °C. The PZT film deposited at 800 °C had the best pyroelectric properties, and when the FR(LT)–FR(HT) phase transition of this film occurred, the peak value of pyroelectric coefficient (p) was obtained, with a value of 1.96 × 10−6 C/(cm2 K). The PZT film deposited at 800 °C had the highest remnant polarization (Pr) and the lowest coercive field (Ec), with the values of 34.3 μC/cm2 and 41.7 kV/cm respectively. 相似文献
