The propagation of hollow Gaussian beams in strongly nonlocal nonlinear media is studied in detail.Two analytical expressions are derived.For hollow Gaussian beams,the intensity distribution always evolves periodically.However the second-order moment beam width can keep invariant during propagation if the input power is equal to the critical power.The interaction of two hollow Gaussian beams and the vortical hollow Gaussian beams are also discussed.The vortical hollow Gaussian beams with an appropriate topological charge can keep their shapes invariant during propagation. 相似文献

与传统网格法相比, 光滑粒子流体动力学方法不能直接施加壁面边界条件, 这就限制了该方法在工程中的应用.为此, 本文基于Galerkin加权余量法并结合传统排斥力方法, 推导出一种新的排斥力公式来施加壁面边界条件.该方法不含未知参数, 能在不减小边界粒子尺寸的情形下有效地防止流体粒子穿透壁面, 同时可避免邻近边界的流体粒子的速度及压力振荡. 分别通过静止液柱算例、液柱坍塌算例、容器中液体静止算例及溃坝算 例来验证本文方法的有效性, 并与传统边界处理方法进行对比, 结果表明: 本文方法克服了传统方法存在的缺陷, 是一种有效的固壁边界处理方法.

Commonly used clinical chemotherapy drugs, such as cyclophosphamide (CTX), may cause injury to the ovaries. Hormone therapies can reduce the ovarian injury risk; however, they do not achieve the desired effect and have obvious side effects. Therefore, it is necessary to find a potential therapeutic candidate for ovarian injury after chemotherapy. N-Benzyl docosahexaenamide (NB-DHA) is a docosahexaenoic acid derivative. It was recently identified as the specific macamide with a high degree of unsaturation in maca (Lepidium meyenii). In this study, the purified NB-DHA was administered intragastrically to the mice with CTX-induced ovarian injury at three dose levels. Blood and tissue samples were collected to assess the regulation of NB-DHA on ovarian function. The results indicated that NB-DHA was effective in improving the disorder of estrous cycle, and the CTX+NB-H group can be recovered to normal levels. NB-DHA also significantly increased the number of primordial follicles, especially in the CTX+NB-M and CTX+NB-H groups. Follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels in all treatment groups and estradiol levels in the CTX+NB-H group returned to normal. mRNA expression of ovarian development-related genes was positive regulated. The proportion of granulosa cell apoptosis decreased significantly, especially in the CTX+NB-H group. The expression of anti-Müllerian hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone receptor significantly increased in ovarian tissues after NB-DHA treatment. Estrogens added illegally to dietary supplements are hazardous to human health. Traditional detection and analysis methods have many limitations, and we have developed an assay that combines thin-layer chromatography with Raman imaging microscopy (TLC-RIM). The five estrogens (estrone, estradiol, estriol, ethinyl estradiol, and diethylstilbestrol) were initially separated by TLC, then detected by area scanning Raman imaging with a 532 nm laser under a microscope. Raman spectra were obtained for each estrogen, which were used for detecting estrogen illegally added to botanical dietary supplements. The LOD of each estrogen was 0.4, 1.0, 0.8, 0.2, and 0.2 mg/mL, respectively. The matrix in the real sample did not interfere with the detection of estrogens. A one-dimensional non-Hermitian quasiperiodic p-wave superconductor without PT-symmetry is studied.By analyzing the spectrum,we discovered that there still exists real-complex energy transition even if the inexistence of PT-symmetry breaking.By the inverse participation ratio,we constructed such a correspondence that pure real energies correspond to the extended states and complex energies correspond to the localized states,and this correspondence is precise and effective to detect the mobility edges.After investigating the topological properties,we arrived at a fact that the Majorana zero modes in this system are immune to the non-Hermiticity. 相似文献

The High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation (HADAR) experiment is a refracting terrestrial telescope array based on the atmospheric Cherenkov imaging technique. It focuses the Cherenkov light emitted by extensive air showers through a large aperture water-lens system for observing very-high-energy γ-rays and cosmic rays. With the advantages of a large field-of-view (FOV) and low energy threshold, the HADAR experiment operates in a large-scale sky scanning mode to observe galactic sources. This study presents the prospects of using the HADAR experiment for the sky survey of TeV γ-ray sources from TeVCat and provids a one-year survey of statistical significance. Results from the simulation show that a total of 23 galactic point sources, including five supernova remnant sources and superbubbles, four pulsar wind nebula sources, and 14 unidentified sources, were detected in the HADAR FOV with a significance greater than 5 standard deviations (σ). The statistical significance for the Crab Nebula during one year of operation reached 346.0 σ and the one-year integral sensitivity of HADAR above 1 TeV was ~1.3%–2.4% of the flux from the Crab Nebula. 相似文献

RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶是参与新冠病毒进行RNA复制与转录的主要分子机器. 之前的实验研究表明瑞德西韦在模板链上时存在两次抑制作用,即不仅可以抑制与之互补的尿嘧啶核苷三磷酸的加成,还可以抑制下一位核苷三磷酸的加成. 然而,第二次抑制作用的分子机制尚未阐明. 本文运用了分子动力学模拟,发现瑞德西韦在模板链上的第二次抑制不是直接作用于核苷酸在活性位点的加成,而是源于瑞德西韦从+1位点到-1位点的迁移过程受到阻碍,这将导致活性位点无法空出,核苷三磷酸无法进入活性位点从而产物链的延长被终止. 首先,发现了基序B中G683会和瑞德西韦的1''-氰基相互作用,导致移位后态的RNA双链配对稳定性低于移位前态,从而使得瑞德西韦的移位在热力学上不易发生. 其次,由于瑞德西韦的1''-氰基在迁移过程中会与基序B的S682产生位阻,进一步从动力学上阻碍了瑞德西韦动态移位的发生. 本研究不仅揭示了基序B上两个相邻且高度保守的氨基酸可以调控瑞德西韦沿模板链的移位过程,同时,本文的发现也进一步完善了对瑞德西韦抑制新冠病毒RNA复制和转录的分子机制的理解. 相似文献

In this paper a millimeter-wave (MMW) squint indirect holographic method is presented, which is suitable for imaging with a large field-of-view. The proposed system employs the squint operation mode to remove the background and twin- image interferences, which achieves a similar effect to off-axis holography but leaves out the large-aperture quasi-optical component. The translational scanning manner enables a large field of view and ensures the image uniformity, which is difficult to realize in off-axis holography. In addition, a corresponding imaging algorithm for the presented scheme is developed to reconstruct the image from the recorded hologram. Some imaging results on typical objects, obtained with electromagnetic simulation, demonstrate good performance of the imaging scheme and validate the effectiveness of the image reconstruction algorithm. 相似文献
