A new water-soluble oligo(phenylenevinylene) containing a tyrosine unit (OPV-Tyr) was synthesized as a fluorescent probe to optically detect tyrosinase activity. Upon the addition of tyrosinase, the tyrosine moiety was oxidized to quinone, which quenched the fluorescence of OPV-Tyr via intramolecular electron transfer from the phenylenevinylene unit to the quinone site. OPV-Tyr was elaborated to detect tyrosinase activity both in aqueous buffer solution and in agarose gel.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Stability and electronic property calculations are performed systematically based on density functional theory at the B3LYP/6‐31G(d) level for Td C28 fullerene and exohedral fluorine and trifluoromethyl derivatives C28F4–n(CF3)n (n = 0,1,2,3,4). All the exohedral derivatives that are on the potential energy surfaces are kinetically stable with large HOMO‐LUMO gaps. Further investigations show that binding energies of C28F4–n(CF3)n (n = 0,1,2,3,4) molecules are positive, suggesting they are thermodynamically stable. An analysis of the π‐orbital axis vector indicates the high strain in Td C28 cage could be greatly released by fluorine and trifluoromethyl decorations. Mulliken charge analysis reveals that adding different electron groups to the Td C28 cage can cause remarkably different charge populations. In addition, from the ionization potential and electron affinity investigations, the C28F4–n(CF3)n (n = 0,1,2,3,4) molecules manifest weak redox properties. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The design of pore structure is the key factor for the performance of porous carbon spheres.In this wo rk,novel micron-sized colloidal crystal microspheres consisting of fibrous silica(F-SiO_2) nanoparticles are firstly prepared by water-evapo ration-induced self-assembly of F-SiO_2 nanoparticles in the droplets of an inverse emulsion system to be used as sacrificial templates.Acrylonitrile(AN) was infiltrated in the voids of the F-SiO_2 colloidal crystal microspheres,and in-situ induced by ~(60)Co y-ray to polymerize into polyacrylonitrile(PAN).After the PAN-infiltrated F-SiO_2 colloidal crystal microspheres were carbonized and etched with HF solution,novel micron-sized inverse-opal N-doped carbon(IO-NC) microspheres consisting of hollow carbon nanoparticles with a hierarchical macro/meso-porous inner surface were obtained.The IO-NC microspheres have a specific surface area as high as 266.4 m~2/g and a molar ratio of C/N of 5.They have a good dispersibility in water,and show a high adsorption capacity towards rhodamine B(RhB) up to 137.28 mg/(g microsphe re).This work offers a way to obtain novel micron-sized hierarchical macro/meso-porous N-doped carbon microspheres,which opens a new idea to prepare high-performance hierarchical porous carbon materials.  相似文献

The sofid-state ECL behavior of a water-insoluble bis-cyclometalated (pq)2Ir(N-phMA) complex is presented, in which pq is a 2-phenylquinoline anion and N-phMA is N-phenyl methacrylamide, a monoanionic bidentate ligand. The MWNTs/(pq)2Ir(N-phMA) film, MWNTs/Ru(bpy)32+ film and (pq)2Ir(N-phMA) directly modified glassy carbon electrode were fabricated; only the MWNTs/(pq)2Ir(N-phMA) film can produce steady ECL in the presence of tri-n-propylamine as a coreactant.  相似文献

A chiral tripod-terpyridine ligand is known to coordinate with Ag+. These complexes self-assemble into chiral aggregates at room temperature. Molecular dynamic simulation reveals the cooperation of tripodal ligand structures with Ag(I) cations, which leads to the formation of helical aggregations, thus the chirality.  相似文献

Methylacrylic acid/styrene cross-linked with divinylbenzene is a novel pH-sensitive ion exchange resin. Microspheres of this resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The microspheres showed a pulsatile swelling behavior when the pH of the media changed. The pH-sensitive microspheres were loaded with salbutamol sulfate and the drug-release characteristics were studied under both simulated gastric and intestinal pH conditions. The results obtained showed that the drug release also depended on the pH of the release media.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive method for the determination of pirimicarb in tomato and pear using polymer monolith microextraction (PMME) based on the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) monolith combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiodes array detector (HPLC-PAD) was developed. By optimizing the polymerization conditions, such as the nature of porogenic solvent and functional monomer, the molar ratio of the monomer and cross-linker, an pirimicarb MIP monolith was synthesized in a micropipette tip using methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the cross-linker and the mixture of toluene-dodecanol as the porogenic solvent. The MIP monolith showed highly specific recognition for the template pirimicarb. The monolith was applied for the selective extraction of pirimicarb in tomato and pear. Several parameters affecting MIP-PMME were investigated, including the nature and volume of extraction solvent, sample volume, flow rate and sample pH. Under the optimum PMME and HPLC conditions, the linear ranges were 2.0-1400 μg/kg for pirimicarb in tomato and pear with the correlation coefficient of above 0.999. The detection limits (s/n=3) were both 0.6 μg/kg. The proposed method was successfully applied for the selective extraction and determination of pirimicarb in tomato and pear.  相似文献

This paper reports a lab-on-a-chip device that counts the number of bacteria flowing through a microchannel. The bacteria number counting is realized by a microfluidic differential Resistive Pulse Sensor (RPS). By using a single microfluidic channel with two detecting arm channels placed at the two ends of the sensing section, the microfluidic differential RPS can achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio. This method is applied to detect and count bacteria in aqueous solution. The detected RPS signals amplitude for Pseudomonas aeruginosa ranges from 0.05 V to 0.17 V and the signal-to-noise ratio is 5-17. The number rate of the bacteria flowing through the sensing gate per minute is a linear function of the sample concentration. Using this experimentally obtained correlation curve, the concentration of bacteria in the sample solution can be evaluated within several minutes by measuring the number rate of the bacteria flowing through the sensing gate of this microfluidic differential RPS chip. The method described in this paper is simple and automatic, and have wide applications in determining the bacteria and cell concentrations for microbiological and other biological applications.  相似文献
