A convenient reproducible technique is reported for the fabrication of large‐area gold semishell arrays by mechanically pressing porous anodic alumina (PAA) stamps into gold/polymer bilayer structures that serve as robust and cost‐efficient surface‐enhanced Raman‐scattering (SERS) substrates. The surface structure can be tuned further to optimize the enhancement factor according to optional PAA fabrication parameters and imprinting pressures. Finite‐difference time‐domain calculations indicate that the structure may possess excellent SERS characteristics due to the high density and abundance of hot spots. 相似文献

We report the synthesis of Zn(x)Cd(1-x)S@ZnO nanorod arrays via a facile two-step process and the implementation of these core-shell nanorods as an environmental friendly and recyclable photocatalyst for methyl orange degradation. The band gap of Zn(x)Cd(1-x)S@ZnO core-shell nanorods can be readily tunable by adjusting the ratio of Zn/Cd during the synthesis. These Zn(x)Cd(1-x)S@ZnO core-shell nanorods exhibit a high photocatalytic activity and good stability in the degradation of the methyl orange. Moreover, these films grown on FTO substrates make the collection and recycle of the photocatalyst easier. These findings may open new opportunities for the design of effective, stable, and easy-recyclable photocatalytic materials. 相似文献

There is a pressing need to increase the throughput of NMR analysis in fields such as metabolomics and drug discovery. Direct injection (DI) NMR automation is recognized to have the potential to meet this need due to its suitability for integration with the 96-well plate format. However, DI NMR has not been widely used as a result of some insurmountable technical problems; namely: carryover contamination, sample diffusion (causing reduction of spectral sensitivity), and line broadening caused by entrapped air bubbles. Several variants of DI NMR, such as flow injection analysis (FIA) and microflow NMR, have been proposed to address one or more of these issues, but not all of them. The push-through direct injection technique reported here overcomes all of these problems. The method recovers samples after NMR analysis, uses a "brush-wash" routine to eliminate carryover, includes a procedure to push wash solvent out of the flow cell via the outlet to prevent sample diffusion, and employs an injection valve to avoid air bubbles. Herein, we demonstrate the robustness, efficiency, and lack of carryover characteristics of this new method, which is ideally suited for relatively high throughput analysis of the complex biological tissue extracts used in metabolomics, as well as many other sample types. 建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定果蔬中异菌脲残留量的方法。样品用乙腈提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,甲醇-水(70:30,V/V)为流动相,经C18液相色谱柱分离,DAD紫外检测器(218 nm)检测。结果表明:异菌脲在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9998),方法定量限(以S/N=10计)为0.05 mg/kg,在0.05,0.1,0.5 mg/kg添加水平下的加标回收率范围为81.3%~98.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.9%~8.9%。方法适用于大多数水果、蔬菜中异菌脲残留量的测定。 相似文献

We investigate the equilibrium geometry and electronic structure of Mo12S9I9 nanowires using ab initio density functional calculations. The skeleton of these unusually stable nanowires consists of rigid, functionalized Mo octahedra, connected by flexible, bistable sulfur bridges. This structural flexibility translates into a capability to stretch up to approximately 20% at almost no energy cost. The nanowires change from conductors to narrow-gap magnetic semiconductors in one of their structural isomers. 相似文献

We investigate the influence of Kerr medium on atomic population probability and residual entanglement of the system which consists of cascade-type three-level atoms and a bimodal cavity field filled with Kerr medium. The results show that the period of residual entanglement is shortened and the value of residual entanglement is enhanced by appropriately adjusting the nonlinear Kerr constant. Furthermore, we also study the influence of Kerr medium on entanglement evolution of the two atoms, and find that it decreases the value of entanglement between two atoms. 相似文献
