Quaternary ammonium salt polymers, a kind of polyelectrolyte with a quaternary ammonium group, are widely used in traditional and emerging industries due to their good water-solubility, adjustable cationicity and molecular weight, high efficiency and nontoxicity. In this paper, firstly, the properties and several synthesis methods of typical quaternary ammonium salt monomers were introduced. Secondly, the research progress on the synthesis of polymers was summarized from the perspective of obtaining products with high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and high monomer conversion, and special functional polymers. Thirdly, the relationships between the structures and properties of the polymer were analyzed from the perspectives of molecular weight, charge density, structural stability, and microstructural regulation of the polymer chain unit. Fourthly, typical examples of quaternary ammonium salt polymers in the application fields of water treatment, daily chemicals, petroleum exploitation, papermaking, and textile printing and dyeing were listed. Finally, constructive suggestions were put forward on developing quaternary ammonium salt polymers with high molecular weights, strengthening the research on the relationships between the structures and their properties and pinpointing relevant application fields.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理平面波超软赝势法,研究了Mg/Cd(不同的Cd浓度)共掺杂ZnO的电子结构和光学性质.研究表明:Mg/Cd共掺杂ZnO,体系的晶胞尺寸变大,但结构稳定.当Mg/Cd为1:1时,吸收边略微发生蓝移.随Cd的掺杂浓度增加,导带部分逐渐下移,禁带宽度变窄,出现红移现象.除此之外体系的吸收率和反射率也减小.说明Mg/Cd共掺杂ZnO,不仅使得体系光学谱丰富,而且透射性增强.这对实验中制备出高透射率的材料具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

To screen novel antifungal agents targeting the succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a series of pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides were rationally designed,synthesized,and characterized under the guidance of the structures of succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors(SDHIs).Bioassay results in vitro indicated that most of the target compounds exhibited excellent activity against Rhizoctonia solani(R.solani),Fusarium graminearum(F.graminearum),Botrytis cinerea(B.cinerea)and Colletotrichum capsica(C.cinerea).Compounds 7d,7l,7t and 7x were identified as the most promoting candidates,and their anti-F.graminearum EC50 values were as low as 0.56,0.47,0.46 and 0.49μg/mL,respectively,presenting the similar antifungal activity as that of the commonly used fungicide carbendazim(0.43μg/mL).The 3D-QSAR models were built for a systematic structure-activity relationship profile to explore more potent pyrazole-4-carbohydrazides as novel fungicides.Molecular docking of 7d,7l and 7r with SDH was performed to reveal the binding modes in active pocket and analyze the interactions between the molecules and the SDH protein.  相似文献

Micropores are the primary sites for methane occurrence in coal. Studying the regularity of methane occurrence in micropores is significant for targeted displacement and other yield-increasing measures in the future. This study used simplified graphene sheets as pore walls to construct coal-structural models with pore sizes of 1 nm, 2 nm, and 4 nm. Based on the Grand Canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) and molecular dynamics theory, we simulated the adsorption characteristics of methane in pores of different sizes. The results showed that the adsorption capacity was positively correlated with the pore size for pure gas adsorption. The adsorption capacity increased with pressure and pore size for competitive adsorption of binary mixtures in pores. As the average isosteric heat decreased, the interaction between the gas and the pore wall weakened, and the desorption amount of CH4 decreased. In ultramicropores, the high concentration of CO2 (50–70%) is more conducive to CH4 desorption; however, when the CO2 concentration is greater than 70%, the corresponding CH4 adsorption amount is meager, and the selected adsorption coefficient SCO2/CH4 is small. Therefore, to achieve effective desorption of methane in coal micropores, relatively low pressure (4–6 MPa) and a relatively low CO2 concentration (50–70%) should be selected in the process of increasing methane production by CO2 injection in later stages. These research results provide theoretical support for gas injection to promote CH4 desorption in coal pores and to increase yield.  相似文献

Ligilactobacillus equi is common in the horse intestine, alleviates the infection of Salmonella, and regulates intestinal flora. Despite this, there have been no genomic studies on this species. Here, we provide the genomic basis for adaptation to the intestinal habitat of this species. We sequenced the genome of L. equi IMAU81196, compared this with published genome information from three strains in NCBI, and analyzed genome characteristics, phylogenetic relationships, and functional genes. The mean genome size of L. equi strains was 2.08 ± 0.09 Mbp, and the mean GC content was 39.17% ± 0.19%. The genome size of L. equi IMAU81196 was 1.95 Mbp, and the GC content was 39.48%. The phylogenetic tree for L. equi based on 1454 core genes showed that the independent branch of strain IMAU81196 was far from the other three strains. In terms of genomic characteristics, single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites, rapid annotation using subsystem technology (RAST), carbohydrate activity enzymes (CAZy), and predictions of prophage, we showed that strain L. equi JCM 10991T and strain DSM 15833T are not equivalent strains.It is worth mentioning thatthestrain of L. equi has numerous enzymes related to cellulose degradation, and each L. equi strain investigated contained at least one protophage. We speculate that this is the reason why these strains are adapted to the intestinal environment of horses. These results provide new research directions for the future.  相似文献

Tropomyosin (TM) is an important crustacean (Scylla paramamosain) allergen. This study aimed to assess Maillard-reacted TM (TM-G) induction of allergenic responses with cell and mouse models. We analyzed the difference of sensitization and the ability to induce immune tolerance between TM and TM-G by in vitro and in vivo models, then we compared the relationship between glycation sites of TM-G and epitopes of TM. In the in vitro assay, we discovered that the sensitization of TM-G was lower than TM, and the ability to stimulate mast cell degranulation decreased from 55.07 ± 4.23% to 27.86 ± 3.21%. In the serum of sensitized Balb/c mice, the level of specific IgE produced by TM-G sensitized mice was significantly lower than TM, and the levels of interleukins 4 and interleukins 13 produced by Th2 cells in spleen lymphocytes decreased by 82.35 ± 5.88% and 83.64 ± 9.09%, respectively. In the oral tolerance model, the ratio of Th2/Th1 decreased from 4.05 ± 0.38 to 1.69 ± 0.19. Maillard reaction masked the B cell epitopes of TM and retained some T cell epitopes. Potentially, Maillard reaction products (MRPs) can be used as tolerance inducers for allergen-specific immunotherapy.  相似文献

We report a diode-pumped Pr3+:YAlO3 laser emitting at 747 nm. A power of 232 mW at 747 nm has been achieved in continuous-wave operation with a diode emitting 2 W at 448 nm. Furthermore, intracavity second-harmonic generation in continuous-wave mode has also been demonstrated with a power of 52 mW at 374 nm by using a LBO nonlinear crystal. The fluctuation of the violet output power was better than 2.3%. The beam quality M 2 value is 2.2.  相似文献

An innovative fabrication technique for the nanometer-sized SiGe/Si heterostructure was developed in this study. Ge was induced in Si substrate by two-step ion implantation. The spherical SiGe nanoclusters are self-assembled in the Si substrate by subsequent rapid thermal annealing at 1,100 °C. The diameter of the spherical SiGe nanoclusters is 5–7 nm. Visible photoluminescence from this nanometer-sized SiGe/Si heterostructure at room temperature was investigated. We found three peak energies of visible luminescence spectra at 1.97, 2.13, and 2.16 eV, respectively. The luminescence intensity depends on the number of the nanoclusters and will be decreased because of the micro-defects around the heterostructure, which is discussed in detail.  相似文献
