为了对海水痕量营养盐与重金属进行测定,基于FCS的设计思想,采用流动注射分光光度法研制了具有自适应外界设备、快速组建多种仪器及全数字化通信等特点的软硬件一体化的通用测定平台。平台以ARM(S3C2416)处理器为核心,Linux为操作系统,LCD作为人机交互显示,触摸屏或者USB鼠标完成输入控制,构成完整的嵌入式工控机系统;采用CAN总线并制定CAN应用层协议管理设备,提高了系统的可靠性及抗干扰能力。实际测试和应用证明,该平台自动化程度高,通用性、重用性及可扩展性均较强,可组建成亚硝氮、硝氮、氨氮、活性磷、铁等多种痕量元素的实验室、船载和原位分析系统,检测限为nmol/L级别。平台对样品的测试准确度与商品专用仪器无显著性差异。 相似文献

为了抑制蛟龙号载人潜水器水声通信受母船色噪声干扰的影响,本文提出了一种统计匹配滤波器在色噪声环境下使用的新方法,它通过将接收信号映射到一个生成子空间中进行信号检测,可提高输出水声通信信号的信噪比。受客观条件限制,向阳红09船——蛟龙号载人潜水器的试验母船噪声环境比较恶劣,对水声通信产生了较强的干扰。如何在向阳红09船的这种强、色噪声环境下,提升水声同步信号的检测能力,对提高水声通信的可靠性是非常有帮助的。实际采集试验数据分析结果验证了该检测算法比传统匹配滤波器有更强的信号检测能力。 相似文献

Reactions of three tetrazole containing carboxylic acid ligands, namely, Hpztza, Htzpya, and Hpytza [Hpztza = 5‐(2‐pyrazinyl)tetrazole‐2‐acetic acid, Htzpya = 3‐(5‐tetrazolyl)pyridine‐1‐acetic acid, Hpytza = 5‐(3‐pyridyl)tetrazole‐2‐acetic acid] with NdCl3 · 6H2O under hydrothermal conditions, afforded the complexes [Nd(pztza)2(H2O)6] · pztza · 3H2O ( 1 ), [Nd2(tzpya)2(H2O)12]Cl4 · 2H2O ( 2 ), and [Nd(pytza)2Cl(H2O)2] ( 3 ). The compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that compound 1 displays a mononuclear structure, 2 shows a dinuclear structure, and 3 features a 1D polymeric chain structure via pytza as linker. Furthermore, the luminescent properties investigated at room temperature in the solid state show that compound 2 has an obvious decrease in its luminescence, when compared to the ligand. 相似文献

O6‐Corona[3]arene[3]tetraazines, a new class of macrocyclic compounds, were synthesized efficiently in a one‐pot reaction from the nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction between 1,4‐dihydroxybenzene derivatives and 3,6‐dichlorotetrazine in warm acetonitrile. In the crystalline structure, the resulting macrocycles adopt highly symmetric structures of a regular hexagonal cavity with all bridging oxygen atoms and tetrazine rings located on the same plane with phenylene units orthogonally orientated. The constitutional aromatic rings are able to rotate around the macrocyclic annulus, depending on the steric effect of the substituents and temperature, in solution. The electron‐deficient nature revealed by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and characteristic absorbances at a visible region show the O6‐corona[3]arene[3]tetrazines to be suitable macrocyclic receptors for electron‐rich guests. 相似文献

Molecular crowding is a new approach to enhance the retention properties and selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymers. In this work, this concept was first applied to chiral CE to enhance its enantioselectivity. A model system, enantioseparation of salbutamol using hydroxypropyl‐beta‐cyclodextrin as chiral selector in the presence of dextran or dextrin as crowding‐inducing agents, was chosen to demonstrate its potency. Some parameters, especially the concentration of crowding‐inducing agents and cyclodextrins were investigated intensively. Moreover, based on fluorescence spectroscopy and affinity CE, it was found that the presence of crowding‐inducing agents could promote the association of enantiomers with cyclodextrins and intensify the interacting differences of two enantiomers with cyclodextrins. As a result, the essential concentration of cyclodextrins to make the enantiomers reach baseline separation was significantly decreased with the aid of molecular crowding. This study shows that molecular crowding is an effective strategy to enhance the enantioselectivity of cyclodextrin in chiral CE. 相似文献

Determination of intracellular bioactive species will afford beneficial information related to cell metabolism, signal transduction, cell function, and disease treatment. In this study, the electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified carbon fiber microdisk electrode (ER‐GOME) was used as a detector of CZE‐electrochemical detection and developed to detect glutathione (GSH). The electrocatalytic activity of the modified microelectrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry. Under optimized experimental conditions, the concentration linear range of GSH was from 1 to 60 μM. When the S/N ratio was 3, the concentration detection limit was 1 μM. Compared with the unmodified carbon fiber microdisk electrode, the sensitivity was enhanced more than five times. With the use of this method, the average contents of GSH in single HepG2 cells were found to be 7.13 ± 1.11 fmol (n = 10). Compared with gold/mercury amalgam microelectrode, which was usually used in determining GSH, the electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified carbon fiber microdisk electrode was friendly to environment for free mercury. Furthermore, there were several merits of the novel electrochemical detector coupled with CE, such as comparative repeatability, easy fabrication, and high sensitivity, hold great potential for the single‐cell assay. 相似文献
