Translocation of Single Polymer Chain from Nanopore on a Membrane： Solvent Effect

We investigate the translocation of single polymer chain through a nanopore located on a membrane with different solvents in the two sides of the membrane. For the case under study, the effect of solvents on the translocation dynamics is significant, and as a result, the mean first passage time shortens remarkably compared with that calculated in the case of good solvents on both the sides of the membrane. In addition, we also discuss the condition such that the present result holds true.

详细阐述了同心抽运、同心冷却的激光二极管紧包侧抽运Nd∶YAG激光器的实验研究工作。这种抽运结构使晶体内的增益场与谐振腔基模实现了良好的匹配,易于得到良好的光束质量和大能量输出,基模提取效率高。模拟分析了晶体内的增益场以及横截面内的温度分布,从不同角度探讨了激光二极管的温度特性对器件工作的影响。研究了晶体的热致退偏效应对器件调Q工作的影响,并且初步探讨了不同腔长、不同腔型下器件的工作情况,这些实验结果对进一步优化使用这种抽运结构有指导意义。所设计的激光器在工作频率6Hz时,得到了斜效率为44.3%的多模调Q输出。在抽运能量735mJ时,得到最大输出能量135mJ,脉宽7.6ns的调Q脉冲,光光效率为18.4%,插头效率为11.0%,光束发散角小于1.5mrad。     

The multi-species surface-micelle model for surfactant adsorption and the BET equations

Based on the multi-species surface micelle model, the adsorption isotherm equations are derived which are identical to the BET equations. Some of the surfactant adsorption phenomena are explained on this basis.

工作机械相对振动的研究

本文对工作机械的相对振动进行了理论和实验研究。分析了相对振动的激励和合成原理,提出了工件和工具同相振动和异相振动、同相域以及相对振动放大因子等概念。在此基础上指出了减小相对振动的途径,以作为设计和改造工作机械的参考。     

Realization of silicon quantum wires based on Si/SiGe/Si heterostructure

We report on the successful fabrication of silicon quantum wires with SiO2 boundaries on SiGe/Si heterostructures by combining Si/SiGe/Si heteroepitaxy, selective chemical etching, and subsequent thermal oxidation. The observational result of scanning electron microscope is demonstrated. The present method provides a well-controllable way to fabricate silicon quantum wires.     

Synthesis of c27-substituted ecdysteroids,potential tools for biochemical studies

A sequence of selective protection procedures is described, facilitating the efficient cleavage of the ecdysteroid side-chain, which can then be reconstructed; in this way, C-27 ether-linked analogues of ecdysteroids have been synthesized, one of which displays highly significant biological activities.
