2,6-二氯靛酚钠动力学分光光度法测定西红柿及草莓中的抗坏血酸

本文提出用2，6－二氯靛酚纳（以下简写DIS）作氧化剂动力学分光光度测定L－抗坏血酸的新方法。DIS与L－抗坏血酸混合．在固定时间间隔于611nm处测得吸光度A值的变化（△A／△t）与抗坏血酸含量成线性关系。线性范围为0～12mg／L。在样品处理时采用偏磷酸作为提取剂，以减缓抗坏血酸被氧化的速度结果表明，该方法有较高灵敏度，且操作简便，试剂易得，容易推广，是测定水果和蔬菜中L-抗坏血酸的好方法。     

Tandem mass spectrum of a growth hormone secretagogue: Amide bond cleavage and resultant gas-phase rearrangement

Compound 1 [N-[1(R)-[(1,2-dihydro-1-methylsulfonylspiro[3H-indole-3,4'-piperidin]-1'-yl)carbonyl]-2-(phenylmethyloxy)ethyl]-2-amino-2-methylpropanamide](MW 528) is an orally-active growth hormone secretagogue (GHS). As part of a continual effort to analyze the ESI/MS and MSn data of novel drugs, the ESI/MS and MS/MS data of protonated 1 (m/z 529) are analyzed and reported here. The analyses reveal that under low-energy collision-induced dissociation (CID) in an ion trap or a quadrupole collision cell, protonated 1 undergoes a gas-phase rearrangement to form protonated 3 (m/z 357) which competes with the y- and b-type product ions during the amide bond cleavages of protonated 1. It is proposed that when the b-type ion is formed by cleavage of the piperidine amide bond, piperidine (a neutral species) and the b-ion (a cation) form an ion-neutral complex. In this complex, piperidine functions as a nucleophile to attack the benzylic carbon of the b-ion, and the protonated ether group in the b-ion acts as a leaving group, which results in the migration of the benzylic group to the piperidine amine to form protonated 3. Protonated 2 (an analog of 1) was studied under the same experimental conditions. The results show that protonated 2 undergoes a similar rearrangement to form protonated 3. While this rearrangement is a relatively minor fragmentation process for protonated 1, it is a predominant process for protonated 2. This phenomenon is explained in terms of the proposed ion-neutral-complex mechanism.     

Investigation on relation between TL and OSL of Li2B4O7:Cu, In

Polycrystal Li₂B₄O₇ (LBO) doped with Cu and In was prepared and then sintered at different temperatures. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was applied to get the parameters of the LBO structure, thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) were measured, and a second-order exponential decay model was fitted to the OSL decay curves. The results indicate that the original number of OSL traps that have captured electroncs is linearly related with the sum of TL decay during the OSL process. Mean decay constant of OSL is related to the sintered temperature. The possible reason is that the sintered temperature affects the crystal sizes of the polycrystal, and consequently affects the stimulating lights’s intensity and the photoionization cross-section of the electrons, which have been captured by the traps. __________ Translated from Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Sunyatseni, 2005, 44(4) (in Chinese)     

中药一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中8种微量元素的测定

采用原子吸收光谱仪对一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb八种无机元素的含量进行了测定,为进一步研究其药理和用途提供基础。     

12-钨磷酸希土盐DMF、DMSO加合物的合成、性质及其热分解动力学常数研究

合成了8种钨磷酸希土盐LnPW₁₂O₄₀·xH₂O(Ln=Y、La、Nd、Sm、Gd、Dy、Ho、Yb)的DMF、DMSO加合物,对加合物进行了组成分析,通过IR光谱、TG-DTA曲线对加合物进行了性质表征,并着重研究了加合物热分解过程的动力学,给出了热分解反应级数n和活化能E.     

Single-crystalline LaB6 nanowires

Lanthanum hexaboride nanowires produced by chemical vapor deposition are single-crystalline and grown along the [111] direction. Streaks appearing in the electron diffraction spots indicate the lateral direction perpendicular to the nanowire growth axis.     

Novel preparation of organic polymer-based monolithic column by microwave irradation

Microwave irradiation was firstly attempted for the preparation of organic-based monoliths of poly（styrene-divinylbenzene- methacrylic acid）, which single step in situ polymerization was carried out during 15 min. The colunm permeability, electrophoretic and chromatographac behaviors were comparatively evaluated using pressure-assisted CEC, GEC and low pressure-driven separation modes. The largest theoretical plates for the preparing column could be close to 18,0000 plates/m for thiourea in the mode of p-CEC. It provided a viable alternative to traditional initiation means for the perparation of monolithic capillary columns.     

无烟煤氧化制苯多羧酸

对阳泉无烟煤进行了碱－氧气氧化研究。发现反应温度、碱的用量、反应时间以及氧初压是影响和控制水溶酸产率和反应速度的重要因素。最佳氧化条件为：温度２６０℃，碱煤比３．２８：１，反应时间２ｈ，氧初压５．５ＭＰａ。在最佳氧化条件下水溶酸的产率高达６６．０％，其中６７．４％为苯多羧酸。并采用红外光谱和气相色谱对反应产物进行了定性和定量分析。     

Chemiluminescence flow system for the determination of ammonium ion

A novel chemiluminescence (CL) system for ammonium ion combined with flow-injection analysis is presented in this paper. It is based on the CL reaction between luminol, immobilized electrostatically on an anion-exchange column, and chlorine electrochemically generated on-line via a platinum electrode from hydrochloric acid in a coulometric cell. Ammonium ion reacts with chlorine and decreases the observed CL intensity. The system responds linearly to ammonium ion concentration in the range 1.0-100 muM, and the detection limit is 0.4 muM. A complete analysis, including sampling and washing, could be performed in 1 min with a relative standard deviation of <6.0%. The system is stable for over 500 determinations and has been applied successfully to the determination of ammonium ion in rainwater samples.     

丹宁纤维素富集-氢化物发生ICP-AES同时测定水中痕量锗

研究了丹宁纤维素富集10~(-11)g/ml级锗的条件,并考察了地下水中36种共存离子对磷酸介质中氢化物发生ICP-AES测定锗的干扰和消除,应用于测定地下水中的超痕量锗,结果满意,检出限为15ng/L。
