The use of the reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (RATRP) to end-functionalize poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) with fullerenes, e.g. C60 and C70 was described in this paper. The Cl-terrninated PMMA was prepared via RATRP with designed molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distributions, and then directly used to react with fullerenes to produce C60(C70) terminated PMMA polymers in the presence of CuBr/Cu/bipy or FeCl2/bipy catalysts. The resultant polymers exhibit good solubility in some common organic solvents, e.g. THF, CHCl3 and toluene, and were well structurally characterized by a variety of physical techniques. 相似文献

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of the fluoroquinolones norfloxacin and ofloxacin from chicken breast muscles was examined. A liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was used for the determination of the fluoroquinolones. Extraction conditions of the SFE were optimized by determining the extraction parameters to achieve a sufficiently high recovery of each fluoroquinolone in fortified-muscle samples. Recovery values for the extraction of the fluoroquinolones using the SFE ranged from 70 to 87%. Chickens were treated orally with each fluoroquinolone and their muscles were extracted at set time intervals for time-course determination of the fluoroquinolones in chickens. The SFE combined with liquid chromatographic analysis showed that the concentrations of the fluoroquinolones decreased gradually with time in the chicken muscles after oral treatment, giving a concentration less than 5 ng/ml in 120 h. No further sample cleanup procedures were required after the SFE. These results suggest that SFE method is an extraction method for the determination of norfloxacin and ofloxacin in chicken muscle. 相似文献

A spectrophotometric study of the kinetics and mechanism of the oxidation of malic acid (Mal) by chromium(VI) catalyzed by 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy) in aqueous acidic medium was conducted in a temperature range of ~298 to 313 K. This reaction was found to be pseudo-first order with respect to Cr(VI) and first order with respect to malic acid. Under the conditions of the pseudo-first order ([Mal]o ? [Cr(VI)]o), the observed rate constant (k obs) increased with the increase in [H+] and [bpy]. There was a weak negative salt effect. Based on the experimental results, a possible reaction mechanism for this oxidation catalyzed by bpy is proposed. The rate equation derived from this mechanism can explain all the experimental phenomena. 相似文献

Colloidal ZnO particles with narrow size distribution were prepared via a sol-gel process by base-catalyzed hydrolysis of zinc acetate. The morphology of ordered arrays of the particles was recorded by SEM. SEM also reveals that these uniform particles were composed of tiny ZnO subunits (singlets) sized of several nanometers. The size of the singlets, which is confirmed by X-ray diffraction and UV-vis absorption spectra, increases as the aging time is prolonged. The size-selective formation of colloids by aggregation of nanosized subunits is proposed to consist of two-stage growth by nucleation of nanosized crystalline primary particles and their subsequent aggregation into polycrystalline secondary colloids. The aggregates are all spherical because the internal rearrangement processes are fast enough. The ZnO colloids, i.e., the aggregates, tend to self-assemble into well-ordered hexagonal close-packed structures. Room-temperature photoluminescence was characterized for green and aged ZnO. 相似文献

A renewable amperometric immunosensor based on the sol-gel technique has been constructed by dispersing graphite, complement 3 (C3) antiserum, and sol-gel at low temperature. The prepared immunosensor is rigid, porous, and has a renewable external surface. A competitive binding assay has been used to determine C3 in human serum with the aid of C3 labeled with horseradish peroxidase. The enzyme-labeled antigen can readily diffuse toward the encapsulated antibody, which retains its binding properties. The experimental conditions for the assay with the biocomposite, including the loading of C3 antiserum in the biocomposite, the amount of labeled C3 in incubation solution, incubation time, and temperature, have been optimized. Using C3 labeled with horseradish peroxidase, and o-AP as the substrate, amperometric detection at -150 mV (relative to the SCE) results in a linear detection range of 1.17-35.1 microg mL(-1), with a detection limit of 0.56 microg mL(-1). Serum samples have been assayed and the results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed immunosensor for clinical analysis. The surface of the immunosensor can be renewed simply by polishing to obtain a fresh immunocomposite ready to use in a new competitive assay. 相似文献

The effects of various burning rate catalysts on thermal decomposition of cured glycidyl azide polymer (GAP)-ammonium perchlorate (AP) propellants have been studied by means of thermal analysis and a modified vacuum stability test (MVST). Four types of iron-containing catalysts examined in this paper are catocene, ferrocenecarboxaldehyde (FCA), ferrocene, and ferric oxide. Results of differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) revealed that the catalysts play an important role in the decomposition of both AP and GAP. The peak decomposition temperature (T m) of DTA curves and onset decomposition temperature (T o) of TG patterns considerably shifted to a lower temperature as the concentration of catalysts increased in the propellants. The endothermic temperature of AP, however, is unaffected by the presence of burning rate catalysts in all cases. The activation energy of decomposition of the propellants in range of 80 to 120°C is determined, based on the MVST results. 相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquid (bmim)PF6 was evaluated for recycling an organocatalyst (4S)-phenoxy-(S)-proline for direct asymmetric aldol reactions. The desired aldol products were obtained with good yields up to 93.2% and enantioselectivities up to 88.5%, and isolation of the products by simple extraction allowed recycling the ionic liquid containing the immobilized catalyst in subsequent reactions without significant decrease of yields and enantioselectivities. 相似文献
