Electrochemical biosensing for dsDNA damage induced by PbSe quantum dots under UV irradiation

<正>An electrochemical sensor for the detection of the natural double-stranded DNA(dsDNA) damage induced by PbSe quantum dots(QDs) under UV irradiation was developed.The biosensing membranes were prepared by successively assembling 3- mercaptopropionic acid,polycationic poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium) and dsDNA on the surface of the gold electrode.Damage of dsDNA was fulfilled by immersing the sensing membrane electrode in PbSe QDs suspension and illuminating it with an UV lamp. Cyclic voltammetry was utilized to detect dsDNA damage with Co(phen)_3~(3+) as the electroactive probe.The UV irradiation,Pb~(2+) ions liberated from the PbSe QDs under the UV irradiation and the reactive oxygen species(ROS) generated in the presence of the PbSe QDs also under the UV irradiation were the three factors of inducing the dsDNA damage.The synergistic effect of the three factors might dramatically enhance the damage of dsDNA.This electrochemical sensor provided a simple method for detecting DNA damage,and may be used for investigating the DNA damage induced by other QDs.     

Three antibacterial naphthoquinone analogues from cultured mycobiont of lichen Astrothelium sp.

<正>A new naphthoquinone compound named 7-hydroxyl-8-methoxyltrypethelone 3 together with two known compounds trypethelone 1 and trypethelone methyl ether 2 was isolated from cultured mycobiont of Astrothelium sp.The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison with those reported in literatures.Compound 1 displayed significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis(ATCC 6633),and showed modest antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465),while compounds 2 and 3 showed modest antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis 850E(CGMCC 1.2135) and S.aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465).     

Study on Rhizoma Chuanxiong based on capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection

<正>A high-performance capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection(CE-AD) method has been developed for the analysis of seven bioactive ingredients,namely ferulic acid(FA),vanillin,vanillic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,caffeic acid,gallic acid and protocatechuic acid,in Rhizoma Chuanxiong.The effects of several factors such as the acidity and concentration of running buffer,the separation voltage,the applied potential to working electrode and the injection time were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the seven analytes could be well separated within 21 min at the separation voltage of 16 kV in a 60 mmol/L borax running buffer(pH 8.7).A 300μm diameter carbon disk electrode has a good response at potential of +950 mV(vs.SCE) for all analytes.Good linear relationship was established over three orders of magnitude with detection limits(S/N = 3) ranged from 3.3×10~(-7) to 6.7×10~(-9)g/mL.This proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination and comparison of different batches of Rhizoma Chuanxiong samples based on their characteristic electrochemical profiles.

良好分散的陶瓷浓悬浮体是胶态成型实现的前提和关键。本文阐述了高分子分散剂的分散稳定作用及其在多种单相复相陶瓷浓悬浮体制备中的研究和应用,进而从高分子分散剂自身特性,陶瓷分散相和分散介质的物理化学性质以及陶瓷胶态成型工艺操作等方面,分析了各因素对高分子分散剂分散效果的影响,最后指出了能够优化陶瓷浓悬浮体性能的高分子分散剂的研究趋势。

新型双β-二酮配体的合成

没食子酸甲酯与乙酰丙酮反应合成了一种新型双β-二酮配体--1,5-二(3,4,5-三羟基)苯甲酰基乙酰丙酮(L),收率84.3%,其结构经1H NMR,FT-IR,TG-DTA和元素分析表征.L具有较好的热稳定性,分解温度高于200 ℃.     

Differential Expression of Molecular Chaperones in PC12 Cells Treated with PSI

<正>Parkinson's disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder whose primary pathology features are the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta(SNc) and the presence of eosinophilic inclusions called Lewy body in the cytoplasm of the remained neurons.Growing evidence suggests that dysfunction of the ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS) is involved in the etiopathogenesis of PD.In order to investigate the pathogenetic mechanism of ubiquitin-proteasome dysfunction in PD,2D-differential gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) and MALDI-TOF Pro MS were used to determine the proteins,which were differentially expressed,in PC12 cells that had undergone a synthetic proteasomal inhibitor PSI(10μmol/L) treatment for 24 h.Forty-six protein spots were differentially expressed in response to PSI administration,of which 34 were increased and 12 decreased. Six of these were identified as molecular charperones:endoplasmin precursor(GRP94),heat shock protein 105(HSP105),HSC-70-psl,glucose ruglated protein 75(GRP75),glucose ruglated protein 58(GRP58) and heat shock 27000 protein 1(HSP27).The results suggest that the molecular chaperones play an important role in the PD model induced by proteasomal inhibitor.     

Physical and Electrochemical Characterization of Hydrothermal Prepared α'-NaV_2O_5 Crystals

α'-NaV2O5 was prepared by a simple hydrothermal process.X-ray diffraction confirmed the orthorhombic structure of α'-NaV2O5,with preferential growth along the (001) direction.Scanning electron microscopy showed α'-NaV2O5 was composed of flake-shaped crystals.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed the co-existence of V4+ and V5+ in α'-NaV2O5,which results in an average V4.5+ oxidation state of α'-NaV2O5.The observed Raman bands are ascribed to different V―O vibrations.α'-NaV2O5 shows a reversible specific capacity of about 100 mA·h·g-1 between 3.5 and 1.0 V,with a good capacity retention.The good electrochemical stability of the material is attributed to its structural stability during Li+ intercalation.

一种新型噻二唑Schiff碱的合成及生物活性研究

为了寻找具有较高植物生长调节活性的物质,利用生物等排原理和亚结构连接法,对噻二唑母体进行修饰,将2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑与2,4-二氯苯甲醛反应,设计并合成了一个新的噻二唑席夫碱,并用FT-IR、1HNMR和元素分析方法确证其结构。合成的化合物具有一定的植物生长调节活性,具有一定的研究开发价值。
