Thin strain-relaxed SiGe grown by ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition

Large-scale preparation of thin strain-relaxed SiGe is achieved by combining ion implantation and ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition. The resulting materials were analyzed by double crystal X-ray diffraction, micro-Raman spectroscopy, and tapping mode atomic force microscope. Results revealed that 100-nm-thick Si_0.7Ge_0.3 layers with the diameter of 125 mm and full strain relaxation are successfully prepared by pre-modifying the Si substrates using 50 keV Ar⁺ ions. The strain relaxation is also disclosed to change with both ion species and energy. However, post-modification of SiGe by ion implantation will cause serious damage to the crystal structures, and result in the formation of poly-crystal SiGe.     

A Mössbauer spectroscopic study of an industrial catalyst for dehydrogenation of etylbenzene to styrene

Iron oxide catalyst with spinel structure used for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene is one kind of important catalyst in petrochemical industry. In this work several series of industrial catalyst were prepared with different components and different manufacturing processes. Mössbauer Spectroscopy has been used to determine the optimal components and the better manufacturing process for spinel structure formation. The results may prove useful for producing the industrial dehydrogenation catalyst with better catalytic property.     

甲基百里(香)酚蓝新负载树脂的特 性及应用

本文以金属指示剂甲基百里(香)酚蓝作为鳌合剂制得具有相应鳌合基团的负载树脂.研究了该树脂的某些分析特性及其在富集天然水中微量铜、钻、镍、锌中的应用.     

结构—饱和土壤相互作用的固结有限元分析

讨论了结构与饱和土壤相互作用的固结分析问题.对于结构利用多重子结构分析技术实现向饱和土交界面上的凝聚.从而建立了结构与饱和土壤相互作用的固结控制方程.文中给出了问题求解的一次性算法方案,采取压力主从关系的手段处理边界上的不排水条件.文末给出数值算例.本文工作为大型结构与土体相互作用固结分析研究工作的深入创造了条件.     

Difference in micellar properties of sodium dodecyl sulfonate from sodium 4-decyl naphthalene sulfonate in D2O solution studied by 1H NMR relaxation and 2D NOESY

¹H chemical shift changes of sodium 4-decyl naphthalene sulfonate (SDNS) at 313 K show that its critical micellar concentration lies between 0.82 and 0.92 mmol/dm³, which is in the same range as that of the previous study at 298 K. The spin–lattice relaxation time, spin–spin relaxation time and two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy experiments give information about the structure of the SDNS micelle and the dynamics of the molecules in the micelle. The size of the SDNS micelle remains almost unchanged in the temperature range from 298 to 313 K as deduced by analyzing the self-diffusion coefficient. Special arrangement of the naphthyl rings of SDNS in the micelles affects the packing of these hydrophobic chains. The methylene groups of the alkyl chain nearest the naphthalene groups penetrate into the aromatic region, which results in a more tightly packed hydrophobic micellar core than that of sodium dodecyl sulfonate.     

Formation of 2,6-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]-octa-3,7-dienes or multiply substituted o-benzoquinones from reactions of 1,4-dilithio-1,3-dienes with dimethyl oxalate

Reactions of 1,4-dilithio-1,3-dienes with dimethyl oxalates afforded multiply substituted o-benzoquinones or stereodefined 2,6-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]-octa-3,7-dienes in good yields.

Propagation characteristics of linearly polarized Bessel-Gaussian beams through an annular apertured paraxial ABCD optical system

By means of Collins diffraction integral formula in the paraxial approximation and based on the fact that a hard aperture function can be expanded into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, an approximate analytical expression for linearly polarized Bessel-Gaussian beams passing through a paraxial ABCD optical system with an annular aperture has been derived. The results provide more convenient for studying their propagation and transformation than the usual way by using diffraction integral directly. By using the analytical expression and the diffraction integral formula some numerical simulations are done to illustrate for the propagation characteristics of a linearly polarized Bessel-Gaussian beam through an optical system with an annular aperture.     

基于累积损伤过程的不完全预防维护决策

基于累积损伤过程研究旧系统的不完全预防维护策略,冲击服从非时齐Poisson过程,并产生随机的损伤量,损伤量是加法累加的.系统在累积损伤量达到k或系统运行年龄达到T时进行计划内预防维护.在两次计划内预防维护之间,当累积损伤量达到预定水平K (k K)时,对系统进行计划外维护,其费用高于计划内预防维护,利用再生过程理论得到单位时间维护成本,讨论在时齐Poisson过程下的时间预防维护策略与水平预防维护策略,同时给出算例.     

Robust Output Tracking Control of an Uncertain Linear System via a Modified Optimal Linear-Quadratic Method

This study investigates the robust output tracking problem for a class of uncertain linear systems. The uncertainties are assumed to be time invariant and to satisfy the matching conditions. According to the selected nominal parameters, an optimal solution with a prescribed degree of stability is determined. Then, an auxiliary input via the use of an adapting factor, connected to the nominal optimal control, is introduced to guarantee the robustness and prescribed degree of stability for the output tracking control of the uncertain linear systems. This method is very simple and effective and can reject bounded uncertainties imposed on the states. A maglev vehicle model example is given to show its effectiveness.
