在密度泛函理论的框架下, 采用嵌入点电荷簇模型研究了O2在MgO(001)完整和缺陷表面上的吸附.用电荷自洽的方法确定了点电荷的值.计算结果表明, O2倾向吸附在低配位的角Mg2+端.并且发现, 当O2为平躺吸附时,键长有较大的拉伸,将有利于O2的解离.同时,分别计算了使用裸簇和嵌入表观±2.0 e点电荷簇模型时的吸附能,并与采用电荷自洽方法的计算值进行了比较.结果表明,电荷自洽方法更能有效反映簇周围的环境,得到的计算结果能够较好地与实验值吻合.最后,分别计算了不同吸附情况下O2的振动频率. 相似文献

Counterion‐induced stereocontrol is a powerful tool in organic synthesis. However, such enantiocontrol on tetrahedral ammonium cations remains challenging. Described here is the first example of using chiral anion phase‐transfer catalysis to achieve intermolecular ring‐opening of azetidiniums with excellent enantioselectivity (up to 97 % ee). Precise control over the formation and reaction of the chiral ion pair as well as inhibition of the background reaction by the biphasic system is key to the success of the reaction. 相似文献

β‐Adrenergic receptors are important targets for drug discovery. We have developed a new β1‐adrenergic receptor cell membrane chromatography (β1AR‐CMC) with offline ultra‐performance LC (UPLC) and MS method for screening active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines. In this study, Chinese hamster ovary‐S cells with high β1AR expression levels were established and used to prepare a cell membrane stationary phase in a β1AR‐CMC model. The retention fractions were separated and identified by the UPLC–MS system. The screening results found that isoimperatorin from Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii was the targeted component that could act on β1AR in similar manner of metoprolol as a control drug. In addition, the biological effects of active component were also investigated in order to search for a new type of β1AR antagonist. Mitochondria‐targeting theranostic probes that enable the simultaneously reporting of and triggering of mitochondrial dysfunctions in cancer cells are highly attractive for cancer diagnosis and therapy. Three fluorescent mitochondria‐targeting theranostic probes have been developed by linking a mitochondrial dye, coumarin‐3‐carboximide, with a widely used traditional Chinese medicine, artemisinin, to kill cancer cells. Fluorescence images showed that the designed coumarin–artemisinin conjugates localized mainly in mitochondria, leading to enhanced anticancer activities over artemisinin. High cytotoxicity against cancer cells correlated with the strong ability to accumulate in mitochondria, which could efficiently increase the intracellular reactive oxygen species level and induce cell apoptosis. This study highlights the potential of using mitochondria‐targeting fluorophores to selectively trigger and directly visualize subcellular drug delivery in living cells. 相似文献

Solid electrolytes with desirable properties such as high ionic conductivity,wide electrochemical stable window,and suitable mechanical strength,and stable electrode-electrolyte interfaces on both cathode and anode side are essential for high-voltage all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)to achieve excellent cycle stability.In this work,a novel strategy of using LiF and LiNO3 as synergistic additives to boost the performance of PEO-PVDF/LLZTO-based composite solid electrolytes(CSEs)is developed,which also promotes the assembled high-voltage ASSLBs with dual-interfaces stability characteristic.Specifically,LiF as an inactive additive can increase the electrochemical stability of the CSE under high cut-off voltage,and improve the high-voltage compatibility between cathode and CSE,thus leading to a stable cathode/CSE interface.LiNO3 as an active additive can lead to an enhanced ionic conductivity of CSE due to the increased free-mobile Li+and ensure a stable CSE/Li interface by forming stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on Li anode surface.Benefiting from the improved performance of CSE and stable dualinterfaces,the assembled NCM622/9[PEO15-LiTFSI]-PVDF-15 LLZTO-2 LiF-3 LiNO3/Li cell delivers a high rate capacity of 102.1 mAh g-1 at 1.0 C and a high capacity retention of 77.4%after 200 cycles at 0.5 C,which are much higher than those of the ASSLB assembled with additive-free CSE,with only 60.0 mAh g-1 and 52.0%,respectively.Furthermore,novel cycle test modes of resting for 5 h at different charge states after every 5 cycles are designed to investigate the high-voltage compatibility between cathode and CSE,and the results suggest that LiF additive can actually improve the high-voltage compatibility of cathode and CSE.All the obtained results confirm that the strategy of using synergistic additives in CSE is an effective way to achieve high-voltage ASSLBs with dual-interfaces stability. 相似文献

A new azido-coordinated nickel(II) complex [NiL1(N3)] (1) and a new thiocyanato-coordinated nickel(II) complex [NiL2(NCS)] (2), where L1 and L2 are the monoanionic forms of Schiff bases 2-[(2-isopropylaminoethylimino)methyl]-6-methylphenol and 2-[(2-dimethlaminoethylimino)methyl]-6-methylphenol respectively, are prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell dimensions a = 8.812(2) Å, b = 9.433(3) Å, c = 9.488(2) Å, α = 81.933(2)°, β = 69.925(2)°, γ = 84.591(2)°, V = 732.5(3) Å3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0291, and wR 2 = 0.0734. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions a = 7.4497(4) Å, b = 6.1933(3) Å, c = 31.5126(18) Å, β = 92.484(2)°, V = 1452.57(13) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0307, and wR 2 = 0.0668. The Ni atom in each of the complexes is coordinated by three donor atoms of the Schiff base ligand and by one N atom of the azide or thiocyanate ligand, forming a square planar geometry.
