A library of rare-earth metal derivatives supported by an aminophenoxy ligand was prepared and their catalytic performance in lactide polymerization was investigated. It was found that the synthetic strategy had a profound effect on the formation of aminophenoxy rare-earth metal complexes. Amine elimination between Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(μ-Cl)Li(THF)3 (Ln = Yb, Y) and 1 equiv. of the aminophenol [HONH] ([HONH] = ο-OCH3-C6H4NHCH2(3,5-tBu2-C6H2-2-OH)) in toluene gave the unexpected heterobimetallic bis(aminophenoxy) rare-earth metal complexes [ON]2LnLi(THF)2 (Ln = Yb ( 1 ), Y ( 2 )). When the reactions were carried out in THF and TMEDA, amine elimination produced the aminophenoxy rare-earth metal amide complexes {[ON]LnN(SiMe3)2}2 (Ln = Yb ( 5 ), Y ( 6 )) in ca 85% isolated yields. Complexes 5 and 6 could also be obtained from salt metathesis reaction of {[ON]LnCl(THF)}2 (Ln = Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )) with NaN(SiMe3)2 in a 1:2 molar ratio. In addition, treatment of complexes 3 and 4 with NaOAr (Ar = &bond;C6H4-4-tBu) and (SiMe3)2NC(NPri)2Na in 1:4 and 1:2 molar ratios provided the corresponding aminophenoxy rare-earth metal derivatives {[ON](μ-OAr)Ln(μ-OAr)Na(THF)2}2 (Ln = Yb ( 7 ), Y ( 8 )) and {[ON]Ln[(iPrN)2CN(SiMe3)2]}2 (Ln = Yb ( 9 ), Y ( 10 )), respectively. These complexes were fully characterized, and their molecular structures were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Polymerization experiments showed that complexes 1 , 2 , 5 , 6 , 9 and 10 were highly active for the ring-opening polymerization of l -lactide in toluene, and complex 1 promoted l -lactide polymerization in a controlled fashion. The polymerization of rac-lactide initiated by the neutral aminophenoxy rare-earth metal complexes 5 , 6 , 9 and 10 in THF afforded heterotactic polymers.  相似文献

The development of catalysts capable of catalyzing amidation of esters with amines to construct amides under mild conditions is of great importance. Compared to aliphatic amines, the direct catalytic amidation of esters with less nucleophilic aromatic amines is rather difficult. Employing simple lanthanide tris (amide) complexes Ln[N (SiMe3)2]3(μ-Cl)Li (THF)3 as the catalysts, it was found a broad range of aromatic amines and esters were efficiently converted into various amides in good yields under mild conditions. A plausible mechanism for this transformation was experimentally supported as starting from an amide exchange reaction between the lanthanide tris (amide) complex and the substrate amine.  相似文献

Three novel amphiphilic poly(ionic liquid) (PIL)/Wells–Dawson-type phosphovanadomolybdate (V-POM) ionic composites with tunable oxidative catalytic activity and unique nanostructure were synthesized using carboxylic acid-functionalized PIL and H7[P2Mo17VO62], H8[P2Mo16V2O62] and H9[P2Mo15V3O62] as synthetic units via self-assembly in water. The results of characterization indicated that V-POM anions were finely dispersed in the PIL cation framework, and their structures were well preserved. The three composites are amorphous V-POM salts of PIL cation with a considerable thermal stability, and an open three-dimensional network structure with hierarchical porosity. The as-synthesized composites were found to be efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol with H2O2 in the liquid phase. Under optimum conditions, a phenol yield of 37.3% was achieved with selectivity of 100%. The high catalytic performance could be attributed to the synergistic catalytic effect between V-POM anion and carboxylic acid-functionalized PIL cation framework, and good benzene adsorption and phenol desorption ability of amphiphilic micropores in the structure of the composites. Additionally, these composites exhibited high stability under the reaction conditions and could be easily recovered and reused at least six times without noticeably loss of activity.  相似文献

In the usual Su–Schrieffer–Heeger (SSH) chain, the topology of the energy spectrum is divided into two categories in different parameter regions. Here, the topological and nontopological edge states induced by qubit-assisted coupling potentials in circuit quantum electrodynamics (QED) lattice modeled as a SSH chain are studied. It is found that, when the coupling potential added on only one end of the system raises to a certain extent, the strong coupling potential will induce a new topologically nontrivial phase accompanied by the appearance of a nontopological edge state, and the novel phase transition leads to the inversion of odd–even effect directly. Furthermore, the topological phase transitions when two unbalanced coupling potentials are injected into both ends of the circuit QED lattice are studied, and it is found that the system exhibits three distinguishing phases with multiple flips of energy bands. These phases are significantly different from the previous phase induced via unilateral coupling potential due to the existence of a pair of nontopological edge states. The scheme provides a feasible and visible method to induce different topological and nontopological edge states through controlling the qubit-assisted coupling potentials in circuit QED lattice both in experiment and theory.  相似文献

The enantioselective synthesis of α-thiocarboxylic acids by biocatalytic dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) of nitrile precursors exploiting nitrilase enzymes is described. A panel of 35 nitrilase biocatalysts were screened and enzymes Nit27 and Nit34 were found to catalyse the DKR of racemic α-thionitriles under mild conditions, affording the corresponding carboxylic acids with high conversions and good-to-excellent ee. The ammonia produced in situ during the biocatalytic transformation favours the racemization of the nitrile enantiomers and, in turn, the DKR without the need of any external additive base.  相似文献

Kalimeris indica (L) Sch-Bip is a medicinal plant used by the Miao ethnic group in the Guizhou province of China. It is widely used as a fresh vegetable to treat colds, diarrhea and gastric ulcers. However, few studies have been conducted on the mechanism of its effect on colds, and its quality control. The anticomplement and antitussive activities of different polar extracts of K. indica were evaluated. Fifty-nine compounds, mainly including phenols and flavonoids, were identified in K. indica extract by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry. A method was established through ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array to simultaneously determine the anticomplement and antitussive activity of five compounds in K. indica combining chemical identification with chemometrics for discrimination and quality assessment. Also, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid exhibited significantly higher anticomplementary activity than the other three compounds. The quantitative data were further analyzed by principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis. Heatmap visualization was conducted to clarify the distribution of the major compounds in different geographical origins. Screening pharmacological activities by a combination of chemometrics and chemical identification might be an effective method for the quality control of K. indica.  相似文献

Recently, nonmetal doping has exhibited its great potential for boosting the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) of transition-metal (TM)-based electrocatalysts. To this end, this work overviews the recent achievements made on the design and development of the nonmetal-doped TM-based electrocatalysts and their performance for the HER. It is also shown that by rationally doping nonmetal elements, the electronic structures of TM-based electrocatalysts can be effectively tuned and in turn the Gibbs free energy of the TM for adsorption of H* intermediates (ΔGH*) optimized, consequently enhancing the intrinsic activity of TM-based electrocatalysts. Notably, we highlight that concurrently doping two nonmetal elements can continuously and precisely regulate the electronic structures of the TM, thereby maximizing the activity for HER. Moreover, nonmetal doping also accounts for enhancing the physical properties of the TM (i.e. surface area). Therefore, nonmetal doping is a robust strategy for simultaneous regulation of the chemical and physical features of the TM.  相似文献

In this paper, we first build a semi-discretized Crank–Nicolson (CN) model about time for the two-dimensional (2D) non-stationary Navier–Stokes equations about vorticity–stream functions and discuss the existence, stability, and convergence of the time semi-discretized CN solutions. And then, we build a fully discretized finite spectral element CN (FSECN) model based on the bilinear trigonometric basic functions on quadrilateral elements for the 2D non-stationary Navier–Stokes equations about the vorticity–stream functions and discuss the existence, stability, and convergence of the FSECN solutions.
