盐卤硼酸盐化学──ⅩⅩⅧ.氯柱硼镁石的激光拉曼光谱

本文研究了氯柱硼镁石硼酸和硼砂的晶体和它们在水溶液中的激光拉曼光谱，并与某些阴酸盐的谱图进行对比．初步提出硼氧配阴离子的聚合形式，为进行氯柱硼镁石结构分析提供实验依据．     

C NMR spectra of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines: Substituent effects and conformations in the ferrocenes

Three series of cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines (2-chloromercurio-ferrocenylimines) have been studied using ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. Good to excellent linear relationships have been found to exist between the chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in the ferrocenyl moiety and normal Hammett substituent constants σ_m and σ_p. The δ values of the iminyl carbon atoms show excellent linear correlations with the σ values. In three series of the ferrocenes, the sensitivity of the carbon atoms to the substituent effect is different, which is discussed in terms of the twist angle between the N-phenyl ring and the C---C=N---C plane. The relative sensitivity of the chemical shifts on different positions in ferrocenyl moiety to the substituent effect has also been presented.     

Efficient Debromination of Vicinal α，β—Dibromo Carboxylic Acid Derivatives with the Sm／HOAc System

The α，β vicinal dibrome carboxylic acid and its derivatives were debrominated with Sm/HOAc system to afford the corresponding cinnamic acid and its derivatives in good yields under mild conditions.     

基于金属介导和离子液体的新型绿原酸印迹整体柱的制备及评价

选用1-乙烯基-3-乙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([VElm]BF4,一种离子液体)作为功能单体,以Co2+为介导离子,结合1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([BMIM]BF4)/二甲基亚砜(DMSO)二元致孔体系制备了绿原酸印迹整体柱。经过对制备参数的考察,确定最佳比例为绿原酸:Co2+:[VElm]BF4:EDMA(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)(摩尔比)=1:1:5:20,[BMIM]BF4:DMSO=3:1(V/V),最大印迹因子达2.10。通过优化色谱条件,最终在乙腈:20 mmol/L乙酸钠缓冲液(pH 4.2)=70:30(V/V)时实现了绿原酸及其类似物的完全分离。由此可见,以离子液体为功能单体及致孔剂,在金属介导策略下制备的分子印迹聚合物可实现绿原酸的特异性识别及分离。     

小分子配体诱导合成N,N-二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸镉(II)配合物及晶体结构

4,4'-联吡啶与二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸镉配合物[Cd(DBTC)₂]₂ (1)反应得到加合物[Cd(DBTC)₂(4,4'-bipy)] (2) (DBTC＝N,N-二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸), 通过晶体结构分析及红外光谱等研究其结构与性质. 结果表明: 引入小分子配体会破坏[Cd(DBTC)₂]₂ (1)的二聚结构, 加入吡啶则得到单核的吡啶加合物[Cd(DBTC)₂py] (3), 而引入4,4'-联吡啶后其结构变为新型的一维链状结构的配位聚合物2, 这种结构在二硫代氨基甲酸金属配合物中少见报道. 也比较了不同配体如吡啶及4,4'-联吡啶对Cd(II)及Zn(II)配合物结构的影响.     

Design,Synthesis, and Characterization of Photolabeling Probes for the Study of the Mechanisms of the Antiviral Effects of Ribavirin

Ribavirin, the only small molecule available so far for treating hepatitis‐C‐virus infection, was recently used in an emergency context to treat patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in the early stages of the disease. To study the mechanisms responsible for the antiviral effects of ribavirin by using a photolabeling approach, we designed, synthesized, and characterized the azidotriazole nucleosides 1 and 2 as photolabeling probes of ribavirin. These probes were synthesized either by performing nucleophilic substitution of the corresponding bromotriazole nucleoside with NaN₃ (Scheme 2) or by directly coupling the azidotriazole with the protected ribose sugar (Scheme 4). The azidotriazole nucleosides 1 and 2 showed a fast, clear‐cut photochemical reaction, which suggests that they are promising candidates for use in photolabeling studies.     

Synthesis of the Biomimetic Polymer： Aliphatic Diamine and RGDS Modified Poly（d,l-lactic acid）

A novel poly（d, /-lactic acid） （PDLLA） based biomimetic polymer was synthesized by grafting maleic anhydride, butanediamine and arg-gly-asp-ser （RGDS） peptides onto the backbone of PDLLA, aiming to overcome the acidity and auto-accelerating degradation of PDLLA during degradation and to improve its biospecificity and biocompatibility. The synthetic copolymer was characterized by FTIR, ^13C NMR and amino acid analyzer （AAA）.     

氯氧化镁在水中的溶解行为

用ｐＨ法和氯电位法测定氯氧化镁不同温度下在水中的溶解过程。一定间隔时间分析液样中的Ｍｇ＾２＋、Ｃｌ＾－、ＯＨ＾－的浓度，用物化方法鉴定固相。得出不同温度下的相转化、溶解的Ｃ￣ｔ曲线及动力学方程。计算了它们的Ｋｓｐ和热力学函数。

咪喹莫特的波谱学数据与结构表征

对咪喹莫特的红外(IR)、紫外(UV)、质谱(MS)、氢-氢相关谱(^1H--^1H COSY)、碳氢相关谱(HMQC)、碳氢远程相关谱(HMBC)予以解析并进行了报道。对所有的^1H NMR、^13C NMR谱的信号进行了归属；讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。
