In this article, a new method which not only can separate hydrophobic Au nanoparticles (NPs), but also obtain highly monodisperse NPs is discussed. A self‐made device of two same burettes, one of which was inserted into the other, was used for separating the nanoparticles by washing the reversal micelle. The effects of separation were characterized and analyzed by micrograph of transmission electron microscope (TEM), UV‐vis spectra, quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), and energy dispersive x‐ray analysis (EDX). It has been shown that, the smaller nanoparticles are, the easier they are to stay at the reversal micelle and the narrower the sizes are. Seeds from six accessions of three species of Roegneria were radiated with 60Co γ-ray at different doses (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 400 Gy). Following these treatments, germination energy, germination rate, seedling height, plant height, plant survival, and seed set were observed. Plant survival was highly correlated with seedling height (R 2 > 0.91, P < 0.01) and seed set (R 2 > 0.82, P < 0.01). The semi-lethal dose of each accession, calculated using a ‘Multi-target single-hit’ model, ranged from 60 to 173 Gy. The most suitable absorbed doses for each accession were deduced from these data. The suitable doses for Roegneria kamoji, Roegneria ciliaris and Roegneria japonensis were 65–100 Gy, 63–150 Gy and 80–170 Gy, respectively. According to the range of suitable doses, R. kamoji (Pr87-88-353) was the most sensitive to radiation, and R. japonensis (88-89-267) was the most resistant to radiation. Suitable doses of R. ciliaris were close to that of R. kamoji (ZY1007). This research provides preliminary guidelines for radiation induced mutagenesis in Roegneria. 相似文献

There are more than two dozen variants of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithms in the literature. Recently, a new variant, called accelerated PSO (APSO), shows some extra advantages in convergence for global search. In the present study, we will introduce chaos into the APSO in order to further enhance its global search ability. Firstly, detailed studies are carried out on benchmark problems with twelve different chaotic maps to find out the most efficient one. Then the chaotic APSO (CAPSO) will be compared with some other chaotic PSO algorithms presented in the literature. The performance of the CAPSO algorithm is also validated using three engineering problems. The results show that the CAPSO with an appropriate chaotic map can clearly outperform standard APSO, with very good performance in comparison with other algorithms and in application to a complex problem. 相似文献
